Closely observing the support area the chikou span is sitting on. A bounce upwards could take us to Vegeta levels, penetration below $7k would indicate a retest of yearly lows imho.

I do believe $7kish was our bottom. I also believe it might be retested late summer at some point..but I doubt this week.

I am observing the little bastard closely..that squirrel looks like he's ready to bolt..but who knows which way. Up is looking likely to test resistance at $7.95k, support appears firm at $7.575k.
He is definitely taking a long hard look that is for sure. The trailing indicator is about to slam into the wall soon..have to see if it bends upwards or plows straight through. Do we continue to hover until the daily close for a possible doji?

Guess it depends where you draw the lines at..it looks bearish to me..upwards rising pennant.  I put the "top" line in a funny area so it looks almost bullish I suppose..   Meh..there are no flags(spoons)..remember?

Good morning all.

Bitcoin continues to cling to support levels in the $7.6k range indicating possible upside movement. The market is still confused imho, rising into resistance and falling from support. A bit of a odd duck I have to admit. One thing is clear is that a move above 8k seems to be being resisted by market makers for now. I hope someone pulls their head out of their ass and takes a deep breath soon..  Striking when the iron is hot is a saying for a reason one would think..

Good morning all. Another day of underwhelming performance from the King.

Bitcoin continues to massively under perform compared to most other alt markets. This will have to stop at some point I would think. Perhaps not, maybe bitcoin will be happy playing second or third fiddle. Technical indicators are set for a rise but I believe it will be suppressed again. The manipulation being used to hold down the market to entice institutional investors is getting old. People will buy in because a product is better than everything else..not because of its price. 

There are a couple of possibilities...raise the price so FOMO begins and people jump aboard..or lower it a few thousand so capitulation happens and people are willing to buy the bottom. Being stuck here in limbo is not doing anyone any good imo.

The market is slowly recovering from the crypto winter we experienced. While not the explosive rise some may be looking for, the steady price and moderate gains are sign's of renewed interest from users and institutional investors as alike. With greater clarification coming from governing bodies and the realization that bitcoin and crypto are viable alternatives to legacy banking, increased adoption and speculation are likely to continue and increase over time.

While this might seem painfully obvious to most, sometimes spelling things out simply is what is needed.

This recovery..or rut we have been in..what ever you care to call it, is due to many factors but the one that weighs the most imho is the MtGox coins. Until there is closure on those coins I feel the market is going to hover in this price range until mid August, early September.

This coming Monday and Thursday look to be interesting. Can we get back over $8k?  #dyor #stronghands

Equatorial launch platforms are quite interesting..  They tend to be truly massive in scale for the mass to orbit ratio to start to make sense. Basically a rail gun with a long low vacuum barrel. You need about 7.2 km/s to achieve a LEO. Building a mechanism capable of lofting tonnage into orbit might have to be a dozen km's long..or a hundred.

Good morning all

The price of bitcoin has risen over the last 24 hours coinciding with a positive employment report coming from the USA. At 3.8%, this is the lowest unemployment rate in 18 years. The strong jobs market report sent most legacy markets higher as well.
Combined with slumping technicals, the rally late Friday evening pushed the price of bitcoin up over $200 dollars to $7.65k. This area of resistance sits at a 0.382 fibonnaci level. We are seeing consolidation in this area and I believe this price correction will carry us to $8k+ in the short term. #dyor

Building a ladder right up to $7.75k   Need to find some volume however.
Would expect resistance to kick in at $7.9k to $8.1k if we go upwards.
Below are the same support levels at $7.26k and $7.085k
Whats it going to be, more up or more down? I think more upwards.. then sideways..and perhaps a little more down..but I think we are near the bottom. So buy the dip while you can.

Seem like we have been stuck in this area for awhile now. Time for some movement I would think. Seems crypto and bitcoin in particular is turning into a haven for legacy markets. The DJI was up almost 1% and bitcoin was down 1%..  I have been noticing more and more correlation between markets as the year has progressed.

Good morning all

I see we are having a mild recovery from a mostly negative month of May. As we close out I think we will test $8k+ over this coming weekend.

On the hourly we are seeing sideways bands of re-accumulation after what has been a month of mostly low volume sell offs. I think we will retest support at $7.4k before moving upwards after the daily close. The 5th leg of this EW is extending farther than I thought but might be completing, indicating a possible corrective ABC wave might be developing.

Testing upwards resistance as the Dragon has finally turned and is heading back upwards towards the mountain top. It appears that another liquidity pool is starting to fill up and might complete around the first week of June.

We are well below support levels on the daily. We have one major area of resistance at a 0.236 fib that I believe will be tested soon. Support was tested at $7.1-7.3k fairly thoroughly earlier in the week and held, indicating a local bottom.
