741  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [WARNING!] For gamblers using coins.ph on: September 18, 2021, 02:22:34 AM
There's a new update on coins.ph now.

A new requirement is added that you have to identify not only where you will send the coins but also the source of the coins you received.
It has even been brought out by one of the campaign participants of bestchange regarding this issue. you can see the full convo here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5217201.1700

Last week this was not the case, I've transferred my rewards coming from Coindragon without this form now just last night I have this form and I already set it to my coins.ph wallet I am not aware of this, they should have sent a newsletter first, I am aware of sending but not on receiving  I have no choice but to fill one of my exchanges and hoping that they will not trace it.

Next time I will transfer it to my desktop wallet before sending it to Coins.ph
742  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think about youtube/twitch marketing? Is it ethical? on: September 17, 2021, 02:37:48 AM
We all have seen dozen videos of streamers on twitch/youtube who play with huge amount of money and sometimes win a lot. Overall, the main idea behind these streams is that if you have huge bankroll, then you have a higher chance of win greater amounts of money. This is done in order to attract people with higher bankroll instead of low ones. While I was always saying that adult person is independent in his/her choice and if he/she does anything, it's only his fault, I still look at this marketing like a dirt trick to attract people with bankroll more than they are afford to lose.

Most of the times I have seen youtubers who were using high quality equipment, tech support, etc and had different casino themes on their video but were acting like an actors and were swearing that they were playing with their own money.

So, what do you guys think, is this kind of marketing ethical?

Many casinos are practicing that even well-established casinos it's one way to sustain the money flowing inside the casino it's up to the players if they want to follow the advice of the streamers, what's unethical practice is promoting scam gambling sites and telling them that they are paying on time when they are not, we have at least two scam gambling site here with a signature campaign and many members promoting and supporting them, that's unethical for me.
743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake bets on: September 16, 2021, 10:22:54 AM
This your complain is never new in the casino and gambling world so don't be bias cause it has become a normal trend I think don't think is a fake means to attract more gamblers to gamble on a particular platform. This can be term business techniques that every gambling platforms make use of which I don't you need to accuse just Roobit only. I think if you don't like the techniques kindly disregard gambling online cause it's normal to me.

Not only gambling sites employ this but even new trading and exchange are also doing this to attract more traders and players, even old gambling sites are doing this whenever there is a decline in activities, if the gambling site has a good reputation, there's nothing wrong on doing this, the most important thing is they have no scam report and they pay their players on time.
744  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Shrew Team did not pay the Signature participants on: September 15, 2021, 01:37:57 PM

Shrew and Lunaland are connected. As you can see in the picture. Dusko is the Founder of Lunaland which scammed Royse and its hunters. These guys are literally abusing this forum. 2 successful Pre-sale projects yet still didn't pay its workers. [/color][/b]

Investors should think twice before investing in this project, they are not trustworthy and full of deception they cannot honor their commitment, what more can we expect in their roadmap, investors will end up with a bag of their shit token, they will neglect and run and their token will soon become a dead coin.
Developers who do not honor their commitment to those who help them get funded should be dump by investors.
745  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Transgender on MMA on: September 15, 2021, 10:16:09 AM
I don't care if the females don't care. It is their league. If they don't protest this, why would anybody else care? They went full woke, now it is the pay back time. If this continues, those trans people soon will overtake female sports and you won't find a born female participant. Since I don't even watch any female sports other than the beach volleyball, nothing of value has been lost. Beach volleyball is however, my red line. If those freaks (no offense to my trans friends) manage to make their way to that, I might join the protests.

They may soon cross the line, we already have it in the Olympics and we have it in Miss Universe, so they are taking over where a woman is dominating, they should create their own sports organizations, why invade the territory of women, we should protest fairness in the sport, even if they are backed by science that they can compete it's hard to take that logic, in the back of our minds we all know that the match is not equal.
746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Jonas Sultan vs Carlos Caraballo - October 30, 2021 on: September 15, 2021, 09:06:03 AM
The Puerto Rican might be a good prospect but he is facing somebody with much more experience and this will be a significant test for him. Sultan has not been consistent enough to become champion. He beat Casimero but then lost to Ancajas. Sultan has 5 losses but has never been knocked out. My prediction is that this will go the distance but the undefeated fighter will get the decision.

I have seen some of Jonas Sultan fights he was beaten by tough fighters and champions I have too much respect for Jonas Sultan skill, power, and toughness in the ring, yes he is facing a power puncher but he is not facing a power puncher for the first time in his career, Casimero is also a knock out artist and has power in both hands, Sultan will win the fight because you cannot beat a fighter you cannot hit, let's see if he can hit Sultan with his power punches.

Could we stop talking about signature campaign? This is really something derailing this ANN thread which these kind of discussions isnt really that much needed.

It started because of the delay in payment, this thread is all about Bitvest, its issues, and features when there is a delay in payment gamblers posted it in the announcement thread because they are not getting a good answer or they are being ignored by the support, by posting it here puts the reputation and credibility of the site, so they have to address the issue right away it will have an impact on active players, so we must concentrate on the issues and features, not the signature campaign.
748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Terence Crawford vs Shawn Porter - Nov. 20 on: September 15, 2021, 07:43:57 AM
This is going to be a tough call for most bettors. I'll have to wait and watch clips of their training and interviews before putting my money. I'm also favoring Crawford to win as of now but if the odds remain as is, I'll probably take a shot on the huge underdog or some handicaps/specials.

Although the stats are close, Crawford is a fighter that has clear advantages on records and fighters he fought, I don't belittle Porter, he is a tough fighter who deserves a title, people love to see him fight because his style is what people want to see loves to engage aggressively, I like him when he fought Spence he box likes it's his last fight, the fight could go either way but Crawford has an advantage here.
749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: G A M B L E R S ❗❗ What are your thoughts on this? on: September 15, 2021, 03:54:51 AM
You should set up a poll for this there are people picking option 1 or 2 and both, but so far majority picked option number 2

Quote
Players in this casino compete against each others in games such as Ludo, Poker, Rummy, etc... .
In this type of casino, players rely on their luck and skills to make a profit.
There is only one winner in each game (Ludo: first place, Poker/Rummy: last man standing).

You can't beat the house edge it could end up all players losing while on option number 2 at least one player can win the jackpot and take home the pot, you have an equal chance of winning it depends on who has the better skill on all the players playing.
750  Economy / Gambling / Re: ProvablyFair.me | Bet Verifiers | Fair gambling 🎲 🏆🍀 on: September 14, 2021, 08:58:40 PM
That's a good way to start to introduce your project, a copper account a well-designed announcement thread, and actively participating in the discussion.

Coming soon:

"Alerts": In a huge gambling industry where there are a lot of non-provably fair providers and games, there is also a lot of abuse of those games. By cooperation with multiple different gambling platforms and game providers, we will be among the first ones to know if/ when a certain game gets abused.

By promoting provably-fairness, we want everything to be fair for players and also for a casino.

We'll let's see if you can keep it up monitoring gambling sites for abuse, checking every page on your site I cannot see reviews of the gambling sites listed, just the usual star rating, gamblers want honest and fair reviews, every link leads to the homepage of the gambling site I think you need to consider reviews, not just rating.
751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling risks during coronavirus pandemic on: September 14, 2021, 01:06:38 PM

This is the time where we should be careful, I understand that we are facing a pandemic, most of us have financial struggles but we should not lose our hope, we can also enjoy ourselves like gambling

That's true This is the time that we must practice control of our gambling habits, and this is the time that we should only play what we can afford to lose and allocate only within our means, this is a tough time and full of uncertainty, but that does not mean that we should stop doing what we enjoy doing, we should only moderate it more, gambling ease up the burden of what we are experiencing in the pandemic.
752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] JOSHUA vs USYK on: September 13, 2021, 11:31:16 PM
Joshua is a better fighter than Usyk but I think he will be overlooking this fight and concentrating for Fury which I think the same that happened to him against Ruiz will happen again. He will prolly land a couple of big punches but Usyk has a great chin. Then I see Usyk catching him with one punch and rocking him badly and he cannot recover. Usyk to win by round 6. I am hoping that Joshua wins because I want to watch him against Fury but I think that Usyk will surprise people when fight night happens. Joshua does not have a good chin and he has shown that he looks past opponents in the past Usyk will be fighting like his life depends on it and if Joshua does not come in with the same mind set he will lose.

If you are confident in your prediction, you can make a lot of money - bookmakers estimate the odds of Usik winning up to round 6 with odds ranging from 50 to 40  Wink
Personally, I do not think that Usyk will definitely win this match, after all, Joshua has more chances, but in my opinion, Joshua's chances are overestimated, these are about two equal boxers, but the odds for Usyk's victory are more than 3.
I know that Joshua is the heavy favorite here and so was when he fought Ruiz a late replacement and we all know what happen to that fight Joshua always show confidence when he fought, but when he is fighting a tough guy who keeps coming in and engages toe to toe his weakness is exposed, he is the type of guy that will easily give up, his fight with Ruiz shows that he do not have a big fighting heart, fighters will fight to the death if Usyk can engage and show toughness, Joshua is in for a big surprise.
753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fate or lack of control - Gambling on: September 13, 2021, 04:12:39 PM

We do not have to force them, but we can advise them, especially if they are in trouble. Yes, it is hard to recover from the addiction to gambling, but we should try for them so they know that we care for them and want to help them solve their problem. I am sure we can cure the addicted because everyone does not want to have the worst experience. The first thing that we should do is change their habits daily, giving them a new habit to do.
It depends on how close you are to the gambler, if you are an immediate family like a wife or a father they will likely listen to your advice, the most important thing is you understand them and you are more than willing to help them to overcome the addiction, gamblers will let you interfere if they think that they can trust you, trust is the start of healing, so if you want gamblers to trust let them know you are more than willing to help them.
754  Economy / Gambling / Re: planetofbets.bet Register and get Free bet ( bet with BTC , Cryptocurrency ) on: September 13, 2021, 01:34:18 PM
I would make a better ANN thread, even I have never done that in my life... The site looks like it's from 2006, so I guess this design was popular back then!

With this look and concerns from some members above should be a clear sign "stay away"! With so many good casinos around, that have a lot better promotions than just "free bet on the suspicious site" I don't think that Planet of Bets has any chances of getting players from here!

For old gambling that they claim to be, they are not living up to their name and age, there's a possibility that OP is lying the site does not look old because it is a new site and they just registered the domain, we cannot trust admin of gambling that is not transparent and cannot back with proof all that he is claiming, they are marketing their gambling site the wrong way.
755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jamel Herring vs Shakur Stevenson on: September 13, 2021, 02:04:08 AM

Maybe some of us here don't know these boxers but Shakur Stevenson is one prospect that could dominate the lightweight division in the near future. He is a silver medalist in the Olympics, one of the reasons why many US fans are expecting this guy to be a big name in boxing once he will be paired with big names like Oscar Valdez or maybe Teofimo Lopez in the next few years.

Have read an article saying that both will receive 1.5M USD, if you are not popular in the states you will not receive that kind of amount.

Have seen his fights on Youtube and he is not as good as those named you've mentioned but it's good that he is fighting a fighter like Herring who has a good record and like to engage this is a test for his young career, but I don't think if he wins this fight he will be in the status of Lopez and Valdez, who fought big fights and big names, he needs more big fights he is a very promising boxer though.
756  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice multiplayer theory on: September 12, 2021, 02:38:03 AM

Multiplayer means playing with other gamblers against the house right? I honestly don’t know much about if there’s a theory on this and if its really work because as far as I know, dice game is also a luck game like roulette so your strategies wont work at all, I’d rather enjoy playing than to take this serious, it wont work.

If players like us are not aware of the existence of multiplayer dice games, then this is something interesting for us to explore unfortunately OP did not give us a clue on what this multiplayer dice game is, and on what gambling site can we find it and how can it be played, when he logs in he will be surprised on the reaction and he should give us more details.
757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greatest Gambling Losers on: September 11, 2021, 01:22:46 AM
I can sense how much emotional trauma those guys must have gone through. I actually felt for Akio Kashiwagi  who Lost $19 million and was murdered in his home and it could be as a result of debts he could be owing. It's really sad how people get so trapped by gambling addiction and get so engrossed in that that help becomes an impossible mission.

That's the worst thing that can happen to a gambler losing huge money and eventually losing his life from being murdered from loan or suicide, there's data I read that many commit suicide because of gambling because they lose everything, and they thought it's the end of the road for them, they have no friends or someone to talk to or in some cases, they kept it all by themselves until it becomes unbearable.

759  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam] Achillescoins exchange on: September 09, 2021, 08:31:24 AM
They don't have an announcement thread here and they don't have social media channel or even a group channel, only a fool will trade which claim to be the most advanced cryptocurrency exchange when they do not have a team profile on their webpage so people can check if the team can live up to their claim, all the warning sign are written on this scam exchange.
760  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to $53k or down to $48k? (Bullish Scenario) on: September 09, 2021, 08:02:37 AM

The volatility is increasing. It is safer not to play with the price for now. In times like these I would rather just hodl and wait for the better days to come. The risk of trading Bitcoin short term is high but it is significantly lowered to the minimum if you are looking at the long term.

We certainly cannot predict Bitcoin's price tomorrow or the day after it but we are almost assured that years from now the price is definitely higher than today.

We are in pandemic times and this is the hardest time to HODL Bitcoin because of this pandemic I have to sell half of my share to sustain my livelihood, my country is one of the hardest, I'm trying to keep the remaining shares because with all the prediction I just knew Bitcoin will reach 6 digits maybe not this year but definitely next year.
