2981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to have 5, 12 or even more coins? on: April 03, 2022, 07:59:48 PM
Successful investing revolves not around large profits, but around minimal risks. And minimal risks in your investment portfolio can only be achieved through portfolio diversification. That is, you should not invest in only 2-4 projects, although it may be attractive in terms of profits, but you should still put the safety of your funds in first place. Therefore, in the context of your choice, I would recommend you option 2.
2982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance coins that can increase in price anytime soon! on: April 03, 2022, 07:53:23 PM
I am a new trader who has been trying to analyse the market but couldn't find anything. I have also been trying to identify the so called " gems " in the market but so far have been unsuccessful. What do we look in coins? What does determine their price movement? What shall I chase while looking for coins/gems? I really want to learn and invest.
If anyone can help me with this, I'd really appreciate it.

If you want a more classic investment, you can buy coins that have already proven themselves in the market. In this case, the profit from investments will not be big, but the risk will be minimal. Profit is small, because the coins, which are already presented on the exchanges, have long made their main x's.

If you invest in young projects, there is a chance to make a large profit in a small period, but in this case the risk is higher, because young projects may be a scam or the developers will simply abandon their development, which often happens during the cryptocurrency hype.

Do not invest in all sorts of questionable NFT tokens or GameFi projects. Look for those projects that have a developed ecosystem.
2983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Community means everything on: April 03, 2022, 07:41:05 PM
Community means everything in crypto space, there are many people who think that shiba coin won't enter top 10 on coinmarketcap well today we did it, now that we are in bull season I'm sure more surprises is coming, shiba is more than a meme coin do your own research before judging the project, Dogecoin that was loved by the community for few years now got flipped

I would not confuse the community, which helps in the development of the project and just a bunch of speculators who pumped up the price and then lowered it themselves. The community has nothing to do with it. It's only about the hype around this coin. Just like the hype around Dogecoin, which grew not because of the community, but because of Elon Musk's tweets, which provoked a crowd to buy.

Now Shiba is already on the 15th line and it is natural that it dropped out of the top 10, because from the point of view of usefulness this project is nothing. Just an empty shell, which was quite powerfully promoted.
2984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where do you see gaming tokens in 5 years from now? on: April 03, 2022, 07:20:06 PM
I see a future for gaming tokens that will be in symbiosis with meta universes. This will be the next step in popularizing the gaming industry with the crypto industry. There are plenty of P2E game tokens already, and most of them are dumb clones of already popular multi-million dollar projects like Axie Infinity. Such clone projects will soon go into oblivion and I wouldn't advise anyone to invest their money in such projects, especially in the long term.
2985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Inverse Protocol - Highest fixed APY in the market on: April 03, 2022, 07:14:12 PM
Inverse Protocol on Pinksale Live Now!

The Inverse Protocol has an automatic staking and compounding feature built into it's Smart Contract and the highest fixed APY in the market at around 400,000.00%.

A ridiculous attempt to draw attention to a half-dead project. 400 000%? How are you going to pay that kind of interest to investors when the price of the coin is at rock bottom and nobody wants it? Trying to lure liquidity providers with huge interest rates? I doubt that a single liquidity provider will ever get that kind of interest for staking. Usually those figures are drawn by pools with high non-permanent losses, or by those who get shorted. An adequate liquidity pool gives an average of 7-12% APY, everything else is a huge risk.
2986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is a centralized SCAM and will drop to $30 again on: April 03, 2022, 01:32:31 AM
Why do people go in ETH now or trust ETH now when the secret to success was to buy ETH at $0.25 or $10?

When now you are better off going in projects that are like early eth for example koinos which the devs work relentlessy on daily as you can see on github but its still so cheap as eth was day1 so this is a chance to make $100k from $100 while eth is not only making the rich richer

Trusted because ETH is already a deflationary asset that will allow the price to rise in the future, it is an attractive investment asset, which is why more and more ETH is leaving exchanges and settling in investors' wallets. Trust because ETH is a huge ecosystem with a huge number of tokens deployed on it.

There are a lot of ETH killers, but few people need them and they are not as popular as ETH. ETH has a lot of unresolved problems right now, but if the developers will be able to solve them and implement everything they have planned, it will become even more difficult for other projects to compete with ETH. I believe that ETH has a great future ahead of it and it has just enormous potential.
2987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are the criteria for choosing altcoin on: April 03, 2022, 01:26:47 AM
At a time like this most investors get confused about the right altcoin to invest in and this confusion always leaves many to wonder about what criteria to choose when deciding on the right coin to buy for a long-term base. Should utility alone be a major factor in determining a good altcoin and being speculative in the price?

1. Team
2. Allocation of tokens to investors, team, advisors, etc.
3. token issuance
4. White Paper.
5. Exosystem development.
6. Roadmap
7. Which of the funds invested in this project
2988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if you want to get rich get VITE coin? on: April 03, 2022, 01:23:07 AM
Do you think this crypto can make a serious splash? I look forward to your valuable comments.

Most likely, it was just a regular shilling to draw attention to a half-dead project. If you look at the dynamics of the price of this project, it has always stagnated. Only once, in September last year, it was artificially propagated by the pump-and-dump scheme. And then the price returned to the values where it traded in 2019 and 2020. A project that is hardly worth your attention.
2989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of launchpad projects certain? on: April 03, 2022, 01:07:33 AM
What do you think about launchpad projects? A friend said they fade away with time as some are based on IEO and some use IDO but as time goes by they faded away, is this true?

I think venture investing is not going anywhere. There was a launchpad hype in 2021 and even some exchanges were launching their own launchpads, like ByBit, Huobi, etc. Every year ICO will transform into different forms, but while there will be new projects in the crypto industry, new ICOs will appear again and again, just their form will be slightly modified.
2990  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's preventing bitcoin from worldwide adoption? on: April 03, 2022, 12:44:46 AM
1. Government policies: Most government and financial institutions round the world seem not to want bitcoin cause of the financial freedom it gives to its users. They would want to control and tax the flow of finances of individuals and they probably fear the anonymous nature of its transactions. Some policies even go as far as criminalizing its use.

It is more profitable for most country to regulate bitcoin and create a regulatory and tax framework for it. But it is possible that many countries will start to create crypto-zones, separate localities where bitcoin works as a means of payment.

2. Scammers and fraudulent practices: Scammers have found bitcoin as a safe haven cause of its transactions being anonymous. Also, terrorist groups among other sources get funded by bitcoin also cause of its anonymous nature. Fraudulent practices and transactions are made with ease wth the use of bitcoin.

Bitcoin is pseudo-anonymous, with scammers transactions monitored by special agencies and, if possible, pretsupniks. The last major case involved bitcoins stolen from the Bitfinex exchange.

3. Fluctuating value: The value of bitcoin isn't steady as it rises and falls. The uncertainty in the price and value greatly hinders the general adoption worldwide.

Bitcoin is not a stablecoin, it has no task to always be consistently evaluated. Historically, it is always growing.

5. Information hoarding: You could get lots of information about anything on the internet including bitcoin. But the internet can be misleading to newbies cause you could get right and wrong and also misleading information on the internet. It puzzles me that people with an in depth knowledge of bitcoin would purposefully hoard and keep information to themselves. You may think people don't hoard information but in reality, people do. It irksome just thinking about it. If people could share information, newbies won't readily fall prey to scammers.

There is a huge amount of information on the Internet about how to properly dispose of bitcoin. The problem is not that people don't share information, the problem is that many people don't want to learn. They're just driven by the lust for profit. They don't care about the technology itself.
2991  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for best staking platform on: April 03, 2022, 12:31:50 AM
I have 12 million shiba inu tokens and I'm looking for a platform to stake the tokens for more tokens which platform is the best for staking shiba inu for 30 to 120 days maybe.

I remember there was a ShibaSwap platform where you could send Shiba tokens to staking and provide liquidity, earning tokens of the Shiba exosystem: xSHIB, tBone and xLEASH

You can also consider the following exchanges: Binance and Crypto.Com . There you can also earn on Shiba.
2992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you help out a newbie trader please? on: April 03, 2022, 12:16:32 AM
As the title says, will any be so kind as to help an aspiring trader like me? I have read and watched dozens of articles and videos online as long they are free but I still suck at trading and the patterns along with the ways never seem to work. I only do 5x-10x leverage which is why I still have a few left to trade but still, these losses are just so discouraging. I've been in groups about trading but instead of learning I get ridiculed. I try my best but all the information available online are soo intimidating and are bombarding me. I do not know where to focus and I am at the verge of giving up. Making this post is my last push to learn trading. Some may suggest paid knowledge or getting myself a mentor but too bad it's pretty expensive for me right now. I just hope someone here can suggest what I should focus on learning about first or what strategies to focus on first as a beginner. Thank you so much for anyone who would help.

Why do you want to trade? Do you want to lose money? 95% of people lose money trading. You're also trying to use leverage to accelerate your deposit to zero. Trading is a dangerous profession and even if you take a course somewhere, it guarantees absolutely nothing that you will start making money right away. If everything were that easy, everyone would be millionaires by now.

I would recommend you to reconsider your attitude to all this and devote your time to study the crypto industry for further proper investment.
2993  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel if satoshi back on: April 03, 2022, 12:12:44 AM
I just saw this on my news feed. Though I know it's been edited. But we all know that satoshi is a feeling and emotion for us. And if he comes back, it will be a great feeling, but on the other hand, it is also scary. Because people say if he comes back and starts to sell his holdings, the bitcoin price will be dumped brutally. That is why I am scared too.

What would be your feelings if this happened?

It is possible that Satoshi disappeared on purpose so as not to influence in any way the development and price of his main brainchild in the future. The bitcoin ecosystem is highly dependent on his words and everyone can perceive it in their own way and start manipulating it. For many, Satoshi is a legend and is the subject of various theories and assumptions. Satoshi has long been associated with a certain mystique, mystification and more. His return would immediately ruin all that effect. But there is also the opinion that he has long been dead.
2994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The World cup 2022 missed a big business opportunity! on: April 01, 2022, 06:56:10 PM
FIFA could sell Tickets as NFT and ticket owners could resell it again , it could be never lasting business! Personally I would like to have one for my collection! What do you think?

Not a bad idea, but there will be so many of these tickets that it is unlikely that most of these NFTs will have any value at all. Would you want to buy an NFT token ticket that is in row 15, seat 52? Doubtful venture. Stadiums hold tens of thousands of spectators and everyone will have a different ticket. I wonder how users will add rarity to their NFT tokens? Maybe the very first ticket sold for a particular match? Well that might have some value. In any case, if one were to create such a collection, it would be strictly limited.
2995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Thoughts on Cherry ($CHER)? on: April 01, 2022, 06:43:38 PM
What do you guys think? Is a good project to invest in early? Does it have x20 potential?

The project barely gave 7X on the market, though I don't know how much that coin was worth during the private or public sale. Maybe something was earned there.

Now the project is stable at the bottom and judging by what Simplecryptoguide advertises it, I would not focus on this project, because it is very similar to the usual shithcoin.

Simplecryptoguide.com has created an introductory guide to Cherry (CHER) here: https://simplecryptoguide.com/how-to-buy-cherry/
The guide will take you through the process of buying, selling, moving, and storing your crypto. In addition to providing an overview of the project itself.
2996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ANKR good to invest ? on: April 01, 2022, 06:37:21 PM

Simplecryptoguide.com has created an introductory guide to Ankr (ANKR) here: https://simplecryptoguide.com/how-to-buy-ankr/
The guide will take you through the process of buying, selling, moving, and storing your crypto. In addition to providing an overview of the project itself.

https://simplecryptoguide.com/ aims to provide an objective introductory guide for people who are new to the cryptocurrency space, providing a step-by step introduction through the basics.

Another advertising post to promote simplecryptoguide service? As for Ankr itself, it showed itself well in terms of investor support. There was a good chance to buy some of these coins last month. They are growing now and it can be a dangerous venture to buy during the growth.

The coin is up 20% and there is a chance that it could go back to 15 cents. DYOR.
2997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Elon Musk notices the existence of "Baby Doge Coin" on: April 01, 2022, 05:48:46 PM
I won't ever attempt to manage the shitcoin being advanced by elon trick, So many individuals have been purchasing this trash coin. I'm happy and I genuinely want to believe that he continues to tweet about doge once per day consistently perpetually and individuals will see that he has no power left by any means.

Elon Musk is a speculator with powerful tools for zombification, his Twitter account. People seriously believed in his DOGE manipulation. He made a great deal of money on this HYIP by selling huge amounts of worthless coins to gullible investors, who are now waiting for DOGE at $1 in 2022.

If Elon Musk starts to promote some other coin, the reaction to this project will be almost the same. It may not be as massive as with DOGE, but still naive investors will follow his sweet speeches.
2998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TUSDT may be the coin you need to pay attention to on: April 01, 2022, 05:43:17 PM
So far, the price of Bitcoin is close to 50K, which is not affordable for ordinary people.
Even doubling in value is not a smart way to invest.

The price of Ethereum is also not an option for ordinary investors,
Each transaction requires a high gas fee.

Bad arguments. So what if bitcoin is expensive? But it will always be valuable. So what if ETH has high gas prices? It will only bother those who are constantly making transfers. If you invested in ETH, why would you worry about gas prices when you'll be making a profit years from now?

Even with these minor drawbacks, this investment will be many times more efficient than investing in TUSDT, which is not even on the coinmarketcap list. There are thousands of such tokens being created on the BSC network and no one needs them.
2999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cant sell this coin on: April 01, 2022, 05:37:27 PM
Hello I bought gmt and now I wanted to sell but kucoin does not let me:

Minimum size 1gmt

Why not let me sell the same amount of gmt I bought an hour ago?
This only happens in kucoin or is something common in all exchanges?

This is a common situation when trading altcoins on exchanges. I have often seen this happen when I try to sell altcoins on exchanges. Many exchanges set order limits for altcoins, so sometimes you can't sell the amount you have. For example, Binance has a new feature where different crypto dust can be converted into some specific asset. Very convenient if you have a lot of balances of different cryptocurrencies and you want to withdraw them all, for example, or exchange them for something else.
3000  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What's wrong with Coinsbit exchange on: April 01, 2022, 05:30:33 PM
Its been 3 weeks that I've submitted my KYC information to coinsbit exchange and till date it's still under process, a friend of mine had account on the exchange and withdrawal is processed everyday, why would they decide not to approved new users because I'm not the only one complaining.

Coinsbit is a well-known scam. This forum has already had many discussions about this exchange. Many users had problems with this exchanger, I understood that Coinsbit deliberately delays the process of withdrawal of funds from your account, all the time requiring from you various confirmations of identity and origin of funds. This is typical behavior of problem exchanges.
