Take note that .io domain name listing costs only approx 30$ (based on the pricing of Namecheap - https://www.namecheap.com/domains/registration/cctld/io/). Nah.. some of the COVID-19 related topics are having a correlation with either Bitcoin or with the cryptocurrency in general and most is about its effects, outcome, and affected changes in the crypto-world. Hence, moving such to off-topic isn't a fitting idea nor a better way than the OP's idea. But if the OP would pursue such board, then it would be on the Off-topic subsection if ever- as it generally started as a physical world problem yet only affected the crypto-world by the people it affected, and primarily having no connections with the crypto per se.

As for my own suggestion and idea, it is too bad to join the hype/whale of the Bitcoin now and buy it at its current price point. More importantly, there are no actual guarantee if it will reach the 13KUSD ceiling price this month or even at the end of the year. As what most would say, it depends on you whether you would hold it for years or wait for it to reach 20KUSD price point again or not. But if you would to take suggestions, better wait for another 8KUSD bitcoin price (which seems to be much possible than going up).
