841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker casino but need KYC, is this really necessary? on: July 31, 2021, 10:22:17 PM

Speaking of KYC, I'm sure most people here don't want their identities revealed anywhere, and KYC is something really bad that we always want to avoid, even when A highly regarded project. No way we can use crypto to stay anonymous and then do KYC so they know exactly who we are, where we are, what we do, right?

The majority of these poker casinos and gambling sites do not ask for KYC because they know that many gamblers do not want to go through a KYC, they only ask it if the player has an issue on his account and wants to verify, if you have a new pokers site and ask KYC right away, that is something to be concern about, they should ask only when there's an issue and it should not a policy.
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what's with "axie infinity"? on: July 31, 2021, 02:04:31 PM
In the past few days, Axie Infinity has gone up quite significantly, even in one week, reaching more than 200%.

fear in the future it will become a coin does not affect the market.

What do you think about the sustainability of this coin?

who knows it will change the status
They are the trending topic in the pandemic and until now, many people made money from Axie Infinity in the pandemic, we are in a lockdown and people are looking for ways to make money online, and besides gambling gaming, is a good option and Axie Infinity is the best choice to make money from gaming I was invited here a year ago but ignored it because I'm not a gamer and I am into so many things back then, because of its huge success so many projects are now imitating it like DPET and Binamon, they can sustain their popularity because many people are still coming and investing and the developers are always up to date on its roadmap and development.
843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: signs of gambling addiction on: July 31, 2021, 05:59:35 AM
Gamblers don't realize they are addicted to gambling until it's worse which they've done unthinkable already like breaking the piggybank of his kid just so he could gamble again. But you as a gambler can also notice it to yourself before you get to the worse situation like selling valuables like jewelry so you could play again.

Is seeking a new strategy or thinking of betting while you are sleeping signs of addiction? If not, what are little signs that unfold you are becoming a gambling addict?

When you carry something when you are going to sleep or in the middle of your sleep that could mean that you are very much into it if you are talking bets, rolls while you are in the middle of your sleep, it could only mean that you are very much into gambling and your conscious and subconscious minds are very much into gambling and when you are awake all you are thinking are all about gambling, this is a clear sign of addiction, and it should be address as soon as possible.
844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will physical casinos accept crypto someday? on: July 31, 2021, 01:16:17 AM
There are plethora of online casinos (gambling sites) which accept popular cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. This is good because you can place your bets anonymously without all of the hurdles involved with Fiat. No KYC, means freedom. The only downside is that you'll be missing the experience of gambling in a real world setting. Physical interaction is not the same as going virtual.

I've been wondering what's been holding back real world casinos from adopting crypto? It is because they fear a government crackdown? Or because of crypto's volatility? With how popular crypto/Blockchain tech is right now, there should be at least one physical casino you can go to and place your bets with crypto. Thoughts? Huh

The crackdown is the least of the concern volatility is and how to set up the system, some transactions take time to arrive, when you are betting with chips there is no waiting time to consider, and it takes out the excitement when there are delays in the transaction, but who knows the probability is high that one gambling casino will take up the idea and set it up, there's a huge market on this.
845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Exposed to children on: July 30, 2021, 03:16:28 PM
These days I'm seeing many Youtubers and Twitch streamers are promoting Gambling websites [Dice, Sports Betting] and Poker Apps.

I know it's ok to gamble for having fun and socially but I don't think young people should be exposed to this when they're in school.
Most of them will only imagine "What 'IF' i win 1000x of this amount and i'll be able to do this and that"

The first thing where will they get the money, even if they get pocket money and use that to gamble then they'll slowly develop the habit of gambling disregarding short-term winnings - if they occur.

They'll pay a huge price with the tension they'll have thinking about this when their whole life is ahead.

It's a grave sin for parents if they let their children expose at a very young age, once they found out that the gaming site their kids are playing have integrated games that are similar to gambling they should stop their kids and look for alternative sites, there are still a lot of gaming sites that are dedicated to the kid and safe for children.
846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sexy casinos on: July 30, 2021, 01:00:16 PM
What do you think of sexy casinos? Do you think it's a good thing? Have you ever tried any? What is your favorite one?

For those who have never heard of that and who are asking what I am talking about precisely, Iv4n found these 2 old threads about few of them.
Thanks to him.

We don't have one here in our country but if there is one I'd like to try it I would like to test myself if I can concentrate with those sexy girls in front of me why I am trying to think of the best card to laid down or think of the best number to bet, this is a big test for young hot guys, I think it's a good strategy for gambling operators, they know every man's weakness and they know the weak ones will lose their concentration.
847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Combination of gambling and trading on: July 29, 2021, 12:00:26 AM
lately i have been stressed off and depressed because of lack of sleep, i just got my hand on so many thing and among those is trading and gambling this two activities requires lots of research and hard work which is time consuming, and am beginning to feel that am over doing it.
is any one in this category that can help me with advise on how to go about combining trading and gambling at the same time.
Obviously, you are not good at time management which is very necessary if you are into something that requires enormous time and effort, I've known some people who can do this and still sleep better at night, you should concentrate first on what matters and what you love to do between the two, if you become good at doing the first one then you can include the other one slowly in your activity, do not be to hurry to master both, the most important thing is your health, everything is secondary.

850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anything like excess gambling on: July 27, 2021, 05:42:27 AM
I have seen people gambling with positive vibes of them winning at all costs. I could remember when I started gambling, I was always optimistic of winning high bets that will later cool my mind and cover all my accumulated loses. I believe the same thing happens to other people making them to bet more, becoming addicted to gambling.

Some people could bet without even knowing the amount of time and money they have invested in gambling which could look obvious and call for estimation. I gamble a lot and sometimes I don't even know if it's becoming excess not.

Anything like excess gambling?

No gambler who is very much hooked on gambling will confess and admit that he is gambling excessively they will deny it they will not even count their losses and brag their winnings and make their winnings their reasons to continue, it's the people around that will notice that he is gambling excessively but not the gambler themselves, it will continue until it's too late, when all their savings are used and their lives become misery, that's the time they will accept that they are indeed gambling excessively.
851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRX to $1? on: July 26, 2021, 02:06:21 AM

What are your thoughts? Do you think TRX will go all the way to $1 someday? If not, why? How much do you think TRX will be worth by the end of the year? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Smiley
I'm hoping it will it's one of the coins that I'm hoping to get a pump like Dogecoin, but even if it does not yet make a pump, I still consider Tron as a good coin to HODL fast and very cheap, it's the coin I use when I want to trade my coin and withdraw to my local exchange for fiat I save 50 to 80% of the fee, it's a coin that you will wish some of the gambling sites you're playing have it, but it will be a great bonus if it reaches $1.
852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The houses always win, are you the house or the gambler? on: July 25, 2021, 11:57:39 PM
No gambler can claim that he can beat the house because by default the house has the edge this is the one that makes them sustain their operation, but this doesn't mean that we never have a chance to win, we always have the chance to win, there are players who come out the winner and the data is available, you can come out a winner if you know when to stop when you are winning, by continuing to play and thinking that it's your time to shine and recover your losses, that's the time the house edge will come to play.
Gambling is not meant to be your cash cow, although some others can do that sometimes, it's meant to give you entertainment and get excited after a hard day's work.

858  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC fall below $30,000? The high-yield risk opportunities are in MEME? on: July 06, 2021, 11:12:52 PM
I am now neutral on whether the bull market is still in place.

If the market changes to a big bull market, does it mean that meme coin has better returns?

The meme coin trend is still here so there's a possibility when the bull market trend returns the meme coin investors will have a good returns

Quote
After all, there is only 1-3 times the room for BTC to increase. Memes coins such as Dogecoin, SHiba, Dogira, TadPoleTADP and other animail coins have even higher declines, and rebound gains will be dozens of times. maybe? What do you think?

Although the return is high the risk is also too high when there's a shift in the market, if you are going to invest in a meme coin that works like a high yield investment be sure you know when is the right time to exit.

nearly 2.9 million cases have been reported with 75,044 deaths.
Poland is very aggressive in their vaccination program they have lost so many lives and economy, they want to revive the economy and go back to normal, as soon as possible that is why they launch their campaign, we cannot blame them the good thing about this, they have a steady supply of vaccine, compared to us who have to wait for weeks and months for more supply to come.
860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: July 05, 2021, 08:08:04 AM
I personally can see a world where bitcoin's marketcap and activity is eclipsed by a future altcoin. Ethereum is getting very close. But in regards to "replacing" bitcoin, nothing will replace bitcoin. Bitcoin will always be the first cryptocurrency, it is the most decentralized coin and it is literally the underpinning of the entire crypto economy. Nearly all coins are quoted against BTC. This won't change in the same way the USD isn't going to be usurped by the yuan for an example.

Bitcoin used to have a huge 67% dominance but it's down to BTC 43.4% and Ethereum used to have 6% dominance but now it's ETH 17.9%, Ethereum is moving closer and so are the other coins like Binance coin, but it will take time before they equal or surpass Bitcoin's dominance, and I don't think any exchange will delist Bitcoin or make other coins their primary, Bitcoin will still remain the first and will not be out in the top 5, even if other coins are aggressive in their development.
