321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kodak starts bitcoin mining + launches KodakCoin on: January 10, 2018, 06:56:32 PM
Wow, is this true what Im seeing here? I actually am surprised that Kodak is still alive. But seems as they are struggling in their usual business field as they are trying to get a foot in Bitcoin mining. Lets see how this enfolds, Im curious and will keep an eye open for this one.
322  Economy / Economics / Re: Do banks have and advantage over cryptos because of the multiplier? on: January 10, 2018, 06:49:24 PM
Banks have the power of creating new money whenever they are lending money to someone. This has resulted in depts that can never been payed back. The current financial system is destructing itself with the way it does "business". But thats just my point of view, there surely are thousands of banksters with thousands of reasons why Im wrong with that assumption and why it is all legit and good for the world.
323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't Spend Too Much Time Trading? is that true? on: January 10, 2018, 06:40:54 PM
You probably got bored, so you wanted profit faster which resulted that you lost money. You should try to do what i do when i'm tired, do a bit of trading in morning ( check prices, buy or sell something ) and then forget about them for rest of the day and trade again next morning only, this way i avoid stupid mistakes i would do otherwise.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I just became a millionaire on: January 10, 2018, 06:32:07 PM
Congrats on your success don't stop until you convert 100x more just do some research and invest your money on ICO's as you did earlier.

Well, do you really think that this is good advice? I dont think so. I think someone that just made his first million should not try to double or tripple it, because this is so called greed that is kicking in. I would rather advise to realize profits and fulfill dreams or use the money for whatever it can be used for. Just imagine the whole cryptomarket going south in the next months and suddenly having even less than the initial investment while you could have realized (cashed out) one million USD...
325  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Transfer My Entire Savings to Cryptocurrencies? on: January 10, 2018, 06:29:02 PM
Thats would be way to risky for me. Ive been in crypto for a while now and have faced both sides. The rapid raise and the sharp downfall. If I was you I would only put in crypto what I would be completely okay with to loose. It shall not have a huge impact on my life if cryptospace goes south. On the other hand I can understand that its tempting to put more and more in as prices are going up and you calculate the potential profits that you could have made.
326  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What are the biggest problem of teenagers nowadays? on: January 10, 2018, 06:26:45 PM
In my opinion the biggest problems of teenagers nowadays is the lack of true motivation to achieve something great in this world. As our society is kind of overly saturated with everything there is no need for teenagers to achieve something by themselves. Add to this the superficial attitude that most teens nowadays can call their own, caused by social media etc, and you have the problems of our teens today.
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] | Logarithm (LGR) on: January 10, 2018, 06:23:00 PM
People start getting scared way too fast nowadays. Of course there were many projects that have been abandonned by the devs after conducting an airdrop, but LGR didnt make the a "quickmoneyscam" impression to me. To me this project always made a solid, legit impression. Give the devs some time to develop their project, after all we got the tokens for free, so no need to complain at all in my opinion.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is buying WAVES? on: January 10, 2018, 06:18:03 PM
I bought Waves when it was trading at around $4 over half a year ago and kept holding until now, I also bought another batch of Waves when it was trading at around $10 per coin. Actually I thought that with the news around Waves and with the new DEX it would increase more in value, but unfortunately it seems kind of stuck now at ~$13. I will nonetheless keep holding, Waves is one of the most promising blockchain networks in my opinion.
329  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HitBTC is suspected of defrauding users' assets on: January 10, 2018, 06:15:56 PM
I stayed from HitBTC so far because I heard a lot of bad things about this exchange. Let alone what this thread is about, there are a lot of other accusations as well.

Unfortunately many cryptos are solely trading there so people are forced to sign up there. Now Im in the same situation, I need to sign up at HitBTC to buy a crypto that will only be traded there. But as I tried to sign up, the site wont let me. Well guess thats that then, it just shall not be.
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people buying Ripple? on: January 10, 2018, 05:47:14 PM
I was asking myself the same question... For me Ripple is not a real cryptocurrency, its just an instrument for the banks to transfer money around the world. Of course thats a needed instrument, but what I dont really get is why so many people are buying into it. In my opinion Ripple should be for the banks. Guess people are buying it because of the hype and the potential growth. I also hold some XRP that I bought for about $.20, so who am I to judge?
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes a altcoin valuable on: January 10, 2018, 05:40:09 PM
Well as it is with every currency, its the people that give it its value. The same goes for Altcoins as for Bitcoins as for fiat money (only that fiat money is given trust because it got government backing and people somehow believe in it for this reason). But its all about trust and acceptance by the people that are going to use the currency. I would try to build a healthy community and focus on growing and maintaining it. In my opinion this is key for the success of any crypto.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Tangerine (Ex-Mandarin) - Democratic Cryptocurrency Exchange on: January 10, 2018, 05:37:10 PM
Oh nice to see that the Mandarin project is still alive. I stumbled on it this summer and was interested in it but then didnt hear anything anymore about it and thought it was dead. Good to see that its not as I was really into the idea. Why was the name changed to Tangerine? And is the ICO over already?
333  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Earn crypto currencies. on: January 10, 2018, 05:35:16 PM
Besides of participating in bounty programs that was often mentioned to you already I would suggest that if you have any skills to offer, to try to get involved with the projects you are interested in directly. As these are mostly startups there will be a lot of ways to help them. Doing the first step and reaching out offering help is what you should do!
334  Other / Off-topic / Re: Racism on: January 10, 2018, 05:32:52 PM
Racism is an utmost disgusting thing. In my opinion it comes from low self esteem and out of jealousy. There is nothing that I hate more than racism in this world. I have experienced it myself all over the world in form of stupid jokes about my country. Dont know why people dont grow up and get over this stupid shit. One love!
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you really loved an altcoin? on: January 10, 2018, 05:11:46 PM
Well, I cant say that I love coins or tokens. But I do like to have them and its sometimes hard to let go... But its one of the important rules guys: never fall in love with your coins. Love hurts.

Coins I am still holding onto and cant let go eventhough I suffered huge losses are Siacoin and BET.
336  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin fall again soon? on: January 10, 2018, 05:09:40 PM
I actually hope for a big correction in Bitcoin price. I want to buy in again at below $10,000. Hope that we will soon be able to buy in at prices like this. In my opinion a correction is desperately needed for Bitcoin to grow healthy.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I just became a millionaire on: January 10, 2018, 03:44:47 PM
;Di just bought few snovio last year, i forgot about the wallet and was operating my second wallet , i just checked my wallet last week and boom my investment just blew up like 50x..... i began buying more and since then the price has been on the increase

well you can buy a little and holdu

Now as your networth has exceeded a million (congratutalions to that my friend!) what are your plans now? Will you cash out and use the money or are you going to keep the money in cryptospace for the time being? Did you set an exit point for yourself? As for me I have set an exit point of one million USD. If I someday reach this Im going to cash out half of it and keep the other half in crypto.
338  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your mentality after a huge loss? on: January 10, 2018, 03:41:56 PM
I've suffered quite some losses while trying to daytrade. It actually didnt affect my mind too much, I just realized that its stupid to try to do this without the neccessary skills. I just shifted my strategy and am more or less holding only now. I still do trade but only for learning purposes and with way less money, so if I suffer a loss with that money, it wont hurt me much.
As it is with every aspect of life, to master something, we first got to fail in every aspect. So its better to get up again after falling and trying again and again instead of just giving up on the thing we tried to achieve, because if we do so, we will never achieve it!
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherdelta Token sale, will you buy it? on: January 10, 2018, 03:38:54 PM
Im definitely not buying in the tokensale of Etherdelta. I dont see the point in conducting a tokensale right after their exchange got hacked. This shattered my trust in the website and I switched my trading back to centralized exchanges for the time being. I hope that they will focus on the security risks rather than attempt to raise funds in a rush because they realize that people are abandonning their exchange.

Viel Erfolg dir!
