801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why most of airdrops don't pay participants with tokens in these days?? on: January 18, 2023, 04:16:19 PM
Hello, i was watching for few months now and got that most of airdrop campaigns specially airdrop bots on telegram  don't pay participants with tokens. it's a nature that many airdrop bots don't pay or scam participants after getting them promoted through users. but this time it's different i think. before few moths i received at least 10 airdrops per month and now it has been reduced to 2-3 drops per month although i worked even more harder on the airdrop campaign.

What could be the reason ?? comment your ideas specially OGs? this is for you.

Most scammers are using the Telegram platform to seek their target victims. Scam projects are fake pages and launch fake airdrops so their project would look legit. To be honest, lots of scams and fake airdrops are all over Telegram nowadays and it's too disappointing that you won't get paid after doing all the tasks that they would ask you to do. It is better to do research first and check if a project is legit so you will not fall for the trap of fake airdrops.
802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 10 Biggest U.S Lottery Jackpots Ever...(Until Now) on: January 18, 2023, 03:49:29 PM
So Two Questions..
1. Do you think its possible to win such an amount of money in online gambling/Sports betting ?
(my own opinion: I don't think its possible, as I've never seen.

2. Is there any online lottery casino available where it is possible to win such as enormous amount of money? Please share ..

So guys, i hope you all find the article interesting, so lets discuss..
1. It is possible to win that kind of money in online or sports betting, but only lucky people can really win that kind of money.

2. An online lottery casino allows us to win large amounts of money but it may depend on how much money we use to buy tickets.

Freebitco.in provides it because you can buy lotteries there and hope to win lots of bitcoins. But it will come back to how much luck will be on your side because we will never know when luck will come to us.

There are also lucky gamblers who have won huge amounts but have chosen to keep the result in private and we can't blame them for doing that. Yes, it is possible to win such a big amount but it also dependa on the risks that we are willing to take. Those bettors are surely high rollers who have big hopes in gambling that they are also able to bet huge. Legit and trusted lotteries like national lotteries could provide big jackpot prices depending on the bettors total betting amount but it could only be won by luck.
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino games plebs like us must play on: January 18, 2023, 03:22:56 PM

Just like the rest been saying that gambling is for fun and not for money making or making it as a source of income. It is really just that there are people who are really that believing that they could possibly able to do such thing which we know that it is really that impossible.Just mind yourself that you are paying for the enjoyment or entertainment that you do get when you do play gambling.

Losing is always been part and very common because house do always win.If you dont set out that kind of limit towards yourself about dealing with gambling
then you would really be definitely experiencing some issues or unfortunate things to happen later on.
Many times already, in different topics of the "Gambling" section on our forum, there is an obvious idea that losing some of your own, honestly earned, or even not quite honestly earned money, is a payment for the pleasure that the player receives from his game.
It is the awareness of losing money, and how simple it is to pay for this service, that always seriously affects the psychological state of the player and his comfortable state after losing. Sometimes the truth is that the person who gambles wins and then the emotions of the player are of course much more positive. It is worth considering the possibility of such an emotional rise in mood. Well, if you do not treat the lost money as a payment for pleasure, then, indeed, psychological problems may arise when a person begins to reproach himself for stupidity or anxiety. And then he humiliates himself.

And it can completely break the psyche of such a person. Up to very tragic events in his life.

That's why we are always advised to handle our emotions right because if not, they will be the ones to control us which will result in chaos in the future. We shouldn't let too many emotions drive us when it comes to gambling because, in the first place, we should have known that gambling can take all that we have if we can't deal with its risks.
804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you handle your losses on: January 18, 2023, 03:00:28 PM
If you are a gambler with discipline for sure that you will make a plan to make gambling for your entertainment but if you are just a gambler who would like to prefer for a luck and have a budget losses is not in your vocabulary some people manage to win a lot with their risk and all of their risk-taking but of course not all the time it happens, it depends on the gambling habit still of the player, but for me ideal to have a set budget if you are just in the middle class to lower would like to play gambling because there's more use of money than taking the risk to win just my cent.

Allocating a budget that is for gambling alone without affecting your daily budget for your necessities should be the right way of spending your funds. Losses could only affect us emotionally if we are already spending the funds that we couldn't afford to lose. The right mindset has a big impact on our whole gambling journey so we must have the proper perspective right from the beginning. If your goal is to make a huge profit or to get rich real quick in gambling then you are not far from having emotional damage in case you have losses.
805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: betting against the Public, is this strategy working? on: January 17, 2023, 04:21:30 PM
Betting against the majority? Gauge what you are trying to do. If it is just pride with the idea of not following the majority, then that would be a bad thing. Stick with the objective which is to win even if it would mean you have to follow the majority in some instances. So I think it does depend on the situation; if you are having no assurance of what path or bet to take, then you may follow the majority but if you have your own stand backed with your own reason, then go for it. Gambling is complicated; not because majority bet on first team you'd be required to do also. Always have time to think as much as possible whether following them would yield to a better outcome than following your own intuition.

If you are just doing it for experimentation and testings, you better think twice. But if you are sure about your instict and you will base your decision on your own research regarding the entire game, then there's no problem with it because there are lots of cases wherein the choice of the majority doesn't win. It depends on the risks that you're willing to take and how well you have done your research about it.
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I keep my BNB or Sell it? on: January 15, 2023, 03:33:46 PM
(....)
I have currently 800$ worth BNB. These are got from NFT that I sold back months ago that I got from airdrop. So what i need to know should I convert it to stable coin or should I invest it for bitcoin? Because my friends say that BNB don't have a future anymore. So I'm fully worry about this.
It's up to you. But for me, during these times, I am more into Bitcoin, I rather hold Bitcoin than altcoins. You can convert it to Bitcoin if you want.
Take note also that as long as Binance Exchange is here, BNB will be on top. Binance Exchange is the top 1 exchange right now plus their Binance Smart Chain (BSC) which already got high TVL after Ethereum.

The decision will depend on our target profit. You should set a target goal when it comes to profit. As for me, BNB is still a good option when investing in altcoins. BTC is a top choice but we can also invest in potential top coins because they can also be profitable when the market reaches a good situation. We all know how BNB could reach a promising value over time.
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you feel about market recovery on: January 15, 2023, 02:57:55 PM
It's a positive sign that the market is now starting to improve and recover but as for me, we are still far from the occurrence of Bullrun. It could be a recovery phase or just a good pump. Anything could happen at any time and there's still a possibility that we might still go back to the bearish phase but it will be a good chance to take advantage of this period. At least our long wait now has a positive sign of recovery.
808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How wrongful can this go? on: January 15, 2023, 02:18:40 PM
You are already risking your funds in gambling so it will be riskier if you will submit fake information. If ever you'll encounter a problem with the casino in the future, there's a huge possibility that you could lose all your funds in one click because of breaking their TOS. We all want anonymity but since we also want security, it will be better to comply with their security requirements than to regret things in the end.
809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Miss Universe 2023 betting. on: January 14, 2023, 08:15:46 PM
I have not bet on Miss Universe Pageant, we always have a strong candidate in the pageant and I am too biased to bet on others even though they are the favorite, you will only know if the candidate is good in the pageant I have seen strong and favorites candidates that failed to enter in the top five and, there's pre-pageant judging but when it comes tot he pageant nigh every candidate has a better chance, especially in the question and answer portion, where the one likely to win is the one with a good answer.

Our country also has the strongest candidates all the time that's why many fanatics are also aiming for the crown. Our candidate this year is one of the favorites but the result is always unpredictable. Even strong candidates can't enter the top 10 sometimes. I haven't found any bookies here and it seems like crypto gamblers don't have an interest in Ms. Universe so I just bet on our community betting so the upcoming pageant in a few hours is too exciting.
810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction touched forum users in a very sad way... on: January 14, 2023, 07:46:51 PM
This will prove that whatever you do that is bad or something can destroy a person's reputation which will make people think that the person is not to be trusted. If you are a project founder or the creator of it and got addicted yo gambling then you will end up stealing just like what happen to the person that OP talked about. Well, if you acquire the private keys in an auction then there is a possibility that the owner of it still have a copy or didn't delete it. I think this is what happen to the person who's funds got stolen.

I could say that gambling addiction can really ruin a person's reputation. It will be hard for the people around you to trust you because of your irresponsible gambling actions. They will always think that you'll steal and run away. If you have fallen for gambling addiction, it will be hard for you to gain the trust because of money matters.
Private keys are too important and we should keep them as hard as we can because scammers and thieves could be everywhere.
811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Times when I visit casinos Versus When I don't on: January 14, 2023, 07:28:21 PM
Quote
1) Family/relationship or personal challenge
Since we are all human, we face difficulties in life. On days like these, when I feel burdened by my family, my relationships, or a personal difficulty, I avoid playing at online casinos. I do not turn to online casinos as a coping strategy; instead, I address it head-on.

Others seek comfort in gambling during the hardest and tough situations of their lives and I see nothing wrong with it. What important is we could still control our emotions and we can still gamble without having too much negative vibes. There are times when we feel that the world is breaking in front of us, gambling could save us and entertain us.
812  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading as a newbie? on: January 13, 2023, 06:57:47 PM
The more we shorten the movement time of the charts displayed on the market, the more we cannot turn away and are required to focus on movement. Here we have to be really skilled and have to take advantage of every important moment in the chart. This too I think only professional traders can do well. For novice traders and just messing around, things like this are not recommended because it can burn money at any time, even in a short period of time.
I remember back when I was clouded about trading, I wasted $100 in a short amount of time. Maybe that amount is not much for some people, but for people who have minimal capital it is very large.
There are many methods that can be learned about trading, depending on the wishes of each individual. Analysis is the most important, it must be learned and a trader must have it before starting trading.

Losing money easily on trades is always possible especially when the trader doesn't do proper analysis. Day trading and futures trading may not be the right choice for those who do not understand the market and are unable to make analysis, and in this case I myself tend to recommend investing over trading. The basic understanding is simple, buy low and sell high, but in practice it is completely different.

We all went through being a newbie and to be honest, applying the basics of buying low and selling high is not as easy as we think. There are still other things to consider and we must also be able to deal with the volatility of the market. Burning funds in short and day trading has a bigger possibility than long-term holding so we must know the target period and profit that we want as well aa the risks that we are willing to take.
813  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You Learn More from Losses than from Wins on: January 13, 2023, 05:31:24 PM
Remember the first trading lesson you learned as a newbie? Did it come from a win or a loss? A loss teaches you about the reality of the market, protects you from becoming cocky, and humbles you. When you are a beginner trader, a small loss is not a terrible thing. Losses teach you proper trading risk management strategies and techniques and respect for the market and prepare you for long-term success.

Remember the first lesson you learned as a beginner trader? Did it come from a loss or a win?

I can clearly remember the first time I had a big loss in trading. I admit that I really had no idea about how trading works before but I was influenced by my colleagues telling me that I could make money out of it. I tried it once and realized that it has a huge risk that I have to face. Because of what happened, I tried hard to learn all the analysis and strategies needed to succeed in it. No one could trade and succeed without losing.
814  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tutored or you learned how to trade? on: January 13, 2023, 05:03:45 PM
I mean, a tutor can easily change his strategy simply because they see something that according to their experience will needed of adjustment, unlike with the student. They will wait till they see the sign or the database on the books, which most of the time, especially
inside crypto, where volatility is really active.
yes, the experience will be very important to make a trading plan. even though the skills and knowledge are already owned, what happens in the market is sometimes not by the knowledge when we learn some trading skills.
those with experience combine their skills and experience when dealing with something they may have faced before in the market. some signs shown in the market usually give a trader experience that is always focused.

Tutors should only serve as our guide but we shouldn't let them decide for us. For me, it's better to learn trading by ourselves using the resources that we can find everywhere on the internet as long as we find them from reliable sources. It's just fine to ask for help from experienced trading but we should also find ways to learn personally. Our experience will always be the best teacher that we could have and that applies even in trading. It could be hard in the beginning but we can take one step at a time to adapt to things easily.

edit : the video is working now

Congratulations, Op. I must say that you got lucky that day and I admire you for being a huge risk-taker but don't expect that the same result could always happen.
The result is not skill related so you better think twice next time and always remember that luck will not be in your favor every day. I hope everyone could have the same luck with doubling funds.
816  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it becoming a thread for casinos refusing paying very huge winnings? on: January 13, 2023, 04:25:59 PM
What got me worried isn't just the winning but to know why casinos are getting away without paying players their exactly winnings with some shitty excuses ?

Since you've seen this happening it now a  call for you and every other gambler to have a second look on the kind of casino they make use of, go for their reputation and not their bonus or unrealistic promises they proclaim, research well and discover one, I don't also think if this is common or applicable to other casinos provided that you don't break their rules and the casino you are using is trusted not to be a scam one.

There are some casinos that make bonuses and reward promise that they can't even afford just to attract more players. These casinos should be avoided especially those that offer rewards that are too good to be true. In choosing casinos, we should not focus on the bonuses that they offer but also on the type of service and reputation that they have.
817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can players bet on their own games on: January 12, 2023, 06:35:28 PM
So i would like to know if you heard of any player been caught doing that? and if my example is right?

to see for myself, I've never known anyone to do it. but when viewed from the possibility, of course it will likely happen. even on a podcast, I once witnessed a former slot admin who was fired from a casino for divulging winning secrets. don't know the truth, but that sort of thing might happen to all gambling games.

Same with your opinion, it can happen as there are always possibilities if we are dealing with money. Those fighters or players can easily ask help from their friends or relatives to create a gambling account where they can do the manipulation, but in terms of big league controversial news like that will simply be covered by the organization.

As it can ruin the name of the league/sport, covering the possibilities will be the first in line to protect the industry.

Betting on their own game is against their word of conduct so they will definitely won't do it using their names to protect their reputation.

Yes, they can easily ask someone to do it for them secretly. Maybe some of them are not doing it to manipulate the game but to challenge themselves to win. I'm sure that even famous sports players do it.
818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Scam Alert - Address Poisoining on: January 12, 2023, 05:34:14 PM
This is completely different from the Clipboard Hijacker virus, in this case we are talking about there is no virus or hacking of the victim's machine, it is just that the attacker sends a zero transaction to the victim's address and hopes that the victim mistakenly copies the address from the transaction history and sends the tokens to attackers.

This is a primitive type of attack based on the idea that some people copy addresses from their transaction history when they want to send tokens.

They just wait for the user to send the tokens to their address by mistake or rush.

Those who transact and send funds by just copying the address of the receiver without double checking it will surely fall for this trap. To be honest, this happened to me when I copied an unknown address and I really can't remember where I copied it so I sent the funds to the wrong address. I'm not sure if I've been a victim of that scam or if I was just so reckless that time because of hurrying. It should be a reminder for us that we should always double-check every single character of the address that we will be transacting with. Scammers are everywhere and they will always find new ways to fool people.
819  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: SIM Registration: Anong Dapat Ipag-alala? on: January 12, 2023, 05:08:24 PM
<snip>
Too positive mo jan kabayan.
Pero sa tingin mo, what if dahil hindi handa ang servers and security ng mayhawak ng details natin jan, at ma-breach. Edi jackpot yung mga spammers na waiting sa kanilang phishing scheme. Napakalaking data breach nyan if ever.
Information is power.

820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Criteria of a good gambler on: January 12, 2023, 04:46:02 PM
Not really sure if I have commented this topic before, but I'll take the 1st criteria to comment:

a good gambler never chase profit
Profit might be the first reason why people gamble, but a good gambler never attached to the profit, the most important thing in gambling is excitement and fun experience, having profit is just the bonus

If you think that good gambler never chase profit, means that all gamblers in this world is not good gamblers.
All gamblers are chasing profit, this is why it is called by gambling where gamblers risk their money for more money.
It is bullshit if gamblers are gambling just for fun and entertainment only, if they just want to catch the fun, they should not gamble with real money as they can use demo mode.
I would prefer to say that good gambler is not about what they chase, but more about how the chase it.

We may not understand it or know the reason but some gamblers waste money on entertainment regardless of the result. Maybe they are the people who don't even know where to spend their money. Yes, they also chase for profit and that's how they feel entertained. I agree that a good gambler knows how to chase profit responsibly and wisely. There are gamblers who chase their losses the wrong way which usually take them on the wrong track.
