2801  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trade on: September 07, 2017, 01:52:20 PM
Where can i access trading tips for bitcoin buy, sell and hold accurately and timely?
You must be resourceful mi amigo... If you have a twitter account you may follow the wolf of poloniex. There are groups in telegram where they give you tips on which coin will be pumped next and you may get in position early before the pump starts. However, there is fee of course.

By the way, I can smell greed in your blood, my friend. You should learn how to deal with that as early as now. Don't expect trading as always winning because most of the time you will feel the defeat; especially if you are a beginner. Just a friendly advice, though.

This part got me seriously and thats the part where people join in and wont even bother to learn before thinking of making profit as if the people that they met on ground are jokers. Telegrams are good but they will never make you independent to be a free thinker when it comes to decision making concerning which coin to go for. Its ok to lose some money in trading but do it with dignity which is the fact that you are responsible for that decision. You learn your lesson and move on. Nothing special, but we all looked for aid as if the person offering such is a god or goddess as the case may be.
2802  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you see trading as fun and games? on: September 07, 2017, 01:23:29 PM
Seeing crypto trading as a situation of games and fun to me will be a form of mis-direction because to have fun is separate from to make money and when money is involved is serious business. If money bags that could change the direction of price could see trading an economic activity that does not involve fun seeking, then there is no need for me who though dont have much should see it that way. Its an activity that brings income and should be taken seriously.
2803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why do governments don't make BTC illegal worldwide ? on: September 07, 2017, 12:25:28 PM
A lot of people have argued that government will not be able to stop bitcoin completely but what they can do that we need to start realising is frustrating the growth of bitcoin in the sense that since bitcoin as it is now, cannot be used to buy any direct thing, then they will then stop banks from making fiat possible to bitcoin and withdrawal from exchange to our individual banks the moment that is done successfully, I tell you, crashing is happening fast, exchange sites are closing down and bitcoin will only be used in the crypto community which is still not large enough to accommodate our needs.
2804  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and security on: September 07, 2017, 10:59:50 AM
I have read dozens of threads saying you need to keep your BTC on a hardware wallet or paper. Anything online isn't safe they say. When trading that is not really feasible is it? I like to move in and out of positions several times a day and often at a moments notice. My trading account has a sizable balance (to me - 5 figures)  in it.

How risky is this and any additional things I could do?

For those advising to keep funds out of exchange sites, knows what they are saying and the issue of BTC-e comes to mind where the amount you can get for now is 55% of your fund for someone having the amount you have there, its definitely loss of sizeable amount of investment which the balance might not be available again and even if it does, not at the right time. For me, the past is a fundamental lesson that should shape our decision not to fall in the same situation those that have gone before us have witnessed. Just keep it where you can control it.
2805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: And We Are Back! on: September 07, 2017, 09:31:53 AM
I think the bleeding is only temporary, I'm sure the bitcoin will turn back steadily and go up again to $ 4500 and more, and I will soon happen, please do not panic to sell it if you do not want to lose, that's my advice.

The same view I share with you because the set back is always temporary but that will be to someone who is already used to the way things are done over here but for someone who bought at the peak of $4900+ its going to be a long wait which is most times discouraging for having to check the price every now and then to determine what is really going on. Everyone is optimistic and hopeful that things will turn out well as the recovery path is already set which I believe its going to be kept alive.
2806  Economy / Speculation / Re: I always feel relieved when you have a good fall....how about you? on: September 06, 2017, 09:49:24 PM
It sort of gets rid of all the tension and makes it look more realistic, and wipes out a lot of the irrational actors...

I still don't know if the is a bump on the way to the ATH though.....
Even me myself when the price increases without any fall, I tend to have some feelings at the back of my mind that the promoters of bitcoin being a bubble might have a point but I just wave it off with reasons and even several confidence of other contributors but when we see a setback like that of recently, I just feel they are wrong and a shame to all rumours mongers.
2807  Economy / Speculation / Re: personal prediction for next days based on logic on: September 06, 2017, 07:35:29 PM
in 2 or 3 days from now the price will be back to normal because ,in my opinion a lot of peoples are scared  not to lose everything . But it is not a good thing altogether because it will decrease the number of cryptocurrency holders by 5% -15% maybe more ...  tell me your opinion about this . Smiley

Even without you personal opinion, everybody who has been involved in the crypto world for a while knows that when there is an issue like this, there is always a bouncing up even higher than initial position and this is yet to  prove otherwise, what is needed is consistency. Anyone who move with the bandwagon and because of that, make some silly decisions will have himself to blame thinking he is cutting losses rather he is making more for selling.
2808  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud mining on: September 06, 2017, 03:42:44 PM
There are lot of cloud mining websites which are scam. And there are some like genesis and minergate which are not profitable at all. I have found another one eobot.com which seems to be a bit different. Is it profitable to invest there? Is it legit ?

If you have made mentioned of those two and they are not profitable to you, I dont even know which one would considering the fact that 95% of the cloud mining sites are scams and the site you are looking into is obviously new which means they are yet to be trusted and by so I would advise you wait a while to get the review of other if you are insisting on dealing with a cloud mining site. Otherwise, you look else where to make an investment in other to generate a passive income.
2809  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature Campaign Question on: September 06, 2017, 02:57:00 PM
I have no intent to leave my signature campaign but I'm curious to know, is it considered rude or unreliable to join a signature campaign and leave it for another?  I would think it is an annoyance but I see people post in various campaign threads that they are leaving.
,

Although there is no rule that states you should not leave a campaign but at the same time morality is on everyone participating in a campaign to hold forth to his agreement and not hop from one campaign to another because of few dollars. To those who posts on thread indicating their intention to leave, its because they are being courteous which is the right thing to do while others send a PM to the manager also as a form of courtesy but aside that nothing holds anyone down.
2810  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ChipMixer - mixing reinvented on: September 06, 2017, 01:17:30 PM
Thank you for having me as part of your signature campaign. Grateful for the opportunity to spread the word.

I was just wondering how this business model can stay afloat with the massive costs involved. Darkstar recently returned from his vacation and I noticed the pay out for the two weeks posting spree would have cost Chipmixer more than 2 bitcoins. Nearly $10k for 14 days which is a massive overhead cost. Given that you don't charge fees, I can imagine the signature campaign eating heavily into profits aka donations from generous users of the mixer.

I hope your customers will donate a more generous portion of their mixed coins. I would suggest introducing a fee system similar to bitmixer's traditional pricing model in addition to an option to donate.

Probably some of the revenue came from the dice option of the site.  I, for example sometimes play there and lose some BTC Smiley Though sometimes I win but there is more occasion that I lost on the bet.   Though I favor that  it is in the best interest of the company to charge for the service.  There is no free stuff in this world Smiley

I agree that its really expensive running a campaign and its something one needs to be cautious of. This campaign has been on for over 15 weeks and every week has delivered the money must be coming from somewhere and I think the donation has been sustainable all along and also there is a need to start leveling a minimum fee with the option of donations attached because some people would prefer to donate big, rather than being charged pennies as a fee.
2811  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the economy situation in your country that bad? on: September 06, 2017, 12:22:51 PM
My country's current situation? I must say that it's economic status isn't good but compared to the past administration, it is now much better. I cannot say that it's economic status is going okay since dollar is going higher.

I am happy for you because what is being witnessed here is a complete opposite of what you are talking about because it seems the economy is just taking a backward trend on a daily basis without end to that in sight and a further testimony of their ineptitude that have made them run the country to the ground. Every sector of the economy is just failing, from education to health, to transportation among high level of insecurity etc. I hope things will get better.
2812  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by mofo1989 on: September 06, 2017, 10:59:35 AM
Junior scammed by junior i mean even if his account get's tagged it won't affect him at all after all he is a new member.
The fact i don't understand is on what basis did you even decide to send him the funds first through a messenger without using a escrow seeing the fact he doesn't really have any sort of reputation please use escrow otherwise regret later.

I really dont understand why he should still trust him if he had done his own research because a quick look at his account shows he has been tagged since August only if the fraud took place before then and even at that, a further use of an escrow would have solved all this and I hope the amount involved is not much because there is no way to really recover it from him but evidence for the scamming should be provided as well.
2813  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to start my first crypto trading? on: September 06, 2017, 10:05:54 AM
Hello
I want to start crypto trading but i don't know how to start trading.
Any expert crypto trader, please give me some tips and tricks about crypto trading.
And minimum how much amount need to start for crypto trading?
       thanks

First you must have balance and you can choice altcoin with the low price with high volume and maybe you can buy with 3 buy order

Correct me if i am wrong with this Grin
Oh, I thought the guy was going to start trading without any sort of balance or coins. He must be worshipping you at the moment for revealing this secret. I have also become a fan of yours...
Come on dude that is pretty obvious. He was asking some tips. I suggest going for trading with small amount at first. Buy at low prices and sell at high prices. That's all.

Everybody knows the pretty obvious that the motive of trading is to buy low and then sell high but the issue is how to know which I believe OP is learning. Someone made mention of fees which I see as the most irrelevant because when you make enough profit, you care less about whether the fee is high or low. I trade too and the most difficult part of trade is not knowing what will happen next but just following  instinct about the future.
2814  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what do you think about pump and dump? on: September 06, 2017, 09:15:34 AM
I had a bad experience when I tried to go with pump & dump scheme. I usually don't recommend anyone to participate in pump and dump groups, it's not illegal but it's unethical in my opinion. I have lost my entire capital multiple times in my initial days of trading when I used to invest based on the others opinion, most of them turned out to be a pump and dump early adopters attracting other traders to invest in the coin in which they have invested initially.

This is always the outcome of the pump and dump groups as it the newbies thats always at the receiving end and since its going to be a faceless group, there is no way to hold anyone responsible and funny enough is that these groups will then start asking for membership fees and even fake testimonies to convince their gullible followers. I see it as a direct manipulation of the process and insult to the intelligence of those who took painstaking effort in other to study the market, the coin and even historical analysis to arrive at a decision.
2815  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stock market vs cryptocurrencies. What are the main differences? on: September 06, 2017, 07:57:20 AM
The major difference I see very relevant is that no one can just sit at the back of computers or even phones and trade stocks without having a particular certification to engage in such. Over here one needs to have been a member of one stock brokers association to be able to trade and without that, you cant unlike crypto where what it will costs me is to just open an account on a website and boom I put a run for my money whether I am knowledgeable or not, is another discussion.
2816  Other / Meta / Re: Dropped the rank - deleted the old post on: September 06, 2017, 06:58:11 AM
What are you saying? you had 84 activity, 196 posts and once the post got deleted you became with your current stats? I don't think that It's possible to de-rank this way. If removing your post caused to have an amount of posts less then your activity then yes otherwise no (I could be wrong) but If this actually happened, I'm afraid that you won't get them back.

At us in a local branch there was a cleaning of posts - I do not know with what it is connected, but probably wished to relieve loading on a forum. And it touched me (

You are a little wrong. Rank is considered now so if you delete all messages from the 2 week period, then the level is posited. And I had 1 post of all that was deleted - and now I had a rank of 84 and I became 70 (

I just want to ask whether it is possible to restore TOTAL 1 post from 2014 and all)))

Based on what you have said, I think I have witnessed such before that you post cannot be lesser than your activity and in that way there is also a particular post that would push you to the next rank in the sense that even if you make 200 posts in two weeks, only 14 posts would count for you and if it fell by 1 as a result of deleting of posts, then you will have to wait for next two weeks to meet up to that again. Maybe I am wrong but that's what I think is at play here.
2817  Other / Meta / Re: Earn bitcoin by being active on: September 06, 2017, 05:52:03 AM
So I heard this story from a friend and couldn't believe it myself. Perhaps, you can enlighten me. Is it true that I would be able to earn an income just by simply posting and replying actively? Thanks in advance!
Your buddy is lying.Your buddy is a shit poster who is not appreciated on this forum. If you follow his advice's,you will end up as a shit poster like him.No one pays you for just "replying".Rather signature campaigns are to be taken seriously as you are promoting a company under your posts. You need to be literate enough to know about bitcoins, forum rules and general trending topics in order to make constructive contribution to the forum..

Why don't you take it easy, the young lad ask for an explanation on what he heard from his friend rather than take it hook and sink, he decides to ask questions which is an attitude towards change then he does not need to be attacked for this rather be enlightened which a lot of people have said. I am sure quite s number of people came across the forum with the same mindset of his friend but over the years, that orientation changed and they then became active participants and contributors to the forum.
2818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling? on: September 05, 2017, 09:09:39 PM
I am often late from work due to gambling. Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling?

I had done this a long time ago during high school where myself and some friends will even sneak out of the school to go and engage in gambling activities and most times when we win, we are being threatened by the older guys to report to school authority thereby deny us of our winnings but in all it was an experience I won't forget in a hurry. But ever since, I have not waste any other thing because I only play in my free time and up till this time.
2819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it Insurance or betting? on a Hurricane weather event. on: September 05, 2017, 08:11:50 PM
I have seen this bet on betmoose.com/bet/florida-hurricane-warning-3166 @betmoose over hurricane warning on the national weather website. Now that 'Increasing chance' Hurricane Irma could affect Florida, maybe it might be a good idea to place a bet. so if I'm affected by the Hurricane (because I live in Florida) I might be able to hedge my losses.
___________Florida Hurricane Warning
Options: Yes | No

At least in the quest of trying to make the best out of every situations by making money, there should still be some level of morality in all we do and betting on natural disasters such as this is not a way to go. This is an outcome if it happens that will leave a lot of people homeless and lost their lite investment and betting for that to happen to me, means mocking them and making money out of their misery which is not so good if you look at it intuitively.
2820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem Gamblers here who are in Debt ? on: September 05, 2017, 07:47:17 PM
Whenever i remember my bad times i remember those peoples also who lost their everything in this gambling addiction. i want to know what you think about such peoples and how they need to survive after so much losses in their life.
I personally knows some people who are in big debt and they even cant recover that debt and tries to commit suicide every time . so guys can you tell me whats the best solution for them regain their happiness in their life ?

This thread is only for those peoples opinion who faced such situations and recovered or atleast know how to tackle such situations in easy way ( btw i know its not easy )
For anybody in gambling to have gotten so deep to this extent means its not longer a joke. I also know someone personally who faced similar situation and what was done for him was family members came to his aid and was put under serious observation to purge him out of the feeling of gambling completely and gradually became a normal person never to tow that part again.
