821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is It good For The Casinos And The Accusers If .. on: January 12, 2023, 04:13:29 PM
Is It Good For The Casinos And The Accusers If the casino operators decided to post a disclaimer that they will not answer accusations here in Bitcointalk but prefer to address them on other platforms that they think are fair and moderated like Askgambler and other platforms?
What's your take on this I don't want to be specific but the question applies to all casino operators.

If that's their condition, then they should be ready for the accusations that might be thrown at them here on the forum. It's the largest crypto community so if they are facing issues and accusations, they should clean the name of their casino here instead of other platforms. Lots of players usually check the reputation of casinos here so they must focus on answering queries on their ANN threads.
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from BONK on: January 11, 2023, 05:32:41 PM
I missed bonk at early stage and people made a very good profit from this. I have NFt in almost all Blockchain except Solona and this why missed Bonk airdrop.
I took entry in Chill Coin and I lose 20$ because I invested 25$. It down 10x almost. I also recommend new user to stay away from Solona meme coins.
You give the right advice for beginners. But I would add for myself that it is better to stay away from various altcoins altogether. At first, you should invest in bitcoin and not fill your head with all the possible new blockchains. Eventually you will understand the market and start buying projects that interest you.

There are still potential new projects that are worth investing in but some of them could only be profitable in the beginning and would turn into a rug later on. There are risk that are worth taking but if you seek assurance, better invest in well-established coins like Bitcoin, ETH, and BNB. If you missed the early stage, better avoid a project that is just trying to survive.

I found out that the real OpenAI has nothing to do with OpenAI ERC token, in fact it's a scam project trying to take advantage of AI success this year, the LOGO is the same, this was why I fell for the shit token.

I'm sorry about what happened and it's clearly a mistake that you have trusted and invested in them just because of their name. You should have done some research right before you invested. Scammers will always do everything to deceive you and to make their project look as if it's legit and trusted so you better be wise and observant all the time so you will not fall as their victim.
824  Economy / Gambling / Re: New casino BTC game development on: January 11, 2023, 04:36:03 PM
Lately, I have created an absolutely sublime crypto casino.

https://demoscript.online/
Sometimes we feel a little bored to gamble with the game-it continues, some additional sensations of new games are interesting and unique, maybe very interesting and a little entertaining, especially for me personally.

Games such as: Crash, Baccarat, Slots, Crash, plinko and others, in my opinion it is common and often loaded on every online crypto gambling site, I see the demoscript.online gambling site has additional several unique games such as: Wheel, Coinflip, Stairs, even though the game is a little, but it's unique, maybe it's interesting to try, I see it with a smile, my mind says unique.

One question for the OP, is there a relationship between the demoscript.tech gambling site and demoscript.online, does it belong to one person, brothers & sisters or have no relation alias demoscript.tech belongs to someone else/has nothing to do with demoscript. online, a little explanation is very helpful.

There are already many suggested unique games that creators should consider. They can also try to add interesting local games to make their site not just unique but also innovative. Some gamblers prefer playing traditional games while others want to try something new and I guess it's something that new creators must focus on. A breath of fresh air in gambling sites will be a good attraction.
825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Woman won $43million but was offered a steak dinner instead of her winnings on: January 11, 2023, 03:45:01 PM

The New York State Gaming Commission said Bookman’s machine had malfunctioned, and that she'd actually won just $2.25 (£1.86).The machine had a disclaimer stating 'malfunctions void all pays and plays', and as a result the commission said that they were required by law to give Bookman only what she'd actually won.

Couldn't they have known that their so-called machine was faulty before letting gamblers use it?
How could they do this to her?

Lmfao, this is almost as if that disclaimer was put there for 'just in case' moment of someone winning big. Really came in handy must say.

They were obviously trying to fool the woman with their excuses and offering her a complimentary steak meal would be a big insult. It's a good thing that the law went in favor of the woman because she really deserves to get what she had won. If most casinos would have that kind of excuse, more gambling winners will only suffer because of their fraudulent moves.
826  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Streamer and Crypto Guru Gambles Away Investor Funds on: January 11, 2023, 03:13:45 PM
this is the main reason I don't follow and I don't trust any of these "guru" because I cannot verify what is behind their operations.
In my country there are several telegram channel that are advertising their operations by claiming to win multiples over x100.
Well this can happens of sure, but if some one is really able to win with that rate/that amount constantly/even 1 times per month, I am pretty sure he has not interest to find "followers online" Wink

the real point in such topic should be addiction. addiction is a serious issue for gambling and should take in consideration by all industry operators!

It's hard to trust self-proclaimed gurus nowadays because most of their words are not really reliable. Having lots of followers couldn't prove that they are reputable and trusted. Anyway, the guru who has used the investor's funds has fallen seriously for gambling addiction and I think he needs to seek professional help already. Using huge funds that aren't yours in gambling is an indication that you already need to see professional help and pay for what you did at the same time. It simply means that you couldn't control your urge to gamble anymore.
827  Economy / Economics / Re: Your way of living the wage what you need to live normal life on: January 10, 2023, 05:08:17 PM
If the government wants to get involved then they have to increase the wages and the needs of the workers for a decent standard of living, but each job has a different salary and they have a life according to their income, even though there are regulations determining the minimum wage but it will not be enough to rent a place because their salary is not enough for that and does not include other main needs that must be prioritized. But in some countries for a minimum wage of $250 per month is enough for a year's rent, decent housing, and not far from urban areas.
It seems too cheap to be able to rent decent housing for a year close to the city with an income of $250 per month. I haven't even imagined that such a large amount of income can be used to rent housing or a place to live close to urban areas. Because when someone is in their new home, all the expenses for their living needs will be very large and they even need to find additional income so that they can be very comfortable to continue renting and also save to buy a complete house.

That amount of salary is just enough for a family to survive but they will surely have a hard time living a comfortable life or even saving enough for their future because $250 isn't even enough to buy all the daily necessities. Maybe in some countries, that amount is already big enough but since we're in the recession period it is important to aim for the better. Some companies are taking advantage of their employees and can't pay enough salary based on their skills. I think it's something that the government should focus on.
828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can we really make a living in sports betting? on: January 10, 2023, 03:41:31 PM
Yes, there are lots of gamblers who make a living in sports betting but we should not disregard the fact that it will be too risky to rely everything on gambling. You could make money but you could also have huge losses because of the possibility of losing. For you to be able to make a promising profit, you have to make sure that you know how sports betting works and you should also be familiar with the game as well as the players but sports betting could sometimes provide an unpredictable result so you must also be ready to deal with the risk of losing.
829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason Dogecoin could fail in the future on: January 08, 2023, 04:44:37 PM
Dogecoin current rally is 80% depend upon Elon musk which pushed hard this coin. Before Elon push Dogecoin was imagined just a meme coin and many telegram admin was using it for tip purpose. After Elon push it's price surged hard and it's beat many top class coins. I think when Elon not stay here it will be failed and many investors will leave this coin.
Elon Musk really has a big role in increasing the price of Dogecoin,
it is common knowledge and if we see in reality it is like that,
if it wasn't for Elon Musk maybe Dogecoin is just your average meme coin that has had many failures

The negative side of it is it could be manipulated by Elon Musk anytime and it will not stand firm as a potential coin without depending on a famous personality. A potential coin could stand on its own and the trust of its users and investors will be its foundation but if it relies on someone, I don't think it will still grow as a potential coin in the future. We all know that Elon focuses only on enlarging his territories so he will only take advantage of this coin for his own benefit.
830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi network mining on: January 08, 2023, 04:09:20 PM
Don't blame about how much Pi network coin price right now already listing on XT, Huobi and Biconomy exchange because has different with Pi mining network. I don't know why many people still comparison with their Pi mining coin and Pi already listed on exchange market, have been one weeks after listing still not opening yet for deposit and withdrawal.

I can laughing only what happened with Pi mining community when showing their Pi mining assets, still not close yet to earn profit with Pi mining network because have dark market want to buy it but under $1, I don't think the holder Pi network mining agree selling under $1 looking current price on exchange market above 100$ right now.

They are truly innocent when it comes to their coins because they thought it is the same coin that they have been mining all these years. They are bragging about it throughout social media but still, there are chances that it will become sellable in the next few months or years to come I don't believe that it will be the same price they are talking about right now because of its nature and the people behind it are not really that popular.

This coin came in lime light when surprisingly it got listed on Houbi exchange ( while its main net was not launched yet) & its price increased significantly to above $200. However, this price may not be realistic, and it may be a trap for new cryptocurrency investors. When the actual coin, which has a supply of 10 billion, is listed on exchanges, it is likely that the price will decrease significantly as many people who have been mining the coin for years may sell their coins. This could cause the price to drop by a few cents.

to develop their community, several accounts on social media also share how ambitious the community is with a coin price that will be very expensive with a very large supply.
but when their official social media announced that the coin was not yet listed on the exchange, it shocked everyone. I guess this is part of the developer's plan to make the PI coin market excited.
I doubt the future of this coin. it will likely be the same as other shitcoin/meme coins.

There are still innocent people who still have their hopes on the said coin. Most of them are expecting high profits from it and I feel bad for them especially those who don't have enough knowledge on how to determine the potential of a coin. Honestly, I also don't see any future in this coin too. It has made lots of promises but still no improvement for years. I don't see any potential in this project anymore.
831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some Gambling Slang and Terms that Beginners Should be Aware of on: January 08, 2023, 03:51:23 PM
I have come across some of those terms but it was not really easy to understand at that time as a newbie especially the first half bet or half time bet that are from soccer. Soccer has more of these terms more as options that you can bet in which some popular ones are 0ver 0.5, 1.5, 2.5,. These is a bet to determine the numbers of goals to be scored depending on the time of the match that they were scored. X, 1, 2, 1x, 2x etc also is for the bet to determine who will win or draw. These are the few popular ones in the game of soccer but there are more of them.

When I was new to gambling as well on this forum, I was having confusion about the terminologies that they were using. I also searched for some of the words but didn't find the meaning on the internet until I encountered the words many times on topics here and learned to understand all of them little by little. Those are actually simple terms and there is still a lot that we could learn. Gambling is too broad and learning could take time.
832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A superstitious strategy? on: January 08, 2023, 03:39:50 PM
Most gamblers must have went through this, sometimes luck appears to be your side specially in games like casino war or dice.

Today, morning I was playing casino war, I just use martingale - I know it's lame strategy. But I won most of time.

Then later at noon, luck just didn't appear to be on my side. Constant losses with a win every once in a while to recoup the losses and then a losing streak, all funds gone.

Now, let's be some superstitious and say, if you play only when luck appears to be on your side, would you call that a good strategy?

I think that could only be considered as luck if it doesn't happen continuously but it will be an effective strategy if you'll keep doing the same thing and you're having a winning streak. A good strategy should be applicable at all times and will show constant result but if not, you might only be relying on luck. If you have won a good amount yet keep losing it later on, you might be doing the wrong strategy or you needed yo rest and stop for a while.
833  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Those who survived previous winter, please share some courage! on: January 07, 2023, 05:50:00 PM
Yes, now is not the end because we will see the market improve and recover from the situation. Maybe we don't know when it will happen but we have to be sure that it will come soon. You have to be patient, don't panic, and keep investing in crypto, especially in bitcoin because bitcoin will give you the best in the future. You can still buy more bitcoins before the price starts to increase. And don't listen to the news out there saying bitcoin will fall deeper or something. And if the bitcoin price does fall even deeper, it's a big discount for you because you can buy a lot of bitcoin at a lower price than now.

The season is not over and we can actually expect the worst since the market isn't in a total recovery phase yet. Others may panic and think that it's the end for Bitcoin and the whole market but this is a usual thing that happens as a part of the crypto cycle. We can't change it so we just have to deal with the situation. It's still a good time to buy more Bitcoin and another potential coin while waiting for the market to recover and as good preparation for the bullish season that we all expect to happen in the future.
834  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I am Bullish On Bitcoin Despite Bear market on: January 07, 2023, 05:34:51 PM

This story will be repeated regularly and if you look at the bitcoin chart, you will see that investors had many chances to sell their bitcoin at the maximum price, and then buy several times more BTC with the proceeds. And the one who once went through this, in the next bull cycle will definitely sell their coins, trying to buy later at the lowest price. The main thing is not to get cheap.
How can you tell if the price is at its high? You can sell earlier, and then the price will still rise, or after the sale, you can buy too early. This is easy to say when you already see the graph, but it is difficult to do when you need to make a decision in real time. Although you are right that the price has been at ATH for a long time, and for a long time it is at the bottom, if you do not rush, then there will always be a chance.

Making decisions about whether to sell or to buy Bitcoin has always been a challenging thing because the price is unpredictable but if we know how to analize the market, we'll be firm in our decisions. Taking advantage of every market situation and not missing out on all the open opportunities to buy and sell would be the most profitable strategy. But when in doubt, hold and wait for the bullish season.
835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Artur Beterbiev vs Anthony Yarde on: January 07, 2023, 05:17:26 PM
Beterbiev is older anyways, so the strength and reflexes aren't the same as the previous years.

Yarde's camp needs to work on this one. If they can find the best strategy to take this little advantage against Beterbiev, then he might have to get an opportunity to take down his opponent.
Definitely, if they can find some loophole on Beterviev then good, take that advantage, maybe the way he throw his punch or his defensive stance that they can counter and who knows, maybe he can pull an upset.

Yarde needs to be in his best form during this fight if he wants to handle Beterbiev. Yarde needs to have stamina enough to last for a 12-round fight because I believe the strategy is to move and fight smart in order to avoid getting hit by Beterbiev. Beterbiev is now a little slower with less strength so I guess Yarde will try to outbox, and throw counters, and if cornered he needs to hold and use his strength to avoid a close-quarter fight.

I am rooting for Beterbiev to win so I hope that he still has enough to survive a possible early lead from Yarde who's also a big puncher. Yarde will probably get tired of running in the late rounds and Beterbiev will go for the KO.

Yes, he should bring his gas tank in this fight, because Beterviev is known to have not just the punching power, but also to carry the fight if it goes to distance. But if we look at Yarde's physical and body composition, he has a lot of muscle and this could affect him in the later round if he don't know how to preserve his energy. If he doesn't want to do it, then they will have to find a way for him to breath and have a deep lung. So it's either for Yarde to go for broke early because it will be very dis-advantageous for him, as the longer it gets, the more he will gets tired. So it's going to be very hard fight and what is the perfect strategy for him.

If he will be engaged to a toe-to-toe exchange of punches, then he needed to work well with his stamina. If he survives with that encounter, the next few rounds will be tough for him.

like what you mentioned, Beterviev is not just a heavy puncher but also capable to stand till the last round,
and Yarde needs to work on it to make sure that he also has that stamina to fight, else, Beterviev will take
this fight from him.

Dangerous for Yarde to stand toe to toe and exchange with Beterviev, and I don't think he will do that. Look at Butler when he face Inoue, we thought that he will go after Inoue in first couple of round but he folded.

So I think Yarde is smart to do that, he will really need to have a lot of stamina and hopefully he will not be caught with Beterviev power punches. Otherwise it will be over and this fight is not going to distance. Just probably maintain his distance and play defense throughout the fight, although this is also very hard to do as well.

Yarde probably knew that already as it's really not wise for him to stay in-front of the Russian monster who had a vicious knockout punch, but we don't know, maybe Yarde and his camp do have a concrete plan how to engage properly with Beterbiev without backing so much. As per Yarde's words, he will defeat Beterbiev, so I bet they really have some plans unlike Butler who didn't have some words prior the fight because he already knew that he's just participating to give Inoue the belt he's lacking.

Yarde seems too prepared to face Beterbiev so I think it he will be more determined to win this fight this time. It will be a challenging fight for Beterbiev and he should also be well prepared and never underestimate his capability of Yarde.
Yarde should practice countering all the punches that Beterbiev might throw him because we all know that he has fast hands.
836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you experienced this kind of gambling on: January 07, 2023, 04:55:24 PM

Honestly, with all of my time that I gamble this is the first time of hearing about such strategy. It's unusual to see that there's this strategy that exists and if someone was able to win through this, well, it's amazing.

It is really a gambling strategy I consider as a critical and logical reasoning. Sometimes they can add the numbers up and arrive at another number and bet on it. Like the first week is 7,19 so they can add 7 + 19 = 36. That means they either bet on 7,19, 36 or divide 36 in two to arrive at a particular forecast they are looking at.
Most likely, I have observed this kind of strategy from those lottery bettors wherein they always remember numbers which repeatedly appear on television or news updates. Not just for jersey numbers alone but even any random number that has significantly involved from important news or events. However, some may work but mostly failed if they keep on relying from this strategy alone without good analytical skills.

Yes I believe it will really works in lottery, sometimes I am thinking if how does the algorithm of the lottery works is it really pure random number? or when this certain amounts meets the requirements the most number of people bet that number it will be the winner, or maybe in our local gambling-like ending where some sports like basketball is the subject of the play.

Some bettors based their number choices on what they see on television, random numbers that they saw somewhere, dates of their birthdays, and even numbers that were in their dreams. Others have different algorithms but they already consider that as their strategy. Some bettors actually bet with the same number all their lives and I see nothing wrong with that. Luck comes randomly so others apply their own beliefs and mantras.
837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If Luck Was Measured In Percentage, Rate Your Luck In 2022 From 0-100 on: January 07, 2023, 04:34:38 PM
I didn't bet too much this year because I had bad losses last 2021. I tried to recover for a year first but I bet a few times and I could say that my luck percentage was just 50%. I won a good amount but still lose it later on. It was a tough and challenging year for me but it's a good thing that I was able to control myself from too much betting. I guess the best gain that I had last 2022 is that I was able to control and discipline myself when it comes to gambling.
838  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that this AI is good for trading? on: January 06, 2023, 07:38:15 PM
It can help especially if you need ideas and help in technical analysis but you shouldn't always rely on it because for sure, its prediction isn't reliable all the time and they just base their responses on their programmed scripts. You can try using it in the beginning but you have to grow by doing your research and practicing trading fundamentals on your own. You must know how to do it yourself because you can't succeed as a trader by just relying on AIs all the time.
839  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anyone out there doing money by trading? How? on: January 06, 2023, 04:49:00 PM
The more I learn I am kind of coming to conclusion that trading in the long run is not profitable. I mean I don't know any single person who is doing decent amount of money for living by trading in crypto. Hence the question: do you know anyone who is successful trading in crypto? or are you doing well by trading crypto?

The secret to become successful in trading is to outwit other trader on your. It’s either you will enter against the flow when you feel that the current trend is already reversing or just follow the flow itself.

No one can give you an exact formula to win because winning on trading means someone is losing. There’s no way everyone will have a profit because the order book liquidity is limited to the amount of money of all the traders. The only way to become successful in trading is to develop a strategy that will works for you. Trading is a trial and error.

Others say that trading is like gambling because you are also facing risks so expecting huge and continuous income from it will be too much not unless you are already a trading expert. I agree that there is no exact and accurate applicable strategy to it but we can apply any strategy that will fit our analysis. Anyone can earn in trading but your success will depend on your skills. Considering the risks, there will surely be times when you will fail and lose in gambling so it will be a big challenge.
840  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Banking is more reliable and faster on: January 06, 2023, 04:31:48 PM
I can boldly say that Bitcoin Banking is more reliable and fast because Bitcoin transactions is been done through wallet, the only problem that may occur is if the wallet is not correct another challenge is if the transaction is been encountered with a down network but this is in rare cases.

The good thing about Bitcoin is that no matter where you are, as long as you have an internet connection, you can send money through it, apart from the fact that the transaction is fast and the assets you have here are also safe.

Just think that at any time you can make a deposit or withdrawal depending on the situation you need every day of your life. It is also one of the most trusted good investments for the future and is accepted by well-known large companies.

Since I switched to Bitcoin banking, I started to enjoy the convenience that it could give. I never thought that I could transact freely without having to line up in banks or even ATMs just to withdraw and deposit. It's a time and life saver for everyone whose time is always limited during the day because of errands to run. I hope more people would appreciate and experience the same thing and see the importance of Bitcoin.
