Hi BitcoinSupremo,
In terms of our withdrawal procedure, over 90% of withdrawals are processed instantaneously. For larger withdrawals, we are required to run due diligence checks and, in some extreme cases, require proof of ID. In these cases the process time is not in our hands as we have to wait for a player response before we can legally release funds.
I appreciate that a clear and definitive timeframe would be preferred and have fed this back to our customer support team. Generally speaking, larger withdrawals are processed manually which is more time consuming, but the vast majority of withdrawals are instantaneous.
Hope this helps, Peter @ Cloudbet

This is a great thing you are doing but... what about all the complains and scam accusations threads here in the forum of delayed payments and in some events delay was so long that cost people money and bets which they could not place because of such delay. I know I am going to far but airplane companies if they delay the flight they offer clients some sort of refund based on the trip they were taking. That is the number one reason, long delays in payments that many bitcoin players including me have totally abandoned Cloudbet. If you don't fix these issues first it is worthless if you give or not give BCH to people who had bitcoin in their account 8 months before.
Thank you for this feedback BitcoinSupremo. I have addressed as many of the recent issues as possible in our ANN thread and in other threads to try and assist players. I have seen the older posts about previous issues and have not brought these up so as not to spam the forum or comment on cases that have since been closed by our support team. I have made it as clear as possible (both in this thread, and our ANN thread) that I am here to try and improve this moving forward, and I assure you that all comments like this are being passed on and I am working closely with our customer service team. I will look into any and all queries when asked and am here to be supportive in the community moving forward. Thanks, Peter @ Cloudbet

Nice gesture by Cloudbet, but maybe too little too late? I use to vouch for this sportsbook and even had an account here. Customer support gave up on replying to my emails one day so I just forgot about the account.
Sorry to hear this jeremypwr. I would be happy to look into this for you if you can send me your email/Cloudbet nickname (if different). Maybe resolving the issues in the ann thread you have open in addressing each and every member here who has one then close that thread and start a new revision of a thread so you can have everyone who still uses your casino website's attention? I think this would instill more confidence in the membership to your site from the customer who view your current thread. Just my opinion on the situation cloudbet is currently having with their past and current customer base.
Thank you for your feedback. My intention was never to close our original thread. I am still actively responding there to all issues as and when they arise, and have suggested anyone with open queries to get in touch with me directly if they need further assistance. I know we've had issues in the past and I'm not here to hide that, I'm just trying to make a positive difference moving forward. Thanks for this comment.. Seems op is very wrong because Crypto-games and Bitsler credited Bitcoin cash to it's players and in any way these two casino had to do it. Would be bettee if you edit your post a little bit OP. boy130 I bet you don't know what you say. At first in any way all casino/exchanger/wallet had to give BCH to it's users once they supported it. Then using it for marketing falsely yourself isn't correct action.
Thank you for this feedback - as I have said, we believe we are the first combined casino and sportsbook to do this. My intention is not to diminish any of the work done by other casino only or sportbook only operators who have honoured the fork this way. I really like the new Stars Wars look, and the Bitcoin Cash betting works really well. I appreciate that you communicate directly to your costumers here at Bitcointalk.
Thanks, we like it too - and our design team had a blast making it! #maytheforkbewithyou. Happy to be a part of this community! The best time to hand out the Bcash to your users should of been back in November or so.
Right now BCH is trading at a low price of $675. It peaked last year at $4000 and spent most of its time around the $1500 range.
Do you have a terms and conditions where if the BCH isn't claimed, you will keep it for yourself and consider it as a donation?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this - obviously varying prices is part and parcel of the crypto industry. We’ve honoured the Bitcoin Cash fork because we believe it’s the right thing to do. We believe that it's only fair that we recognize funds that rightfully belong to our customers.

Really good news to see that you are crediting the users with bitcoin cash and allowing users to use it to gamble too, but i would like you to be active in the forum too as most of the time we are not seeing your presence in this forum, are there any plans to include additional coin in the future which would be a cool feature. Is there a initial deposit bonus for bitcoin cash.
Hi eaLiTy, moving forward I will be active in this community, and I apologise for the prior absence. In regard to altcoins, we're yet to decide on further altcoin additions. Should we make any changes I'll let you know about it on this forum for sure. Finally they are crediting the users with bitcoin cash, it was one of the best sports betting sites with live betting, but if they could ramp up their customer care efforts and the reduce the withdrawal time, then it would be great, it is good to see more options being given to the users.
Thanks for your feedback uray, I am in contact with our customer service team and will update them on what I hear on this forum. Today is the fifteenth day since the moment of the my withdrawal...
I'm sorry for this ttr, let me press our customer service team again. I liked these guys a lot in the past but now they're holding up my withdrawals.
Not rejected just pending for days. I canceled a transaction after 4 days of not going through (pending) and started another one two days ago and still nothing.
Their support - while active - is of no use, just giving me the copy paste nonsense.
Withdrawals should be prompt - automated or not.
bathrobehero, please can you PM me your email address and/or Cloudbet nickname if different, so I can look into this for you? Glad to see you're back, Cloudbet. I was asking few weeks ago what happened to your Bitcointalk and reddit support and nobody really knew what to asnwer. Once I noticed you've gone missing, I logged in and did a withdrawal as I started to fear the sportsbook might go away. Surprisingly, I've received the BTC relatively fast (24 hours or so).
Glad to see you're back, especially with the Russia World Cup 2018 being this close.
It's great to be back, and if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly. Thanks folks! Peter @ Cloudbet

@cloudbet have you sent email notification about this to all your players?
Hi marlboroza, yes we sent out emails to all players and all information is visible on our site. But have you seen the accusation against them from players who have won and not received their payments yet? There were quite a few of them last time I check their thread. I think this is the main reason why they decided to start another thread and not just add it to their original ANN thread. So it does not deter those customers in the new player category to not trust in their site in the first place. Hi Lionidas, I did post in our original ANN thread, but also wanted to make the news as visible as possible for Cloudbet players on this forum, and anyone else who may be interested in what we've done. I realise there have been issues raised during our absence from this forum - moving forward I am here to help with these queries and be an active member of the community.

Hi all,
Thank you for the feedback on this thread - I have reached out to the mods regarding the ANN thread, and apologise if this post has been perceived as spam. My intention was to ensure that the information regarding this move was easily accessible, especially to our players who are active on this forum.
Talking about other operators, as I said we believe we are the first combined sportsbook and casino to honour the fork.
In reference to our withdrawal/verification procedure, I will ensure this is fed back to the team, and if anyone has any specific questions please do reach out to me privately and I will be happy to look into things for you.
Many thanks Peter @ Cloudbet

Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: cloudbet accepted deposit, but no withdrawal

I'd like to hear a reason for why Cloudbet bans US IPs from playing but they are still able to somehow register and deposit according to OP. To avoid trouble like this in the future, shouldn't you just ban US players completely from registering and depositing?
Also, if OP consents, could the reason for taking so long to process a withdrawal be published publicly please.
IMHO if you want to gain trust and be successful in this business, you should have clear guidelines of how withdrawals are handled so that people can expect the outcomes. Not vague stuff like withdrawals will be "typically" processed within 24h. State a clear maximum time frame and stick to it. Also based on the chat logs, support seem to have absolutely no idea when the withdrawal will hit either. The least Cloudbet could have done was tell him an ETA and a reason. Otherwise, there is no point of having a support there at all.
Hi timerland, thank you for your feedback, and I hope I can address some of these points. With regard to the US, we do restrict players from both registering and logging in. I am not able to share the reason for the delay in OP's withdrawal publicly. Generally speaking, larger withdrawals are processed manually which is more time consuming, but the vast majority of withdrawals are instantaneous. If you have any further questions, do please let me know. Thanks, Peter @ Cloudbet

Hi all, My name is Peter, I am the Community Manager from Cloudbet Bitcoin Casino and Sportsbook and I have some news that I hope will be of interest. Today we're crediting players who held bitcoin in their accounts at the time of last year's fork with an equivalent amount of BCH, and at the same time we have also launched bitcoin cash betting. More information is in our new thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3268489We understand there is strong feeling within the crypto community for and against Bitcoin forks; we’re not favouring one coin over another. We just want to offer our customers more choice….. and allow our Design Team to have a little fun with the Star Wars theme. We'll leave it to the Community to decide who is the Empire and who are the Freedom Fighting Rebels. May the fork be with you!
