We just wanted to add to the discussion.
His account was suspended due to suspicious activity. Many accounts are, as a matter of fact, and if followed by a support ticket - we resolve the issue within a day. We do it faster than banks do. Our security algorithms worked perfectly and instantly paused the suspicious activity. If somebody lost their funds because algorithms didn't work - that'd be a real problem. We are open to explain what happened, but we can't share any personal data for obvious reasons.

Quite surprising to me Freewallet locked Elon Musk's account. Wondering how he had chosen such as a wallet. If this wallet could lock Elon Musk's wallet then who we are? They could lock our account at any time without notice since they don't care about Elon Musk as well. Legal action should take against Trustwallet and I think it's quite easy for Elon Musk. Anyway, seems many scam accusation against Trustwallet, so it's better to avoid that. Thanks OP to bring it to the right place, other users would take a lesson from here.
Edit, seems they solved the issue.  Freewallet always sends a prior notice and we took care of the account of Mr. Musk immediately. |

Freewallet is scam and i don't recommend anyone to use it. It's one of the wallets with the highest number of accusations in this forum. hello i'd like to ask about how to recover pin code? i've been using free wallet since mid 2018.
as i remember, i never activated it, and i've been sending tickets but its keep fail and said that the captcha verification was failed.
is there any other way to reset my pin code? as i remember i've been collecting my fund since 2014 and never activated pin code.

A quick update on this case: We got in touch with OP and concluded that the transaction was sent to an address external to Freewallet, thus, it wasn't reflected in his Freewallet account.

Now, freewallet... I'll be honest: when one of your sockpuppets enters a thread to defend you, i usually feel this action is contraproductive for your case. If you need a shill/alt/sockpuppet coming in to defend you and say positive things about your service in the thirth person, my gut usually tells me you have something to hide... Same here: i would have given you the benefit of the doubt (innocent untill proven guilty), but since the shill army has entered the discussion, i'm inclined to add more value to the accuser's claim... Nothing was proven tough...
Thank you for sharing this logical conclusion! It seems, however, that we've never been given benefit of doubt in this thread. Anyway, we dare to stress that the funds being sent to one address are unlikely to be reflected in another one, right? And the address used by the OP was never listed as the one belonging to Freewallet. How does that sound it terms of logic? Just not to take an aggressively defensive state, we are still on this case and ready to facilitate a transaction once we find there is a different transaction being sent to our address. If the OP turns to her transaction, she may find out that originally it was sent to a different wallet/person. It's also possible. Still, we have not heard from her! Thanks everyone. |

I tried to use freewallet.org to test send 0.54 BNB from Binance address to my freewallet.org. They claim it was never received. After i complained to them, they switched the BNB address on my freewallet.org account and claimed i had sent the funds to a false address. But they forgot to change the memo. When i did the transactions i checked everything 3 times. So apparently if i typed the correct memo i would have been attent enough to type the correct receive address as well right?  As you see they managed to change my deposit address but forgot to change my memo. We still have not heard back from you and are looking forward to receiving an update in your support ticket. |

Sorry to hear that you have this impression. All memo IDs generated by you for the BNB currency remain on your account - which you can double check in the Freewallet app.
The issue with OP's case is with the change in deposit address though, not the memo. Do you mean the change did happen then? I think even if you need to change deposit address, there should be a time frame for users to manage it. From what we've found, there is no mismatch between the user's deposit address and Freewallet's deposit address. However, the transaction was sent to a completely different address. We are waiting for clarifications from the user in the support ticket. |

Also, on the screenshot you sent here we can see the memo for your BNB wallet with our service but a different address. We could not change the wallet address in the blockchain explorer.
