2341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's talk about p2e games and what awaits in the future on: September 04, 2022, 08:42:11 PM
The year of 2022 isn't a good year for new projects' development. When the market is bearish, people tend to put less effort in creating new content, because they know the demand is going to be low, so is the profit. There are options for those who enjoy the games, but from profitability point of view there is none. You will end spending a lot of time, while not earning a decent amount of money in counterpart.

In some years it's likely the play to earn niche will be more mature and sustainable than it is right now, so we have to wait and continue filtrating projects that become available for us from times to times.

This is certainly all true, but those projects that come out during such periods, they often carry enormous potential and a very low price to enter. Many users turn away from such projects and consider them frank garbage, because after listing the price of tokens constantly falls and can very quickly depreciate by several times. But if you delve deeper into the essence of the project, you can consider the so-called hidden gem, which can bring great profits.
2342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your thoughts about Chiliz(CHZ)? on: September 04, 2022, 08:39:18 PM
The project is long-standing and showed itself very well in 2021, giving growth from $0.004 to almost $1. Crazy profitability, and even with the support of the Binance fund. The project will continue to evolve, but will not be able to show such a yield, but those who invested in 2019, they did not regret this project. In the next bull run will be good, if this project will give at least x10, more from it is not worth waiting, especially on the market went all the available supply.
2343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Solana still among the top 10 coins in market cap? on: September 04, 2022, 08:09:05 PM
A counter question, why is XRP, which has been removed en masse by every possible exchange, which is still being sued and whose ATH has not been updated in almost 5 years, still in the top 10? It is likely that the crypto market is not as simple as it seems. That's why problematic, but whale-backed, centralized projects are at the top, while technically better cryptocurrencies and more technologically advanced than their known counterparts, no one needs and are almost worthless. That's probably because Solana has managed to grow into a huge ecosystem, and even the shutdown of the entire blockchain is incapable of bringing this entire ecosystem down. As long as the Solana blockchain space is in demand and supported by funds, all technical shortcomings will be forgiven.
2344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sleep 2 Earn ll $WEZ ll WeSleep on: September 04, 2022, 07:41:56 PM
I noticed this new business model back at the beginning of summer, when projects like DreamN, SleeFi, etc. were introduced. And this is apparently another clone. The only bad thing about this model is the lack of earnings, which is exactly half of the model. The problem with these tokens is that they are almost nowhere represented and have very little trading liquidity. So it is possible to earn tokens, but selling them and converting them into a valuable currency is still a big problem.
2345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tokpie Exchange is a pure Scam. Be warned!!!! on: September 03, 2022, 08:38:28 PM
So that's the whole point, to make money on the difference in the price of their token, which they themselves control. And did you think that at what price they sell to you, at such a price they will buy from you? It does not happen, there will always be a spread and it will always be not in your favor. I have not met any stock exchange, which would always put the user before its own interests. The primary goal of the exchange - is to earn commission on your tokens, no matter how. Use the most well-known exchangers, not the dumps like Tokpie.
2346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does altcoins actually have the potentials of generating benefits to investors? on: September 03, 2022, 07:41:42 PM
It can make you money. Stay with that. Forget the "a lot" thing perspective because that will get you in a dangerous situations, riskier ones.
The amount of risk investing in altcoins should be enough, don't go beyond it because I am sure you will regret it. That's all base on experience and I am just sharing the outcome.
Ethereum is known as one of the tops in the altcoin industry, if you check its price chart you can see how far it has already come from just single digits to now 4 digits. But that means long-term investing, if you are aiming short-term then the trading discussions might best fit your need.

Don't forget that it all depends on the duration of the investment and on the amount invested. When we talk about investing in Ethereum, we constantly remember that it grows very well and that it is very well-known and unlikely to turn into a scam. But at the same time, we forget that it is already a rather mature asset, which has grown a lot from its original price and no longer yields interest to its investors so briskly. So it doesn't make sense to invest in Ethereum for a few years if you have $500-1000. It's like investing in gold with $10,000. It's a good option for preserving value, it's not for making money. So investing in assets like Ethereum makes sense when you have enough money, but in no way a couple of hundred dollars and not when you are an absolute beginner.
2347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's talk about p2e games and what awaits in the future on: September 03, 2022, 06:42:49 PM
I don't know about these specific projects, but I'm sure the play-to-earn industry, in conjunction with NFT and meta universes, will continue to grow and invest well. I've recently been reading a couple of analyst reviews that give statistics about the increase in interest and development in the play-to-earn industry. By the next bullrun, for sure projects in this business model will grow. I'm not sure if the old projects that came out last year will grow, but still, the industry is not dead. Likewise, I am not sure that in the next bull run these projects will not be used only for speculation. After all, the crypto industry is still too young and most investors are only interested in profits, not real application of the technology.
2348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETHAX Vs. ETH on: September 03, 2022, 04:48:16 PM
Strange name of the topic, ETHAX vs ETH. Is this the next ETH killer or what? You listed some features of the project, but they really don't mean much if the project doesn't have the right support. And I'm not talking about your partners now, I'm talking about your seed investors. Who are they? I couldn't find any information, and I also couldn't find information about investment rounds, public or private, for example. Without all that, the project is unlikely to have any success at all, more like another shithcoin that is trying to make itself known using Ethereum fame and the hype that is going on around it right now.
2349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which meme coin is your favourite on: September 02, 2022, 07:23:40 PM
Between Baby Doge and Shiba inu which one do you feel is right for long term hold? Is there any fan of Baby Doge here? Do you think Baby doge can bring better gains than Shiba already did in near future.

No, because it is too risky to hold memcoins for the long term, especially during the hype period, when a huge number of these memcoins and mem tokens are being released right now. In my opinion, if we are considering long term memcoin investing profits, it is better to consider those that are still very young rather than those that have already given many percent returns to their investors. But there is no way to know for sure which token will be successful, so there are those who invest in all memcoins in a row, hoping to make the profits that projects like DOGE and SHIB once gave. This is not even investing, in the broad sense of the word, but rather a lottery.
2350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep or sell ethereum before the merge? on: September 02, 2022, 07:01:41 PM
Keep or sell ethereum before the merge?

I've made some researches and found plenty of rumors saying that ethereum will dump after the merge and why's that? (short term)

Now there is a lot of speculative news about the near future of ethereum. Negative scenarios of course pop up much more often, but eth is not reacting to them much so far, holding the price at $1,500. There is an opinion that those who want to enter Ethereum 2.0 staking want to knock down the price of ETH in order to buy it profitably. These are the times that you shouldn't be guided by the news, because most of them are true FUD. If you have strong conviction and strong hands, you will continue to hold ETH despite the news noise.
2351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Solana(SOL) price could reach an average of $60 in 2023 ???? on: September 02, 2022, 06:01:08 PM
If only a new round of crypto market development will begin and projects will start to recover. If it happens in 2023, Solana has all chances to grow in price up to $60-80. It's too early to talk about serious growth, because we don't know how long the bear market will last. While the world situation is unstable and inflation is rising, we shouldn't hope for a market recovery. Solana is still experiencing some problems in terms of its blockchain and security. Hopefully, they will still fix all these omissions.

2353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most trusted stable coin currently (in your opinion)? on: September 02, 2022, 03:53:05 PM
If we're talking about the stablecoins that are best at resisting de-peg, they are DAI and TUSD. The other stablcoins on this list are more susceptible to de-peg in moments of market volatility. We can also say about USDT and USDC centralized stablecoins that they are the most regulated and subject to various sanctions and blocking. So it is very dangerous to use only these stablecoins, diversification is necessary, but never use algorithmic stablecoins, they are extremely imperfect and very volatile in times of market volatility.
2354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does altcoins actually have the potentials of generating benefits to investors? on: September 02, 2022, 03:19:18 PM
So I decided to come here to seek the views of experienced traders on the potentials of altcoins.

The potential of altcoins is fully revealed not in trading, but in investing, even better if this investment takes place at the very beginning of the altcoin's development. Then the probability of getting several hundred or thousands of percent increases. Buying altcoins at market prices for the purpose of short-term speculation is a bad idea, because a trading strategy will never be more profitable than an investment strategy. When trading altcoins, people are more likely to lose money than to make money on altcoins.

2356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it right time to invest in Cardano? on: August 30, 2022, 08:24:18 PM
Is Cardano (ADA) a good coin to invest in it for long term?

I would answer your question positively, but this is not investment advice. Cardano has now lost about 85% of its value and is not a bad option for a long-term investment, especially when you consider that Cardano is constantly working on updates of its project, adding new products. The vasil hardfork, which aims to improve Cardano's own features, is currently being prepared for release. In general, ADA is constantly evolving and for the long term it is a good option.

They are claiming to be more decentralized due to thousands of pools created on ADA. This vasil fork I heard on youtube update that it's almost completed which is why it's not going down terribly anymore, I guess it bottomed at -85%.

I am not at all sure that these are events that correlate with each other. ADA follows bitcoin just like other assets, and bitcoin follows an unstable economic situation. ADA has stopped falling because the market is no longer falling. If a new wave of sell-offs starts now and bitcoin updates the bottom again, ADA, like the whole altcoin industry, will also update its low price values, falling 90-95% from its last ATH.
2357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Adoption, Litecoin Wallets Rated Highest. on: August 30, 2022, 07:54:12 PM
This ranking is based on percentages only. It is unlikely that this rating, like most rankings, shows any true alignment of forces and priorities in crypto adopting. It looks more like a case when they try to present information at a favorable angle, and cause some kind of excitement around the coin. LiteCoin may be better than Bitcoin in absolutely everything, faster than Bitcoin, etc., but it loses in bitcoin's global adoption, and in the number of new users around the world, and that is the most important thing.
2358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How should i diversify my crypto portfolio? on: August 30, 2022, 07:38:55 PM
How should i diversify my crypto portfolio?

I feel like im gambling by going all in one crypto like ETH and the drops are hitting me very hard with its high volatility compared to BTC

You need to allocate your portfolio to different asset classes, ranging from stablecoins to classic assets that have proven themselves in the market for a long time, such as BTC or ETH. Stablecoins are sure to be useful for redeeming suddenly cheaper projects you're following, or those projects you already have in your portfolio. Don't forget about young projects. They too should be added to your portfolio for diversification, because young projects grow faster than older projects.
2359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tornado Cash sanctions as the beginning of the end of privacy coins? on: August 30, 2022, 07:36:06 PM
Does that mean that all the privacy coins will be banned and regulated? Even those having own no KYC decentralized exchanges, like Crypton?

Almost everything in the crypto industry is regulated now, not just private coins. Private coins have been subject to delisting for several years now, since 2018. Since that time, the crypto industry has been heavily regulated and regularly banned. This will continue to evolve. Cryptocurrencies are being used on an increasing scale in today's world. No one but crypto users want privacy and anonymity. Therefore, states will promote everything private and anonymous by regulating these areas or replacing them completely with centralized and transparent counterparts, such as CBDC. It is suspected that cryptocurrencies in 10-15 years will be completely regulated.
2360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT WORTH WITH SUCCESS? on: August 30, 2022, 01:36:23 PM
Collections can be created in any marketplace, but it is better to choose opensea, because the volume of trades is higher there. The value will not depend on whether it is a picture or an animation. The value will depend on other factors such as fame of the collection/artist, availability of Influencers, etc. If you don't have any of those things, then your collection is doomed to failure, you'll spend money on mint, but nobody will buy these tokens because they have no value at all, and besides that there's a big lull in nft industry now, trading volume fell to many months low, so it's better to postpone selling your nft until better times.
