1141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CVC] CIVIC Tokensale Successfully Completed on: December 07, 2017, 02:49:25 PM
Hi guys, one quick question, will Civic have the identity data verified by official institutions or governments? I just read on another project, that will provide services in the identity verification sector as well, that they claim to do this somehow. Just curious if Civic also has something alike planned?
1142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Minexcoin - A new era of payments (Exchange launch - November, 1) on: December 07, 2017, 02:45:54 PM
I know I will not convince any of those posting. I am providing an alternative viewpoint to those who ghost this forum and have not already invested in the project (and as such are likely not biased in favour of it).

As you did make an account just to post in the minexcoin thread, I must admit you are really polite and only sharing your opinion on it as it seems. I like that, because most of trolls (dont mean you here, but most people that pick acc names like you did here are trolls) just spam nonesense and have nothing to say at all. I respect reading up on another point of view. History is always written by the winners, but whats the truth? Always need to look at both sides to find it Wink
1143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CoinDash - Operating System For Crypto Assets on: December 07, 2017, 02:41:20 PM
Whats happening with the trading side of things? Are will still going to be able to follow top traders or has the idea completly changed? I dont get the sudden change in direction

I thought that this actually was the main purpose of Coindash. It should be a platform, social media like, where traders can share their experiences and also publish their trades and follow each other. If that has changed now, what is the new direction coindash is going for?
1144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ⭐️⚡️LiveEdu: ⭐️⚡️ Decentralized peer-to-peer project learning network on: December 07, 2017, 02:39:14 PM
You will hardly find any good translator here.Almost 90%use Google translation and goes unnoticed

Agreed, its crazy how some people are delivering whitepapers within 2 to 3 days. Thats just ridiculously fast, nobody that really works on a translation of a whitepaper can do this in this short time.
1145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLOAK] Private, Secure, Untraceable & Decentralized Digitalcurrency on: December 07, 2017, 02:32:07 PM
There we go again, I thought this thread was troll free now and therefore becoming boring, but the amusement continous! I must admit, the trolling in this thread really is fun pure for me. Big ups from me!
1146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Sia - Decentralized Storage on: December 07, 2017, 02:26:10 PM
SIA price is suffering again as it seems. Of course this is related to the continous soaring of Bitcoin but it still hurts to watch. I dont think it can become even more cheap than it is now. At least I hope so... What will be the bottom of this? Soon we are under 50 sats.

Another question: what makes SIA superior to Storj?
1147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] æternity blockchain ∞ AE TOKEN ∞ [PoW & PoS | Oracles | Smart Contracts] on: December 07, 2017, 02:18:23 PM

With that said, AE is starting to climb slowly and based on my market research it would not be surprising to see AE rising as high as $5 USD with a bottom of $2-$3 USD.

I agree with the most part of your comment here. Although it would interest me in which timeframe it wouldnt surprise you if AE reaches $5 USD? I personally dont see that happen before the launch of the mainnet, however its still possible due to a lot of fomo these days and some cryptos making insane gains without even having a prototype. Kind of similar to the dotcom bubble, after all time will tell where this is leading to.
1148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EMC2] Einsteinium | FUNDING THE FUTURE WITH THE FUTURE OF CURRENCY on: December 07, 2017, 02:13:15 PM
As Bitcoin is pumping and broke the $15,000 mark today, many alts suffered and are in the reds now. But not EMC2, we are still looking at a constant rise and are ranging proudly at almost $2,5, thats just great! I wonder if we might even be able to break $4 this year, what do you think?

10$  Wink

Okay that seems to be a too high prediction to me. But time will tell as always, this market is unpredictable and has proven me wrong a lot of times already, but I still rather stick to pessimistic predictions and then be happy when I am proven wrong and price surges up more than I thought!
1149  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will it hit 20K $ by end of 2017 on: December 07, 2017, 11:54:52 AM
I actually didnt think so but seeing whats happening now and the fact that Bitcoin will be exposed to wall street trading in a few days makes me think different. I now do believe we will hit the $20,000 very soon. By the end of this year possibly yes. However I must admit that I dislike this fast growth. It would be healthier for the whole space to have a slower more organic overall growth, with Bitcoin leading but also with alts gaining more traction as well.
1150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Gold : Make Bitcoin Decentralized Again on: December 07, 2017, 11:51:21 AM
As Bitcoin is stronger than ever and passed the $15,000 mark it clearly shows its dominance over all its forks.  I dont see BTG going anywhere to be honest. Maybe people will make some money off it but I really dont see it as a competition to Bitcoin.
1151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: December 07, 2017, 11:48:09 AM
Bitcoincash hype seems to be settling again as its value is dropping. I understand that people wanted to make a quick buck and hoped that it would reach some thousands if enough people hop on the train. But clearly the real BTC outperformed it so easily. Its a pity for those that bought BCH late (and for their BTC) and now are bag holding with losses will BTC is going to reach $20,000 soon.
1152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA rises to $ 5.3 and and kicked RIPPLE in TOP 4 on: December 07, 2017, 11:35:31 AM
I predict that IOTA will drop as low as $2.5 in the coming days. I will rebuy at this level. Made some decent gains with IOTA this year, definitely one of the coins that performed best for me this year, all due to the sharp increase of the last days. But IOTA is a long hold for me, I will hold it at least until 2020. I just exited to realize profits and buy more IOTA when reentering.
1153  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: December 07, 2017, 11:24:15 AM
A Bitcoin will always be a Bitcoin, what value people are pegging to it is the other side. Bitcoin itself will always be the same, but its definitely possible that people loose trust or that governments interfere and that the value that people are willing to pay will therefore go down significantly. However now the opposit seems to be happening and I like what I see, although this increase is happening too fast for me. Would be better to have a constant, organic increase to be frank.
1154  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin prices go to the moon? on: December 07, 2017, 11:11:39 AM
Compared to the start of this year, its just insane what Bitcoin accomplished price wise. I never would have thought that we will be able to make this kind of profits with BTC in one year. I put most of my money in ETH early this year, so I had only very little in Bitcoin, turned out that Bitcoin would have been even more lukrative than ETH was and its still continuing to rise. With wall street exposure incoming, only sky is the limit I guess.
1155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: December 07, 2017, 11:08:07 AM
Definitely dont do that! I can understand that its tempting with the current price rise and if you made decent profits already, but this market is still in its infancy and will likely need a lot more time to be stable. Now we have seen a great year for crypto, but it can go the other way around again in no time. Then you would regret quitting your job. Also its always good to have seperate incomes, the more the better. Look at crypto as you passive income that works for you while you are working for your active income from your job.
1156  Economy / Economics / Re: What's your vision of cryptocurrencies ? on: December 07, 2017, 11:05:10 AM
My vision for cryptocurrencies is that we will be able to use them in daily life and stop looking at them as commodity or investment only. I want to use them just like cash, on everyday expanses. This will take a while because Crypto needs wider exposure first, but eventually this will hopefully be a normal thing. I am just in love with controlling all my money completely by myself. No more intermediaries that can interfere!
1157  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: December 07, 2017, 11:02:29 AM
Just read that Bitcoin will be tradedable at wall street in the coming days, I think it was 10th of december. This might be another huge accelerator for Bitcoins growth and a lot more people might to start entering Bitcoin that were not exposed to it before. I am waiting for a correction for a long time now, but its just not coming. I have my fiat sitting on the exchange and miss out on all the profits. Now I start to get a bit fomo that I might miss the train totally. What do you suggest, get in now or wait more for a decent correction? Fyi Im waiting for almost two months already.
1158  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are your goals in 2018? on: December 07, 2017, 10:56:58 AM
My goal is pretty similar than yours, I have set my target in 2018 to realizing the profit as soon as I have my initial investment and then cash this out again, but the rest will stay in crypto. Another goal is to build up a decent long term portfolio and put this in cold storage, as well as educating myself more in trading to play around a bit more on exchanges and to try to multiply my funds. This said, 2018 will be a great year for crypto currencies overall, Im certain of that.
1159  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whats the game plan on: December 07, 2017, 10:53:23 AM
I just read that Bitcoin will be exposed to trading on wall street starting at december 10. Therefore my strategy now is to wait and hold, but nobody can tell you what to do. You always have to bear in mind that some people might start to realize their profits at some point and then the value can come down fast again and those people make money while others loose it. I would always set a personal exit point, thats readjustable due to news etc.
1160  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin gunning for 14,000$ now on: December 07, 2017, 10:48:18 AM
The US Government has given the green light for BTC to be traded on Wall Street on Dec 10th. What you are seeing is everybody trying to get in before that happens. Only one company will be trading for the first week then they will roll it out to others through march.

https://www.barrons.com/articles/bitcoin-storms-wall-street-1512188427

I totally missed that! That will surely accelerate the soar of Bitcoin even more. Now we broke the $15,000 mark already and Bitcoin momentum does not seem to break anytime soon. This is just insane if you ask me. Such a sharp and constant increase and no correction in sight. There will be a lot more to come from Bitcoin. Im actually waiting for a correction since october, but instead its just rising and I got my money still sitting in fiat on the exchange and missed that boat. With this news its likely that we soon will see $20k, what do you think, shall I still get in now or do you sense a correction before 10th of december?
