Plagiarism has no statute of limitations. If we find that you plagiarized, then you absolutely will be permanently banned, even if we find it years after you did it.
-In some posts, I added screenshots from the source page where the source was mentioned. but images are not quoted here cause maybe those images are deleted from the source.
All the posts I have quoted are publicly available. Anyone can view and check them. -You have quoted some posts from my online business thread which I used to sell online. I had to advertise to sell online. I had to create ads with information from the pages from where I used to sell products in the forum so you can't call them plagiarism at least.
You using stolen text to promote your business? And you talk about it so calmly? I wouldn't have anything to do with you. Well, that's so, by the way. It does not matter for what purposes you use the text taken from other authors, a link to the source must be present. Or at least you need to somehow highlight someone else's text so that it is clear that it is not your text. -Secondly, most of the posts are not created to spam forums or to earn from the signature campaigns, most of them are business-related advertisements and some are made with images as sources but not visible now. you also have to realize the behind the scene, those posts were good until I join the 1xbit sig campaign, Everything became plagiarism whenever I joined the 1xbit campaign.

Если бы на форуме такое практиковалось, то у нас бы не было ни одного бана по пункту 33 Просто рай для спамеров, плагиаторов, набивальщиков постов А как фермы разрастутся... Поясню, на форуме есть, так называемые "ленивые фермы" (ну, я их так называю ). Владельцу просто лень придумывать посты каждому аккаунту в его ферме и он постит один и тот же текст во всех своих аккаунтах. То есть, это действие подпадает под пункт 33 (плагиат). Я их сотнями выстригаю А так, написал жалобную петицию в Мете и придётся их амнистировать |

Такая "гипотетическая ситуация" не считается плагиатом. Единственная просьба к таким пользователям - обозначать здесь, на форуме, что вы автор этого текста. Чтоб у модераторов и пользователей не возникало вопросов. И даже в этом случае найдутся те, кто пойдёт проверять Конкретный пример у меня в топике. И да, естественно, если на форуме этот текст будет размещён раньше, чем где-либо в интернете, то никаких вопросов не возникнет. Во всяком случае, я лично всегда сверяю даты. И защищаю таких пользователей, если на них "катят бочку" Были такие случаи. Кстати, это правило касается и уклоняющихся от бана (тоже были случаи). |

Я согласен, что можно простить за то, что забыл или намеренно не вставил ссылку на источник в скопированный из других ресурсов текст. Если бы это был один раз или, к примеру, пять раз. Но у пользователя десятки таких постов без ссылок на источник. Но это не главное. Вопрос в другом. Когда пользователь намеренно берёт фразы из чужих текстов и вставляет в свой текст таким образом, что непонятно где текст, написанный им самим, а где сворованный текст, то это уже чистой воды плагиат. Вот такое поведение на форуме ну очень редко прощается.
