It might be years for a commercially good vaccine that has very minimum side effects. I reckon that the companies that create them would sell the first batches of commercial coronavirus vaccines on 3rd world countries and use their people as the test guinea pigs.
Side effect is the least thing scientist would be prioritized here but fastracking a vaccine should be the goal. There is a vaccine that tested already made by Japan and China recognized its effectivity. Japanese Made vaccines it also state that they got approval from the Government to have mass production.
