matt1555, If you're changing the email on your account, you must confirm it from the previous email you had, otherwise the change won't be applied. Of course, you could initially set an email address with a typo as we can't check whether the address is non-existent, we only make sure it's in a valid format. No, you won't be able to change it in a click then, however, you will be able to request the change of your email through our support team upon completing a user verification procedure. It's a must to ensure the security of your funds as transactions require email confirmations in most cases. What's your support ticket number? Please provide it here, we'll get you an update.

hey guys, has anyone ever got their funds back from them? I was just informed that the process to return my 190 steem will take them a mysterious loads of time and resources. To do what exactly? It takes a second to transfer to them and it requires tons of resources, human power and time to return the funds since they blocked it on their app without even an email? They don't like explaining to much in their responses I got scammed right? If so, I would like to suggest crowdfunding a reward for them. if a million people will give 1$ to funding I will create just to search for blockchain scammers, we will have resources to keep them at least on their toes. I dont have to get it back, but if the scamming scum will be looking over his shoulder for the rest of his life for a few hundred of my $... great! evolutionnow, here's a timeline of notifications we made to our users about delisting Steem on April, 1st, 2018: - We started with posting a notification in the Steem app and in the Multi Wallet about the future delisting of the coin.
- The first announcements were on Facebook and Twitter on March 14th as well.
- On that very day (March 14th) we sent out an email warning about the planned delisting of Steem to ALL Steem holders with Freewallet and recommendations on moving out your coins.
- On March 27th we made additional reminders to let our users know on Facebook and Twitter. We emailed the same reminder later that day to all Freewallet Steem users ONCE AGAIN. All that time the notification is the apps was up & running.
- Finally, after delisting Steem, we updated the notification in the app inviting everyone who didn't transfer their Steem until then to contact our support team so that we could do it for them.
So yes, it will take time and resources to transfer your Steem because the coin was delisted. However, claiming that we didn't let our users know in advance about the delisting is not true, to say the least.

Oh really Freewallet? Why dont you explain to us why every XMR transaction is failing when you claim theyre just delayed? What is going on? When exactly will we be able to withdraw our XMR?
XMRTony, if your transactions keep failing, there can be a number of reasons for it: - You're trying to send more than you have in your balance;
- You're trying to make a transaction to an invalid XMR address;
- You don't have a verified email address on your Freewallet account;
- There was suspicious activity on your account, which is why it got suspended by our security department.
Any of the situations listed above is a routine and can be resolved. Please submit a support ticket, and we'll be able to look into your case and assist you.

That's not an accurate translation, we're afraid. Freewallet ETH addresses are ERC20 compliant, however, not all ERC20 tokens are supported in the app. We do add new tokens for support quite regularly, so if you've already submitted your request to our support team, we'll notify you once your tokens are listed and available in our Token Wallet app.

We have finally released Ignis! All Freewallet NXT holders have received 0.5 free Ignis for each NXT they had on December 28th. You can view your Ignis balance in the Multi Wallet or download the Ignis wallet on Google Play. To see how many Ignis you have, go to "Receive" and generate your new Ignis wallet address. After that, check your balance. This is, however, an early release and some operations are currently unavailable with Ignis. For example, you can't make outgoing transactions at this time. This is a temporary situation, and we're in direct contact with Ignis developers to get it resolved by the end of March. We're very sorry for keeping you waiting! Our mission is to make managing Ignis simple, convenient and efficient for our users. It has taken more time than we anticipated, but we will make good on our promises. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!

Ravi, thank you so much! We've been trying to reach out to people who need to review their cases with Freewallet. Gathering everyone on a public site with a proven channel of communication is a great idea! Now we'll be able to resolve the issues we haven't yet so that our users were happy

sebolcat, the maintenance on the Steem wallet is over, and it looks like you've successfully sent out your funds. Could you please confirm it?

Freewallet is a mobile (only) wallet and we can be sure of its reputation from rating and the user review on playstore or appstore. They have a high complaint of uncredited deposit and unconfirmed transactions.
The only reasons why a transaction doesn't get credited to an account is a) the destination address is incorrect, or b) there's extra information missing like a payment id, a destination tag, etc. If the destination address is with Freewallet, we usually help retrieved the funds with no issues. For any external transactions, our users have to contact the receiving wallet support. As for unconfirmed transactions, if a network is clogged, it can take more time for a transaction to get confirmed before it's posted in the network. Sometimes they are rolled back to the senders' balances. However, no transactions are left hanging forever.

Slow death, the $8m 'theft' you're referring to never happened: people mistook the routine re-balancing between service wallets for an exit scam. We've been on the market for over 3 years now, and every time there's someone predicting that we're going to disappear with our users' funds. Of course, their predictions are wrong every time as well As for other topics you've referenced, they have all been addresses and either resolved, or are in the process of being resolved.

Freewallet is a SCAM. They attracted people to the IGNIS airdrop and the coins were never delivered. I made a NXT transfer to my wallet at Poloniex which never arrived. They are scammers. I already complained on your facebook and I was banned. I no longer have any hope of receiving what I have lost, but I hope that other people will not fall into the hands of these thieves. Ignis will be distributed to all NXT holders with Freewallet as promised, based on the December airdrop. Regarding your NXT transaction, please PM us the transaction hash or provide your support ticket number. If you made a transaction to the correct destination, and it's shown as completed in blockchain, the funds should already be with Poloniex. Have you tried inquiring about the status of your transaction with them?

Ravi, our support reps have already informed you that you will receive your refund in the time frame set in our Terms of Use. We're impressed with the amount of time and efforts you put in spamming online though. Unfortunately, it doesn't speed up the process in your case.

The wallet ardor is not working properly. I can not go into the wallet to withdraw ignis. What could be the problem ?
c0mrade4chan, IGNIS and ARDR are 2 different coins, you should use the Ignis wallet for managing your IGNIS.

People are very eager to call any service a scam if they aren't happy. The fact that the issue isn't with the service, but rather with they way it's used doesn't help: there's no reasoning with emotions. That's the reason why negativity is always louder. You did notice the FB groups, however, the majority of the people who posted their complaints there either requested refunds of their exchanges (which isn't a Freewallet service, by the way: all exchanges are powered by Changelly.com) or sent unsupported tokens to our wallet. You probably don't know that we helped the majority of them as well. In fact, they have submitted support requests before posting their complaints, and their issues were resolved within the time frame we specified.
