Hi ttr, this would depend on the type of query or problem you have. Our chat team will resolve most general queries there and then, but more complex questions (such as account issues, payments and specific bet grading) will be escalated to our specialist teams and take longer to resolve. They aim to provide a definite response as soon as practically possible but that depends on the complexity. Sorry for the long-winded answer but it isn’t always possible to resolve complex issues quickly.

Regarding withdrawals, the vast majority are processed instantly. However, for larger amounts the process may take longer as we apply additional security checks.
In terms of your pending withdrawal, is your nickname different from ttr? If so, please PM me your Cloudbet nickname and/or your email address and I will look into this for you.

The only exceptions are if a fraud has taken place or if there has been an obvious breach of our T&Cs. Oftentimes the inquiries that make the most noise in the forums are the malicious and nefarious ones, such as match fixers and other fraudsters who don't belong in our sports or in our community.
