I am having a great deal of stress with withdrawing on your site and have been patient but have not received any help from live chat or email and I am wondering if you could please help me resolve this issue.
I made a withdrawal Nov 20th I proceeded to receive a request for further verification which I sent shortly after, since then it has been 5 days and I have not received my pending withdrawal. I have made a continual effort to contact customer support but they have not helped me at and has not given me any reason to hold my withdrawal. I used your site because of the great reviews I saw on here but I do not understand why you are not letting me do my withdrawal when I have sent you everything you request, please help me look into this.

Please i placed a withdrawal of 0.01613355btc on Nov 25th, today is 27th and its still pending  This isn't a huge amount tho...i've sent mails and got replies that it'll be processed shortly but its still the same. I make a bet on College Basketball 1st half and its been 3 hours since game is finished and they still dont grade the bets.
The customer service staff and live chat are so bad. They are robots and give this same response:

I think it's automated message and whenever you send a new message you will get the same reply. And maybe the best thing you could do for now is to message them directly on their personal account here so that they will notice your issue since they mostly active in this thread and hopefully it will be sorted out. And it's bothering to see this issue floating up since I'm looking to bet again on this site since basketball is getting more intensified and want to bet and join the bettors excitement. Cloudbet only gives me casino bonuses even though I am not a casino player, and the support is always ignoring me and never helps me with my issues, even though I have had so many issues with the site from bets settling too slow to bets being misgraded. When I played for low bets everything worked normal! But when I put 30 mbtc suddenly something broke and the just cancelled my bet after it wins! I have screenshots of my game! Cloudbet usually don't have such long delays, and they react fast even here on bitcointalk forum.
Ronnie is usually online but looking at his profile the last time he logged in was on the 29th but he might've read his post. Some users have been complaining on the delays it's annoying to wait for several days but at least it's getting solved. If there's still no update regarding his account verification he should message their live support or email their support for constant answers since we don't know when will Ronnie check back on the thread. Sometimes these verifications takes from a few days up to a week depending on how fast they communicate. do cloudbet have ksi vs logan match ?

More then 1 1/2 weeks gone after i made a withdrawal request, and i canīt do anything, have to see and watch the btc price.

Hey guys So i won alot and i understand it takes time. And for any other bookie payout within 36 hours is likely never to happen. I tried a ton of bookies BUT i was told instant, so i expected it would be instant. And it wasnt, but i received the 6 BTC cashout 36 hours after. Which i a pretty good payout time for any bookie out there... But it was my first time withdrawing here so i was nervous. I deposited 0.02 BTC today and placed a bet, won it and now i withdrawn 0.04 BTC and it's in "pending" status. I thought withdraw's are instant? No? I thought large withdraw's are manually processed. Why my withdraw is in pending status?
