801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is more important for crypto users? on: July 11, 2023, 05:24:39 AM
Can you explain me why i need to learned gambling?
It's not mandatory so you don't have to learn if you're not interested. However, ask yourself, do you want to learn and spend money in gambling?

Simply put, here only millions of money are managed by asset owners, so where i have no money. In fact, i have ideas about gambling, but I don't have the ability to spend money there.
Don't force yourself to gamble if you know that you have no budget to spend. If others are playing and can afford to risk their money in gambling (regardless of if they lose or win in) it doesn't necessarily mean you have to do the same. Hence, only gamble if you have funds that you can live without and can accept the possibility to lose that money since gambling is risky.
802  Economy / Economics / Re: Ignore this Classic Business Law or Follow Your Instincts? on: July 11, 2023, 03:58:38 AM
They say do not invest in what you do not understand which was largely the principle the speaker adhered to but what if despite not immediately understanding the business model and its profit making model yet your business instinct pushing you to invest. What should you do? Listen to the former or follow your instincts?
In the past, I failed many times on my investing journey and that's because I follow my instinct that this is the right thing to do, I am closer to succeed if I chose this etc. that all keeps lingering in my mind. But only time can tell if you made the right decision, obviously in my case it turned out bad because i'm too confident. So for me, it would be better to understand first the investment before making a decision to invest.

There might be people who gain fortune by following their instinct. But not all are lucky to have such fate. It's either you will got lucky or regret not taking time to understand everything before taking a risk.
803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are about to enter altcoin season, what do you think? on: July 11, 2023, 12:55:02 AM
With the current conditions I think it's better for us to see it realistically,
because expecting too high will usually make you disappointed,
of course hope that can happen in the near future but this all depends on many factors and just follow the market developments.
There's nothing wrong if you're expecting (or believing) alts season will going to happen this year, probably all of us are waiting for it. However, let's think of the factors that can trigger the prices of altcoins to pump. Usually, alts are following the movement of Bitcoin, if there's a significant growth for the price of Bitcoin the chance for alts to follow are high.

Therefore we need to have long patience because it's still uncertain when we might see the altcoins to pump once again.
804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Discussion - Being an Active Poster in the Gambling Board on: July 10, 2023, 11:11:43 AM
  • Has being an active participant in the gambling section helped you develop more effective strategies for winning bets?
  • Has it aided you in overcoming gambling addiction (if you were addicted) or developing healthier gambling habits?
  • Have you noticed an overall improvement in your gambling experiences?
1. I've gained idea on different strategies that can apply in gambling only to realize that nothing really works effectively to beat the house.

2. I'm not an addicted gambler. But engaging in discussions about gambling can give me more understanding on how to manage my time, bankroll and emotions when i'm playing.

3. Yes because of the experiences of other gamblers, I can enjoy more my gambling time. Their advices and tips to have fun and don't be pressure to win are really helpful to realize that it's fine to lose sometimes as long as you're prepared for it. The reason why I don't go beyond my limits to not have regrets on why I gamble my money.
805  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: July 10, 2023, 08:03:29 AM
with a minimum withdrawal value of 50 usdt, I still have a long way to go to be lucky enough to withdraw, I would have to hit many multibet bets to reach 50 USDT and be able to withdraw, but as it was a bonus that the casino gave it to me, so I have nothing to complain about, if I manage to increase the amount I earned from the bonus to the point of reaching 50 USDT and then withdraw it then I will celebrate, because I see it as a challenge, but if I lose I won't be either sad because it was a bonus I won, it won't be a loss, anyway I hope I hit my bet
At least you didn't risk a money from your own pocket since the funds came from Duelbits. But is it given through email? If it is a bonus then I assume it has a wagering requirement too or similar? I once received a bonus from Duelbits too but didn't managed to be lucky so I deposited additional funds on my account to continue playing that particular game.

Anyway, don't pressure yourself to reach the withdrawal amount, just enjoy the game. I hope you'll get a positive result so you can share it to us here.
806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: July 10, 2023, 05:33:25 AM
Once you deposit your monthly salary in the casino, it will turn out to be a habit in the long run and you will regret such habits one day after losing all and nothing left behind.
This is very interesting and it has gone unnoticed, not surprising though. The moment you deposit your whole salary on a casino then you can realize, without any doubt, that you went a bit too far!
Gambling is supposed to be a fun activity and you are supposed to spend some of your salary on such activities. Spending all your money on it isn't a good sign regardless of how sure you are about winning. I would call anyone who does such thing an addict.
A person who's spending his whole salary in gambling is likely an addict indeed. Because if you're just playing to kill time, you'll not spend a significant amount just to sustain this habit. Well, we know it's hard to earn money nowadays plus almost everything is expensive due to inflation. What i'm trying to say is, we need to prioritize the essential things before thinking of leisure time. Gambling is really entertaining and can give us excitement especially if we win. However if you know that you can't follow the set limit because of temptation, then don't ever try to gamble regardless of your reasons on why you want to play. Because even we always say to have a self-control when you're playing, we can't deny that many gamblers can't follow it, easy to be said than done as they say. Well for me it depends on what type of gambler you are because there are still gamblers who are not letting gambling to affect them negatively.
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy more ETH..... on: July 10, 2023, 01:13:40 AM
...You need to look for low market cap projects that can give them 20X to 100X return on investment. Ethereum and co have made people millionaires already you need new project that can make you million unless you are a millionaire already, just like the Doge, Shib, Pepe etc millionaires were made because they got in early.

Saying that it is necessary to invest in new projects that will bring 1000% profit are just words. All these new projects have as their main task to make the team millionaires, at the expense of investors who believed that they could quickly get a big profit. Of course, investing in Ethereum you will not get such a big profit, but we can say for sure that you will not lose your money.
Indeed. Eth is an established coin and already existing for years therefore worth to invest in. The price already plunged and soar high (depending on the market situation) but what we're certain is, it's not a shitcoin that can't recover during bearish season. So even it takes a long period to recover, you'll not be worried that might lose its value.

Anyway, investors can also look for coins that can give them tremendous profit, the one that didn't reach their ATH yet (new coins created specifically). However keep in mind that it is quite risky, so think carefully what coins you want to invest your hard-earned money.
808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: July 09, 2023, 09:34:45 AM
     -  Majority who enter casino gambling actually lose but only a few win, even that is lucky. Because winning in gambling I can't say it's a skill because how did playing slot games become a skill for example? I don't see any skills in slot games to be honest.

But I still play slot games even though I know that I often lose. Because I'm trying to win slot games, there's no hassle, you just have to wait for the result of the game provider.
Playing slots and getting wins from slot games requires luck because slot games are luck-based gambling games. So no matter how hard you try, if you don't have luck, it will be difficult for you to win, and you waste your money to have fun because you are trying to chase that win. But it's a different matter if you want to have fun playing slots because you only bet what you can afford, and when you have had enough, you will stop immediately because you know you can probably lose more money. Even though the chance to win will still be there, it is not recommended to continue playing slots because we don't know when to get lucky and win.
All types of games that depend on luck will be better if you gamble responsibly with funds that are ready to lose.
The slot game in particular is a game that depends on luck and is perfect if just for fun because the attractive graphics and sound can cheer up when the curiosity of getting a win is always in the mind.
Even so, you must always control and think of this game as just a place for temporary fun and if you get a little win, consider it a bonus.
Exactly. If slot is the game of your choice, don't expect to win because it's depending on luck (as others have said already). Expecting too much or not being prepared to lose your money (while playing this game) are some of the reasons why gamblers are triggered to chase back their losses for wanting to gain.

Thus, if you want to maximize your chance to win, better choose a game which skills and knowledge can contribute to somehow win. Poker and sports betting are one of those.
809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Healthy mindset to save earnings from gambling on: July 09, 2023, 06:58:31 AM
If you do not have the intention to save the wealth, you will lose all your winnings by risking them again in another gambling bet.
You're right. The chances to lose again is very high if you can't refrain yourself from playing. However, for many gamblers, this is hard especially you already experience to win. The thought that you might become lucky once again will hunts you. Hence only gamblers who have self-control can think of what's the wise thing to do when you're in such situation.

Only a mentally strong person who has control over emotions and have money management skills would be the real winner here and will become rich eventually.
It's really a must that you're able to control your emotion so you can gamble responsibly. But thinking of becoming rich through gambling would not be a good idea because not all can be lucky. So just enjoy the game to entertain yourself and have less expectation. Because if you less expect to win but it happened, believe me that's certainly more satisfying.
810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: July 09, 2023, 03:46:56 AM
Gamblers play more card games offline, and they lose the most money in this game. You will find these gamblers in every country, many countries have strict gambling laws so they play secretly. Sports betting is more popular offline in my country, and gamblers lose huge amounts of money in sports betting. Because overconfidence in sports betting emotionally influences the gambler more to take large amount of bets. So if someone becomes addicted to gambling, he cannot quit this addiction until he becomes bankrupt.
And even going bankrupt may not stop some people to keep gambling, after all someone that has reached that level of addiction will not be above doing all kind of things to keep their addiction going, and this includes committing crimes so they can get the money necessary to keep betting.

Which is why when those people get caught and they finally realize what they have done, they have problems dealing with the guilt they feel, as they cannot believe they stoop so low just to obtain some money.
Well, I think no one wants to be in such situation. However, because you let yourself so hooked in gambling and forgot to set limitation, obviously no one is to blame but yourself. It will not happen if from the start, we discipline ourselves. Thus we'll only realize the mistakes we did after the reality hits us hard by facing the consequences of becoming addicted.

It's been said many times to only gamble in moderation. If we can follow this, then we can enjoy playing without worries since you can control yourself.
811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are successful gamblers seen as addicts? on: July 09, 2023, 02:21:22 AM
Now let's be sincere, will you also classify a successful gambler as an addict?
If you say successful gambler, it means the gambler won huge and able to beat the house so I don't think it can be classify as an addict. Often, an addict is an uncontrollable gambler who face significant losses. But despite this, still continue playing without limit and usually doesn't care even the money that he/she spent is not meant for gambling.

On the other side, successful gambler had a good result in gambling. Therefore it's worth the time, effort and money spent since in the end this gambler is not a loser. Moreover, it can happen to win huge even the gambler is not frequently playing.
812  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: July 09, 2023, 12:44:36 AM
Most people probably had sold off most of their RLB like months ago after Rollbit implemented the direct RLB buy/sell onto their website so probably the sell pressure would be way less than a month ago. Alot of people seems to be buying though, we are currently still at $0.055 and its pretty close to the RLB ath which was at $0.059
It's not surprising if many investors (accumulated their token through airdropped or bought it before) sold their RLB directly on Rollbit because they have been waiting to take profit, and the platform made it easy to buy/sell.

I'm also tempted to sell my RLB before but chose to keep holding since I have nothing to lose. I got my RLB through airdropped as an early gambler on Rollbit so it's a bonus. If i'm not mistaken the price when the buy/sell feature is implemented on the platform the price is $0.03 something. So seeing the current price now, I can say it's worth to keep holding and it's not late for investors who wants to engage themselves.
813  Economy / Economics / Re: I cannot go home if I don't make a lot of money now!! on: July 07, 2023, 07:16:44 AM
when i was kids, i need to study very hard, to get a lot of score in the test. if i got a zero mark in a math test, i am very scare to go home and show the test paper to my mum.

when i am grown up, i have kids and wife now, i need to work very hard, to get a lot of money in the job. if i got a paycut, or i got fired, i am very scared to go home,
Scared to go home because of low grades or got fired to work doesn't look good. Is your parents treats you bad before? Is your wife often complain about your salary or threatening you? It seems like you're not in a good situation where someone can understand what you've been going through.

tell me anything i need to do to make a lot of money. doesn't matter what, i would do anything to get all the money, even if it mean unlawful and unethical!
No matter how bad your situation is, don't ever think of doing unlawful/unethical work just to get money. Sure you can have money for doing so, but there's a consequences that you'll certainly regret later on. So think positively on how you can maximize your earnings, and think of ways on how to lessen your burden.
814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you not hodling on: July 07, 2023, 04:01:19 AM
Now I want to know what really do you think is holding people back for hodling this period?
I think money issue is the main reason on why people are not holding Bitcoin at this point. Aside from lack of knowledge and their fear of further dip right after they buy, money is often the hindrance on why people (who are already knowledgeable and aware of the history on how profitable it can be) can't engage themselves. Because not everyone have money (which they can afford to lose) that they can spare to invest since there are many things that needs to prioritize first.

In my case, I was able to hold a decent amount of Bitcoin with the help of the weekly pay from sig and the portion of my profit in my business. Although there are times I had to sell, but as much as possible i'm refraining myself so I can hold longer.
815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Accepting Bitcoin on: July 07, 2023, 01:09:16 AM
Since I joined this forum I have always wanted to invest in Bitcoin however Bitcoin investments in my country is not easy because of our currency value and the government is not in much support am currently working on convincing my mom to accepting Bitcoin in her tailoring shop i Also intend on hodling those Bitcoins
The Government is not supporting but I assume it's not prohibited so you can still use Bitcoin, am I right? As you've said, you're convincing your mom to accept Bitcoin as payment, that means the customers can also use it without issues about the legality.

Well, there's always a way to accumulate Bitcoin if you really want to. Accepting Bitcoin in your mom's tailoring shop is another one, however since it's your mother's business, I think she prefer to get paid through fiat. Thus, you have to explain the pros and cons incase she agreed. We know Bitcoin is high volatile and the value can turn ups and down so it's a must that she understand this before making a decision. Unless you're willing to pay her cash and you'll be the one getting the Bitcoin since you also want to invest.
816  Economy / Economics / Re: To Hodl or Lend: What is your take? on: July 06, 2023, 07:44:16 AM
Everyone thinks different from each other and they have different mind set but I think that lending is more risky because if you don't have any information about the other person you lend your bitcoin then it's something hard for you to earn money and may loss your money which you put into bitcoin.

Holding will be better because it enhances the chances of your success and whenever the price rises you have the opportunity to take your profit and continue your holding through putted amount. Investment is better in my opinion so all those who have more benefit in lending and trading can continue it but I will always prefer Investment and holding.
That's right guys. Because there are big risks that we must be prepared to accept when we decide to lend our Bitcoins. And the interest received is not commensurate with the risks we face. So I also prefer to hold it and keep it safe in my personal wallet. And avoid storing it on a centralized exchange. Keep accumulating and holding on. that's all I think about if it's for long term investment. and as you said that as long as we hold it we ourselves it is easier for us to sell or take profits when the time comes.
Yes, make sure to think carefully before making a decision to lend Bitcoin,
the big risks are of course a consideration so don't let us regret what we decide for ourselves,
it's better to keep it yourself in your wallet and it's safer.
Reading the replies, most of us prefer to just hold rather than lend our Bitcoin. It's understandable since we're just protecting our investment to what's more wise thing to do that won't give us much stress.

Well, lending might be profitable but the risk of not getting back what the borrower owe to you is always there. It's happening in reality so what's more if it's just happened online? Much harder to get your money and worst if you don't know its identity. That's why if you don't want to face such problem, just keep holding your Bitcoin and wait until bullrun so you can gain even it takes time.
817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to buy BNB? on: July 06, 2023, 05:16:51 AM
Binance's native blockchain token (BNB) experienced a dip in price after the SEC fiasco. The exchange is facing heavy pressure by the US government regulatory agency. If Binance wins a lawsuit against the SEC, BNB's price could go all the way to the moon in an instant. But if it loses, BNB could experience new lows until it goes below the "triple digits".

I'm wondering if now is the good time to buy BNB or should I wait a little bit more? The crypto market is still bearish, so we should expect further pressure against an altcoin like BNB in the short term. Who knows if BNB will reach higher prices in the future? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
This depends if you're willing to take risk, buy while the price is cheap and still declining or wait for a safe entry and that is when Binance win a lawsuit against SEC. Since the chances for the price to finally pump is very likely once they settled this issue.

However, we're not certain what is going to happen in the future. Hence buying BNB at this time as I have said will depends if you're willing to take risk despite of the issues happening that can affect the future price of BNB. Thus, the decision is yours on what you think is the right decision to commit for your own benefit.
818  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Internet Apocalypse, Handa kaba? on: July 06, 2023, 01:36:36 AM
That's okay you, don't need to bother and think like paranoid what will happened next few decades, just live the life today at pano mabuhay at present.
I agree. Mahirap mag overthink sa mga bagay na hindi pa naman nangyayari kaya mas mabuti pang mag focus sa kasalukuyan.

Well, about the news, lahat ata ng induatry needs na ng internet, both government, banks and private system kaya daming maaapektuhan at  baldado lahat ng transactions yan.
Magiging back to basic tayo nito pag nagkataon.
819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you cheat in gambling? on: July 05, 2023, 04:41:23 AM
This is the main problem here. Gambling-addicted people would choose anything to continue gamble. I heard some gamblers even stole money from home to gamble. They sell their stuff to continue gamble. From that perspective, if they can sell things to continue gambling, it's nothing for them to take advantage of, whether legal or illegal. They won't look at it.

Even though we are saying that gambling should be for fun or entertainment, 90 percent of gamblers gamble to make money and lose. How many of us play for entertainment only? There was a time when I was playing to make money. But then I realized I could not beat the house. So, it's better to play just for entertainment.
We make gains and loses from gambling; what important is our reaction after recording losses; some of us seek vengeance on the system by gambling further, which leads in additional losses, while others remain cool and attempt gambling again another day. Gambling is definitely not to double our money or income, we gamble simply because we are less busy, as most people would say, it's for entertainment but what I've seen in the past months and years is definitely contrary to that, they gamble and bet as if gambling is their source of money, and they're willing to go the extra mile. We all have defects, and it's up to us to either disclose or conceal them.
Before, my main goal on why I gamble is to hit a jackpot so I can get rich quick. The advertisements that i'm seeing (usually won lots of money with just a small capital) makes me get attracted to try my luck too believing that same fate can happen to me as well. But after experiencing it myself, I realized the house always win and it's not easy to beat it unless you're one of the lucky people who are meant to win a huge amount. So it just right to only gamble to have fun and not to profit.

Anyway, if you happen to get a chance on taking advantage the casino due to some internal problem that favors you, still, it's not going to work. Because they're the ones who will process the withdrawal, so sooner or later they can detect the real deal on why you won.
