501  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: agency declares cryptocurrencies as halal on: April 13, 2018, 03:58:30 PM

An increase in traffic is always a good news, and this thing really happening if true will certainly increase the number of potential investors which then can lead to bigger chances of mass adoption and could mean bigger opportunities of being accepted by lots of businesses and governments that will then greatly increase the prices and give all the crypto users more options on how they wanna use their crypto earnings. I can only think of great possibilities coming from this news. Hence, I support this.
502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could bitcoin change our Future? on: April 13, 2018, 03:45:08 PM
Bitcoin already has changed the commercial enterprise world and banking, due to the fact with the bitcoin make transactions less difficult and with none interference. aside from that very fast delivery of price range and use of very little cost Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked
it is acknowledged everywhere throughout the world and there is a change for the exchange expenses and handling. Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin[BTCBTCmg]

I really do wanna agree with you but if we think about it, we can never really be sure. Yes, bitcoin can definitely change our future. But it is if and only if the circumstances that will happen days, weeks, months or years from now will be in favor with bitcoins. But hey, there's never really anything wrong about being optimistic about our futures having bitcoins alongside but let's try to not ignore the other possibilities no matter how small because even if we hate to, they are still there.
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference between Altcoin and Bitcoin? on: April 09, 2018, 07:06:29 AM
Besides from the spelling, what are the differences of bitcoin from altcoin. Thank you.

The difference between bitcoins and every altcoin is their purposes or concepts and ideologies. The term altcoin which stands for alternative coin was made because this forum was made for the sole purpose of discussing about bitcoins only. But then the altcoins came which is why they became altcoins. but basically if you think about it, bitcoin is also an altcoin for every altcoin. And since this forum is the most successful one in this industry, people has adopted the term altcoins. hope this makes sense.
504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The first earnings in the crypto currency. Where did you spend it on? on: April 09, 2018, 06:59:33 AM
Part of the money I have invested in new projects, and spent the second part on the family. And how did you manage your earnings?

Great idea man, I do almost the exact same thing. The only difference is that I never let myself run out of crypto savings on main coins like ethereum, bitcoin and litecoin plus I make sure that I keep a good amount stored in the bank. That is because we'll never know when emergencies come. But hey, what you are doing is great, family, friends and your loved one deserves what you are doing. This is just an advice to give you more options to be more prepared for emergencies, I have learned my lessons already.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best altcoin as of now that has a great feature? on: April 09, 2018, 06:50:54 AM
In days , many altcoins keep coming ,many icos launch , But to filter it, does all the new released altcoins have a better feature? or some of it is just a new sort of scam? Can anyone recommend me, what is the best altcoin to invest that has a great feature on it? That is worth investing for?

Obviously, not all of them will succeed and most of them will fail. That is despite the fact that even when some of the ones that failed was not intended to scam people, they had poor concepts or not well experienced developers and of course, some are just scams. Now, I have some that are in mind but I thought it wouldn't help you. So instead, I will advice you to do your own research and experience making mistakes then learn from them so that you can become better at what you do and be more sure about your investments. Because if you would keep asking questions like this before investing, you will likely suffer thousands of losses in the long run. So please, listen to this advice and don't let yourself be added to the list of people that have failed.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I do not believe ico anymore on: April 09, 2018, 06:39:03 AM
i invested in 3 ico but they all make me uprooted.
1. ATFS
2. BEZOP
3. LEDU
and i think this ico causes bitcoin and etherium prices to drop.never trust again to ico.

I think you are a newbie in this industry and just invested on random ICOs believing their sugary words without even confirming and asking. Well, at that time, you would have been better off investing on good altcoins rather than investing on ICOs when you do not even know what to look for yet on ICOs. It would have saved you a lot of money in the process. But to never trust ICOs again? I don't think so, just because you failed on your first attempts, doesn't mean you have to give up. Stop crying over your losses and learn from your mistakes instead and be sure that you do it right this time. But hey, that's entirely up to yo, so do whatever you want. This is just an advice.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not sell your crypto! on: April 09, 2018, 06:26:16 AM
As I have seen this already too many times since past few years, I believe it would be beneficial to share my experience with crypto markets. Do not sell your coins/tokens when the market is dropping, it's just a pure speculation and perhaps market manipulation from whales who only target to earn on whatever the price moves they can achieve. If you're reasonable, sell when market is high and buyer/hold when market is bleeding. I hope this helps you to decide  Wink

The thing is that it isn't that easy for some people that have invested thousands of dollars or even millions for all I know on bitcoins or on some specific altcoin or token out there. It would be heart breaking to see thousands or millions of dollars of investment that you made slowly going down the drain. Some people have losses of 50-90% already. Cannot blame these people if they act dumb and sell. But it wouldn't really make any sense if they did sell on a loss of 90% IMO, 10-50% of loss would be bearable but beyond that, I would rather go all in and gamble gold or dust rather than chicken out and regret when the price goes bullish again and lose that big potential profit.
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Nice jump by BTC today! on: April 09, 2018, 06:18:54 AM
Some positive movement with BTC and ETH today! Stop pushing the panic button so hard! Should be a sign of things to come ahead?

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/

https://www.ccn.com/ethereum-price/

Sad thing is that since the day you posted this positive statement of yours up to this day, nothing that is very interesting has ever happened to bitcoin's price. Which is kind of what I really expected to be honest because we all know how big the pump was last year and how huge the downfall of cryptos were up to this day. Just Imagine the number of investors that have lost capitals ranging from hundreds to millions and have already panic sold. Those people will most likely stay away from this industry for a while unless they see changes in prices or some global good news about cryptos. This is what is making the bearish market last even longer
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My $36,000 Invesment Turned Out Now $12,000 - Still Holding on: April 09, 2018, 06:09:06 AM
I know how people feel, those who invested in December or January like me, who fell love with crypto, and the way price was going up, never believed I have to see market cap under $250 billion. However, Everyday I check my Black folio app, I feel sick in my stomach. Sometimes I feel what I have done? But i knew there was a risk, i knew, I could lose money, but I couldn't control my rush of blood, seeing people buying right and left whatever they could.

But my question to all those investors, do you believe in crypto? If you do then hold tight because good days will come, if you are not in need an emergency cash, then hold your coin, It can't be red all days, it will be green. have some faith in this industry. I know it's hard seeing the bloodbath, what's happening, but we will rise again.

Even though I lost 70% of my portfolio, I'm still holding because I know good days are coming soon. Good luck guys.

Well, my current holdings are.

1. NEO
2. LISK
3. XLM
4. MCO
5. BAT
6. POWR
7. WABI
8. START
9. WTC
10. RPX

Nothing you can do man, that's life. You gain some, you lose some, that's just how this industry works. but even with your losses and buying with emotions, at least you are not like the others that have invested on shitcoins. At least I see that you have made quite a good use of your investing funds. great job for really looking for this projects to invest in. Some people out there just look at the hype of the coin and throw money immediately without even knowing what they are getting themselves into. SO don't feel bad man, for with those investments, you can expect profits on the bullish season.
510  Other / Meta / Re: Avatar Issues - It's not changing... on: April 08, 2018, 07:12:51 PM
Okay, so here it is. I too have a problem in changing the avatar that I have because every time that I try to change it no matter what picture I upload, the same image goes back again and again. I really have no clue why this is happening. I have already tried pressing upload without choosing a file to remove my avatar and it gets removed. But by the time I upload the avatar I wanna put in, the one that gets into my profile is the old avatar I had. I have also tried the things that worked for you guys but now, the avatar doesn't show up, even the old one. What should I do?

EDIT : There it is again. the old avatar of datarius. :/

EDIT2 : it worked now. thanks to this thread!! Cheesy
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Green market on: April 08, 2018, 06:45:35 PM
Hey guys, i want to know your opinin about - if there will be again dump and when is the best time to buy altcoins now?

Pretty scary to admit but I think that this isn't the bottom yet or the end of the bearish season. I think that the bearish season will be lasting extremely longer than the past years in this crypto currency industry. The reason as to why I have such a speculation is because looking at the all time high last year, and how much it sank up to this day, I think a lot of newbies and even some veterans that might have invested on the hype's peak have lost a lot of investing funds which is why I think that they won't be going anywhere near the this industry for quite some time. Which then will lead to longer periods of bearish market.
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Girls in the world of crypto currency on: April 08, 2018, 06:38:16 PM
I have been trading crypto-currencies for almost a year now, investing, participating in bounty companies and building my own mining farm.
I wonder how many more girls are in this forum?
Or who of the guys is teaching his girlfriends and wives to invest and trade in crypto-currencies? It is very interesting to me!

I really don't know exactly as to how many girls are really into this kind of stuff because I have tried my best to drag my sister into this industry since she is more capable of investing and can really help her make more income than her regular job but she just won't believe the things I tell her no matter how thorough I do my explaining. Same goes with my girlfriend that always says she wants to but just doesn't have the bucks to spend on investing or the right amount of proficiency in speaking the English language to work on this forum or to even just share posts on social media campaigns. so sad :/
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin for fast Profit on: April 08, 2018, 06:27:51 PM
Should I invest my 3ETH on which of the below for a quick buy and dump to maximise my profit?

ETH
NEO
ADA

For me, ADA is good and all, but in my honest opinion, I really don't think it's any better than ETH and NEO I would go 1ETH for NEO and the rest would be set for holding because at these prices on this bearish season, it wouldn't really make any sense to sell out any altcoin or bitcoin that you hold. I mean, Why sell or transfer to other investments when you already have a good investment that you believed in enough to dive into. So unless you are gonna put in some cash, I suggest that you go for 1ETH for NEO and hold the 2 ETH left.
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrops Are Everywhere...Still Catching Them? on: April 01, 2018, 04:13:01 PM
I am only very selective in joining airdrops. I only joined very few  of them to avoid waste of time. Particularly, I am only joining those tokens which are with ongoing ICO Sale and are with bounty campaigns. Better focus our time and efforts to the things that are more profitable. Smiley

Good then. Well in my case, I really have avoided airdrops long time ago since the start of the airdrops requiring personal information that are completely irrelevant with the airdrop or the project that they are running. Although at times they were relevant, I never really cared since my personal information is so much more valuable than that. Although if ever I would get to see some great airdrops that have promising ideologies and great devs without requiring me to give personal info and referrals just to earn, then I would gladly join. I honestly wouldn't mind doing easy jobs like sharing posts, liking pages and all.
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding crypto coins as of now still profitable? on: April 01, 2018, 03:59:39 PM
Ive been holding coins for months , and every month i flip it in the market. But now, its different, The price of the coin keeps going down. Is it still okay as of now to hodl crypto coins? or better to sold it already in the market.

Yes of course! Clearly, holding LEGITIMATELY good altcoins can really earn you a decent amount of profit that can really make you wait some that is very worth it if you really read a lot about it and got lucky that you found it. But even if it isn't anymore, sad to say but there is nothing you can do because this is the only choice you have at times like this when prices are just so down. It would obviously be such a waste to sell at these prices which leaves you having no choice but to hold.
516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I buy TRON or ETH? on: April 01, 2018, 03:40:46 PM
If i'm looking to make my first crypto purchase, which one would you suggest buying and why? I love ETH because it's established but still not as expensive as BTC, but I also am hearing about TRX (TRON) nonstop...

If lets say I have $500 to start with, what should I buy and why?

Well, if you really are new to this industry, do not consider investing that money first because aside from the fact that it is quite small, you still do not have that enough knowledge or experience in this industry. I would suggest you to read more first and try to join bounties and earn as much altcoins as you can and hold them for a while or sell, experiment with them so you can be able to get a grasp on how things work around here and how certain type of projects move in the long run. Doing this will not only broaden up your knowledge and experience but will also add bucks to your investing funds. And when the time comes that you'd feel comfortable, you can start investing and holding and still work on bounties if you still feel like it.

-But if you really are itching to make an investment, go for bitcoins. Since it is a much safer investment, although eth is great, bitcoin would be best for beginners. hope this helps.
517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The fall of cryptocurrency on: April 01, 2018, 03:16:12 PM
What about the crypt? tell me when it will unfold? Or give a sign at least some, because I'm already beginning to think about quitting the game.

Look man, no one is forcing you to stay. Since the very beginning of this industry, all that has enjoyed the benefits of being in this industry are the ones who have endured as much as they can just to hold and stay strong with their investments even when it seemed that everything will be crashing down to the ground. Anyone who only wanted the easy way or the fastest ways to attain their goals have quit already. It is your choice as to whether you want to do it the hard way and succeed or just back out now.
518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does EU Privacy Law mean the end of blockchain on: April 01, 2018, 02:51:35 PM
In my opinion it is not looking good for blockchain with this new EU law:

https://cointelegraph.com/news/how-new-eu-privacy-laws-will-impact-blockchain-expert-take

Damn, such a bad news. This is surely gonna be another log to feed the fire of fud out there that will cause more bloodbath on the market prices on all our altcoins. Because let's be honest, this really is a worrisome news. It can affect the freedom of use by the people in the EU. And no matter how much we say that EU doesn't hold that much people that are bitcoin lovers, they still add up to the number of people that use bitcoins and contribute to the prices. I hope that no other country will try to imitate this kind of law. :/
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: full-time cryptocurrency on: April 01, 2018, 02:41:22 PM
Yes if you have no bills to pay and grow your own food Grin
It all depends on how successful you are at day trading. You can't rely on long term hodls if you need it to pay for your daily life otherwise you might be in for a spot of trouble during the next dump. The market always pumps and dumps, best to just bag some cheap alts now while you can

Highly agree with you we can't rely on btc or altcoins for daily life.Crypto market are so volatile and unpredictable and tho it's true that you can earn huge amount in trading but for assurance of your daily expenses montly bills and other extra cullicular activities you need a monthly income.

But it will always you(topic author) who can make a best decision and what will you profit more.

Yup I couldn't agree more because the last time I checked, people that have quit their day jobs are now regretting their clouded decisions when the prices of all the cryptos in this industry were very high. These people are now complaining like hell because of the market today. For all we know, some may even be on a whole pile of sht today because of this market. There are even news about people taking on suicide because of massive losses due to the massive dip in crypto prices. So please op, don't go through all that sht when you can do both trading and working patiently.
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in altcoin still worth? on: April 01, 2018, 02:28:01 PM
Easiest way to earn more bitcoin is through alt. I mean through investing in alt and not just alt but good ones. Though the market is not stable based on the current bitcoin fluctuations but still I believe in alts. Might take time for market to stabilize but with the way things are going currently some alts might go extinct. So choose the alts you invest in wisely.

I agree with you. The easiest way to earn more bitcoins and also dollar signs is through alternative coins. And yes, this depends on the type of altcoin that you have invested in. I cannot stress enough how important it is to know more than enough about the altcoin that you are planning to invest in because this is the one that is gonna make the difference as to whether you will be able to earn thousands of profits or suffer thousands of losses. It always pays to do extra work.
