If you can't solve the person problem at least follow his request.
If he's not the original owner of that account/coins why would he request them to be refunded back to the source they were before the deposit to your system/wallet.
He will win nothing if the coins not belong to him if you just transfer them back from where they came from.
But it will fix his problem if you just turn back the coins from the wallet they came from.
Obviously no one can be scammed with simple refund back to the wallet they come from.
It is more than obvious that only the person who send them will receive them back with that wallet, and if that's the same person (OP) you will fix his problem ando not let any scammer take them.
Simple solution.

Hi Rambotnic,

We are getting your point but according to our practice, we never transfer funds under the KYC procedure on our own. This transfer is solely upon a customer as a verified owner of his wallet.

As far as I know,Your partner will not detain the user's ,Why do you ask me to provide all kinds of personal information?

Now I need to submit my credit card address bill or Utility Bill,I don't want to provide

Can't you return my original address?Huh?

https://changelly.com/aml-kyc
In the event that Changelly service receives, in response to its request for documentation, deceptive documentation, contact details or other false information, the crypto assets will be returned to where it originated from less any applicable fees. Changelly service may forward the information collected during AML/KYC procedure to the competent authorities upon legitimate request.

https://changenow.io/faq
In case a client submits a false set of documents, the KYC/AML procedure is considered failed and the deposited funds are then refunded to the address (or addresses) the deposit was made from, subtracting the network fees, within 24 hours. Then, this address (or addresses) is blacklisted on ChangeNOW, thus rendering it non-eligible for making deposits on the service.

Your partner is honest,Why don't you study?

Hi alineaaa,

First, we find that bringing communication from tickets to the Forum won't speed up the process.

Based on our terms and conditions (along with the privacy policy) we are entitled to performing a full identification procedure.

The procedures, of course, vary; as for our regulations, we do also provide very transparent requirements (including the notification we do so in a step-by-step manner).

Thank you for bringing our attention to the existing regulations of other companies though: we study experience.

However, at the moment we encourage you to follow the steps of our guide in order to get your issue resolved in a prompt and efficient way.

St4yInTh3D4rk, every service/app receives bad reviews from time to time, especially when it comes to such a delicate matter as finance, moreover, you can probably imagine the likelihood for such a relatively new field as crypto. Just like we do with any other reported cases, we investigate and do our best to guide and assist every user who has encountered an issue or has a query.

Also, regarding your comment on the security of our website, could you please kindly contact our support team and provide us with the details – what exactly do you mean by 'not secured'? We'd like to look into this. We'd appreciate it greatly!
265  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet.org is a SCAM,7936 usdt Exchange cannot extract BTC on: January 09, 2019, 04:27:55 PM

We are fully entitled to conducting the verification procedure as per our terms and conditions.
Its just a wallet right, then why the hell you are asking for verification. Huh

I am not sure any other wallets were asking to verify the documents to withdraw our money which makes your wallet more shady so better avoid at any cost for future purpose.

Many financial services are running similar procedures now; feel free to check.
Wallets needs no verification in my knowledge, wallet is a financial service huh?

BTW when I am trying to enter into your site: https://freewallet.org/ ,my internet protection restrict from browsing your site. Roll Eyes

Freewallet is a currency wallet with a built-in exchange for web, iOS and Android devices.

Like many other financial services, we have terms and conditions of use including verification procedures for users.

Hello Alineaaa,

We are fully entitled to conducting the verification procedure as per our terms and conditions.

You will be able to transfer your coins to any wallet accepting Tether. It will be possible once you've followed all the steps of our procedure.

Please note that it is implemented in a step-by-step manner. It means that we'll be requesting more documents until we make sure the whole process is safe.

Don't worry, the activity on your account will resume in the near future.

I found them at https://tether.to/website, and then I trusted him,And converted 7396 usdt to btc.
Then freewallet. org asked me to provide transfer screenshots. I gave them transfer screenshots. They asked me to provide my social account information again and Statutory Currency Purchase Record . I don't know why I need them. You're just a wallet.

Hi Alineaaa,

What makes Freewallet different is that we follow up on each reported case. If you read the allegations, you definitely found our replies and case resolutions. Crypto is a new industry and it's only inevitable with a database of 3+million users across our platforms to have negative reviews and reports. I hope that finding answers in each of them, can give a better image of our service and the support team.

Unfortunately, without completing the verification procedure, we won't be able to unblock the account. Providing the required information will not give us access to private details that may harm you or any other person. This is our standard security.

We truly hope to hear back from you and work collaboratively to getting this resolved. Thank you!

Unfortunately freewallet is first result when searching for eos/ethereum wallets, many newbies fall prey to it.

I am pretty sure sooner or later freewallet will run away.

We are pretty sure that the time of our presence on the market will exceed your expectations. We are aimed at providing long-term and comfortable service.

Newbies should start realizing what "wallet" means and when businesses are using the term to fool people into giving up their keys .I got the info on web today about "free wallet" freewallet  is all in one cryptocurrency wallets available on playstore for android devices that doesn't has private keys, please stay away from such wallets ,YOu ARE NOT IN TOTAL CONTROL OF YOUR FUNDS ,if anything happens to freewallet  your fund is gone.

Update: those of you mining through Minergate ,free wallet has become the only source of withdrawing from minergate ,well to me minergate sucks cos of lower hashrates ,if minergate is a must for you then make sure you withdraw your funds to another wallet with privet key after withdrawing from minergate.

Most of free wallets are not giving the features that makes you able to take your privatekey. And then put anything on the wallet that gives you ability to take your privatekey.
Freewallet is untrusted wallet that means it's not a scam but it can't be trusted.

Hello

Many financial services choose not to share private keys with individual wallet addresses.

May we know the reason which made you post this thread? Are you having an issue with our service?

Freewallet is aimed at providing the long-term and trustful service. A lot of crypto enthusiasts are investing their time and efforts helping us to elaborate one of the best solutions in the industry. We were the first mobile wallet launched the BCH mobile app.

If there is no particular reason for your sharp thread, we may interpret it as pure defamation.

Hello,

Thank you for your opinion. We believe it is a matter of personal choice which kind of wallet to use.
We've been providing our service to millions of users throughout the world quite for long. Had we short-term and "dark" goals, we'd leave this market a long time ago.
BTW, our apps are qualified for the Apple Store, too, with a so far good rating.
Every active service is receiveing hundreds of complaints a week and can be often referred to as a "scam" one.
We are always ready to face each individual complaint and resolve it.

Hi. First off, I'm definitely not saying that you're a scam or something, as I haven't tried using your service.

With that said, I'm pretty sure even your service is receiving a good amount of complaints due to accounts getting locked for whatever reasons(due to the complaints I've read in the past on Reddit r/bitcoin and r/cryptocurrency), not only other wallets. Not sure right now though, as I barely visit Reddit these days.

I'm afraid only we can know if the person spamming on BitcoinTalk, Reddit and other social media has been suspected and found in illegal activity and hacking attempts. Attracting attention is also technique hackers, black PR employees, etc use to spam other services. For example, there is an account on Reddit who's posted about 20 posts attracting attention to his 'account block' but after people saw that his story was different every time, he lost credibility. This is just one of the cases.

What makes Freewallet and our support team different is that we strive to find every user complaint or report and follow up on it.
In conclusion, big titles are big on attracting attention but only in comments you will see a resolution.

Yes not all apps are free of viruses, and is recommend to use the most used apps that have not any problem or scam accusation and if want store large amounts better invest in hardware wallet, i think is the safest way to secure your money and not cost a lot. Better stay safe than losing all earned money.

Freewallet counts 3million users + across its platforms. Right now, I wouldn't even know a wallet with such a great database without both positive and negative feedback. Providing such an extensive service exposes us to competition but we are happy to take it on and provide the best service in the market.  Wink
277  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Not all crypto apps in App stores are safe on: December 07, 2018, 06:03:16 PM
Ya, that's right bro many app in appstore is not trusted. Safe way to check it, you can download in their website. I always download any app wallet on their website, because its will redirect to their app. Sorry for my bad english   Grin

A perfect example here would be FreeWallet; they control your private keys, and I've heard a lot of complaints everywhere of people having their funds locked.

Freewallet uses an account verification procedure to prevent hacking attempts and money laundering. We have an excellent track record of blocking accounts used for illicit activities and we will keep improving our security algorithm.

If you have not been suspected in any illegal activity, you are more than welcome to use Freewallet.

Sorry to keep you waiting! But for this kind of cases, it's very difficult to set the timeframe. For now, there have been no updates yet regarding ROX. We'll keep you posted: our agent will contact you as soon as we'll be able to add your token.
280  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet.org is SCAM !! DO NOT USE THIS WALLET !![Solved] on: December 03, 2018, 11:53:51 AM
Hi Charlie,

Please always verify if a token is supported by the receiving service.

In order for us to reflect these tokens in your account, we need to integrate its code into our system. If we process your transaction, we will need to start accepting this token from other users, too. That means that we need to add a full support of this token.

While it might seem like an easy task, it isn't. It requires extensive effort and resources which means time and money. What if the code of the RELEX token has an issue or is not reputable? This is also the reason why we stopped supporting ICOs, you can never be safe enough.

We started reviewing requests for adding new tokens and we will make an official announcement once they become available on Freewallet.

Thanks for replying......i am really worried about it. My biggest fear is that this token won't be added at all an I will lost all my funds. I know that you are looking to add some bigger coin with more liquidity, but what can I do if they don't have so much liquidity at the moment like bigger coins. I hope that this will be resolved in some reasonable time and it won't take like 6 more months to be added.....

Hi Charlie,

The referenced tokens are already present on CoinMarketCap which is a positive signal.
Hope we can update you on the successful status of your token issue later.

Hello, I hope so. I just hope it won't take 6 more months because I have send youn an email with my issue about 6 months ago. I know that I made mistake but there should be some option of rejecting transaction or temporary adding to your wallet, for transfering to crypto exchange if you don't want to support this token. In my case that means if you won't add token soon that I have lost all my crypto funds just because of one mistake. Thank you for responding

Hello Charlie,

Looks like that we need to retrieve these tokens in order to be able to send them.

Would you also PM me your user ID?

Hi i have sent you ID yesterday.

Hello, please check our response in private messages.
