6701  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins now requires identification on: May 06, 2018, 06:06:00 PM
I think this is more related to decrease the growing fud over p2p crypto exchange with reversible payment methods. Don't know whether or not LBC will cooperate with law enforcement in case of scam but giving your identity to third party like LBC is quite risky. There is no point in using LBC instead of your local trading platform if they will make verification as mandatory requirement.. Grin
The choices will be just the same where most users don't have any choice but to comply on what have been asked. If they would decide to leave LBC and go to traditional exchangers they would still need to comply KYC and now LBC do ask it also which means you don't have anymore ways to make yourself truly anonymous but somehow this thing or problem would be faced for those who do make transactions way beyond limits.
It's not true, you can still trade anonymously it's just that people are lazy to search or want to find the cheaper, or don't want to spend 30 minutes to learn. People want the spoon in the mouth directly
It's not so difficult to keep your privacy and to avoid the usual KYC process..
6702  Other / Meta / Re: Theymos Doesn't love the Forum Anymore ?? !!!!! on: May 06, 2018, 05:34:41 PM
I love all of my cute forum users. 💓

Adage: Actions speak louder than words...

It's really time to do something. I think one (or more) moderator(s) already reported to you the issues some local forums are facing. It's not a fantasy it's a reality. Some local forums are not usable anymore for a long time. Sometimes there are more bots than members.

Not long ago while reporting in the French section, nothing was moderated, guess what? It's a moderator from another section who did the job. (@ricky---) And no sorry it isn't an isolated case.
You ask to report, we do, but we get nothing, so what a member can do more? Leave the local forum.....

I don't know what can be the issue you see to increase or replace the staff but trying something else can't really be worst than what some sections get.

It's not so cool for the folks interested in cryptocurrencies but don't understand English. They are limited to their native language but when they see the mess I don't think it is motivating to read or participate in discussions. As a result instead to get people interested in cryptocurrencies local section get people interested to use the forum as a cash cow instead...
6703  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Europe Wants To Know Who You Are? on: May 06, 2018, 05:13:20 PM
This has been going on for a while, so I am not at all surprised. Most exchanges now a days require a KYC process (even some ICOs require it, as well as bounty campaigns at the end). I do feel it is tax related, but on the bright side it means that governments are starting to recognize cryptocurrency more and more as a valid asset making it no longer "banned" or "illegal".

And this is why Decentralized exchanges are growing, slowly I admit, but still, and more people will start to use them. It's not a "taxes related" problem but rather a money laundering "excuse"... Some countries in Europe are welcoming businesses related to cryptos, and some are charging a quite low percentage tax, or zero.
The money laundering "excuse" is used with the hope to be able to track transactions, yet with fiat and all regulations that popped out since a decade did nothing for their "money laundering "excuse""
6704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Zencash: Excellent potential? on: April 25, 2018, 06:23:28 PM
I think the token is not good looking as a result of insufficient use of Blockchain tecnology. I don´t think is great and with this market is better to stay away.

Firstly Zencash didn't ICO, it's a fact. Have you ever read the white paper? I am sure NO, maybe you have not even visited the website.
Zencash is not just a crypto, it's a complete platform focusing privacy with messaging and more. What do you mean with " insufficient use of Blockchain tecnology" by the way?
6705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Way to Earn Passive Income - Cryptocurrency Masternodes (MN explained) on: April 24, 2018, 07:52:33 PM
Awesome video VoskCoin as always. How the cute dog is doing  Grin

Masternodes are a good way for the folks looking to collect some coins with just a few efforts, but it's rather for people investing for the long-term. It can be well rewarding.
BTW have you see how $ZEN nodes number is growing well?
6706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone needs to report the @Bitcoin twitter handle immediately on: April 24, 2018, 06:32:27 PM
Hi guys, just a few things:

I have been vocal recently on Twitter about this shit account then he blocked me after asking too much embarrassing questions daily. No problem I have different accounts, still he avoids replying to different questions...
Remember when @Bitcoin claimed to be censored by the guy from Twitter when he was suspended and once back he was telling to people The guy from Twitter gave the @Bitcoin handle to someone else, then he started to cry about how bad are his stats

Here is the real truth
He has been suspended not because of the reports (We were doing it massively long before, but didn't success) but because he is using bots. His account didn't survive to the last Twiter update that makes Twitter very strict against bots and fake accounts.

He was buying bots to follow his account, and at a time he used a wrong supplier... So after the update, Twitter suspended his account for obvious reasons.
The guy from Twitter didn't give the @Bitcoin username, the other accounts were using a trick to have @Bitcoin and once Twitter figured this they suspended those account as well. Twitter staff never gave the @Bitcoin account to someone, it's just a lie.

The stats he was crying about blaming Twitter have nothing special, when you use bots you can't expect to have some "great stats", right?
Twitter just "ghost banned" all his fake followers like they do with every account. Every long Twitter users know about this.

He deleted some tweets from June-July-August 2017, I haven't been able to find what it was about, but it's clear he has something to hide

Conclusion
He got banned for using bots
Twitter didn't give @Bitcoin to someone
His stats go down because he has a ton of fake followers bought since he got the ownership of the account

There isn't much to do other than spreading the word about the BCH garbage, Tweet sometime about it, it doesn't take a lot of time and it's free. Boycott bitcoin.com, a lot of you guys are using this website to auto post the RSS to your fake accounts. There are much better and reliable source to find on the web

"super project sir, it's going to crash to the moon, go invest bittrex now"  le bordel n'est meme pas listé sur bittrex
"abcd is best cryptocurrency sir"   ici abcd est une application android
6708  Other / Meta / Re: Remove signatures on: April 22, 2018, 02:20:16 AM
Why not blaming the campaign managers firstly and why not to send a warning to them? I know it's, not the first time I talk about it but doesn't make it sense to you to blame the bounties managers as well? It could be more effective to do it so.

Anyone want to get paid via Lightning Network?   Tongue Cheesy

Is it a joke or it is something that could be done if there is enough interest in?
6710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone like badmouth about Bitcoin but everyone use it and clone it on: April 22, 2018, 01:30:46 AM
Then it's not the correct way to market your product. To me, it's a proof that their coin is not good as they claim if it was they wouldn't need to use such methods. Not everyone has the skill to market somethings true that, but everyone can learn, hire people, or something else. There are enough resources online and offline to promote something.

The second you have no other ways to promote your coins than badmouthing about another coin, it's already the end, it means you don't have faith in your coin.
6711  Economy / Goods / Re: BITCOIN ABSTRACT PAINTINGS on: April 21, 2018, 11:20:05 PM
What would be the shipping price approximately ( I am from West Europe) and do you take an insurance for the delivery because as you know some guys work with their feet and don't care about what they're delivering. It's just that I would be sad to receive it broken...

About the frame in wood, it's is already installed on? Or you will install once the order comes? Just to know if I can choose the style

6713  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: First Crypto Hardware Wallet for Smartphone ? on: April 20, 2018, 11:57:34 PM
Yes but imagine for your daily use. With a Ledger, will you be ok to have in your pocket a cable permanently? I am already moaning when I have in my pocket, the keys, the wallet, the ID card, cigarettes, phones, in 10 years men will need their handbag  Cheesy

There is also something good about it inside, the third party exchange.
As for the idea of an integrated hardware wallet into the phone, I would say it's a good idea. What about branding a crypto smartphone? Grin
6714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ZEN] ZenCash: Private, Secure, Resilient CryptoCurrency with zk-SNARKs on: April 20, 2018, 11:52:07 PM
Congrats for being included in the Ledger Hardware, it's so hard to be in that you can consider yourself to be part of the "Elite coins group"

Do you know when XEEDA will be out for sale? As Zencash is included in you may know something about it.
6715  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Everyone like badmouth about Bitcoin but everyone use it and clone it on: April 20, 2018, 11:14:32 PM
We could call it irony or hypocrisy but this is a reality.

A lot of people badmouth daily about Bitcoin but most of them use it (or own it)
The other group of people is filled with people who regret not joining the Bitcoin party years ago, or can't buy some bitcoins.

When they don't have something they start to badmouth, it gives themselves an excuse. For example, you would like to have the latest Audi because it's the king in the car industry, you can't afford to buy the latest, you will start to find all kind of excuses to explain
why you don't buy it:

- Costing too much for maintenance,
- petrol price keeps increasing,
- ecology,
- you can even start to say Audi kills babies! Hi Roger Ver...

At the same time, most of the altcoins look like the same from each other, nothing new...
If Bitcoin is so bad then why do you clone it to make your own coin? And more important why do you use the brand name, logo etc....

With the years I find people on the internet become weirder and bizarre but in the crypto world it is a higher level of weird people
6716  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: New Widget by Smartjex: we are looking for your opinions! on: April 20, 2018, 09:53:35 PM
why on earth aren't you using another API than Changelly and remove the "powered by" As an IT guy it should be something basic to think about and to do as well. You should set with "Powered by Smartjex" Market your name not the one from other company

Other than that the web design is clean and nice, I like it

Or this one is the only one?

Thanks

6719  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beware of Twitter !! Scams !! - Don't giveaway your ether in return for more on: April 20, 2018, 03:04:10 PM
At the same time, you can admit something. Who is dumb enough to send some ETH. If someone fails into the trap then not only the person should stay away from cryptos but shall cut off the internet connection directly.

In the old time, you could get your account verified with the blue check mark for $250 but after the verifications are not open anymore it is harder.
Older than that there was a trick to get the blue check mark, once Twitter figured about, it was removed, but it was here for a long time.
6720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Does the Media Keep Referring to Ver as "Bitcoin Jesus"? on: April 20, 2018, 02:30:39 PM
Over the past 2 years, Ver has proven himself to be one of the greediest figures in all of cryptocurrency.
You've got to be kidding.  Ver is very generous.  Your little troll gang can only fool the dumbest of the community.  Nearly everyone understands that Ver firmly believes in the old original and he works very hard to keep that network alive.  Good fucking luck with Lightning.  I hope it works.  But why does everyone have to shit on Roger because he considers the original Bitcoin to be important still?  It doesn't slow your coders down.  Let them code away on Lightning.  Maybe they will make something nice.  You all act like Roger is eating their lunch.  Roger doesn't interfere at all with Lightning.  Only Lightning coders can slow that piece of shit down.

Work very hard how?
Posting fake news and lies, manipulating fake screenshots from Blockstream website and inventing some Bcash events? Is it what you call working hard? If your product is so good you wouldn't need to use such deceptive marketing methods, can we agree with it at least?

Buying websites to spread mis-information, buying sockpuppets accounts, spamming etc how do you call it?

Ah the Satoshi Vision? Bcash has nothing with the real Satoshi vision, Do you know Satoshi was already talking about what we call today the Lightning Network?

Bitcoin scalability comes from coding not increasing the block sizes to what could be 40 go in the future.

Off topic: Bitcoin won't go to zero it's not possible "Too big to fail" ! Cool
