Is there anyway I could get my BTC refund before the end of today?
I really can't have money tied up in this venture anymore, ragin or prodigits can you please refund me today. You have all my details.
If only huh. Raging/prodigits: What's the status of the refund with KNC? Was a refund actually requested yet? Also, when are they scheduled to ship? Yes refund was already initiated last week daniel. The process is taking time since KnC said the refund to an international bank could take a week or more. We started the process last week with Carl, then on Thursday he came back and asked us for more bank info (ie. routing number, etc.) to make sure the funds get routed properly and it doesn't bounce back. I completely understand the group's frustration and it's truly the worst when you have funds tied up, especially BTCs. I personally had to deal with the whole TradeHill debacle a few years ago so I know well. So that's why right now, I'm trying to refund people back in full from my own BTCs and out of my own shares just to not further delay this process any longer. I've personally already refunded Daniel in FULL, txid: dada844469e8fb3ebdffc249292bf67b93db422025d047b0b6862df5e023efc7 I've also partially refunded piecinitup. They can both confirm this to the group. Please PM me if thats something you guys are interested in. I appreciate the refund, btw! About the refund, that's awesome! One: you shouldn't need to delete the thread if there's nothing to be ashamed of.
Two: you can't ship anything today, its Saturday afternoon. And I'm sure you aren't going to pay a bunch of extra to ship on a Sunday. So stop with the bs.

One: I don't want to spam up the subforum with finished deals. Two: I can ship USPS packages today (and did). USPS still delivers mail on Saturday, so I put the package in my mailbox. |

I am all for getting a refund from KnC directly.
Maybe we could set up a letter/e-mail that many people would send to them? I am not qualified enough to do that, but I am sure there is someone who is...

I think refund must be made before the miners' delivery, after the delivery, it does make sense that he mine with our investment and refund us with the BTC he mined. However, If he does so, it will take him 30-60 days to mine the amount of each share.
Option 1:
I would propose if he cannot get us refunded before the units deliver, given the 2 THs of those miners in total, we can go IPO and sell the shares to whoever want to buy.
Option 2:
He pay us the refund with the miners with a 30% mining equipment rental fee per share until he pays off the refund. After that, the miners are his. It's good for all of us, we get our money back with 30% gain and he get the miners for free.
But... that makes no sense. We paid to have a share of the miners... we didn't rent them. He should pay us until they break, if he mines. Why should he get free miners? |

On another note, the representative I spoke to at KnCMiner said they are ramping up for shipments this week and our orders will shipping sometime toward the end of next week, set for one-day UPS Delivery.
1) KnC should be able to at least change the shipping address, given the scenario. (if no chance of refund) 2) Pick someone creditable to take over, fast. 3) Whoever is chosen needs to start getting the setup ready to start mining day 1. Does anyone know if Regin himself bought any shares? I didn't see his name in the list. Maybe we can use that to refund Jupiter GB #2 folks. I'm starting to think this is all bullshit. Raginazn was on the forums yesterday, so his depression is obviously not crippling enough to prevent him from updating us. On a side note: Prodigits, was that you at the train station yesterday? I heard someone talking on the phone, and he sounded EXACTLY like you. |
