Nope, I'm not familiar with that kind of policy to any gambling platform that I've been to. To be honest, I've been working from home for almost a year now and I don't want to be alone in my home however I don't also want to disturb you while working. For the first, third, and fourth things that you've listed there doesn't really make you rich if you do it. It's not always a matter of saving but rather being able to find ways to earn more is much more important to focus on. If you can afford it then you should buy it and if ever you can't then try to find ways for you to do so. Having much more income coming in rather than just saving and being able to buy things that you want is better.

For the second as well as the fifth thing, it depends. Yes, you should not flaunt your money publicly however having publicity being known for having enough funds would likely provide you more clients as well as potential partners. The question is more on a commonsense question whereas you yourself will know when to stop if in any case that gambling is affecting you in any negative way, especially on your financial situation.
