1) This simply isn't the case - your live betting ticket WILL update to a better price, when there is a change.
If the price worsens, you will be asked to confirm. If the price gets better, you will get the better price.

2) Unfortunately, on some markets - usually in live - our limits are at higher. This is because of the cost of servicing some markets, in particular in live. We are hoping to reduce these minimums over time.

3) I agree that is unacceptable. If you encounter this, please let us know the specifics (including bet ID) and we will resolve the issue for you.

Judging by your first few screenshots, it looks like you were contacting our customer support from an email address that wasn't the same as your account registered with Cloudbet.

I think it is time for us all to unite and give negative ratings to such an inactive admin. How would the sportsbook react if a player takes 5 btc from them by cheating and does not reply here ? Hahaha. There service is slow as usual and gave general feedback to customer. I agree that their support is not good but their sportsbooks is the best for me considering variety of sports their offer and at the same time, the odds they offer on live bets.
