921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin declined 3% as the coronavirus spread in italy on: April 20, 2020, 12:38:11 PM
I think we should not let ourselves be affected by this article.

The fact that Bitcoin kept on staying at $10K last month amidst the coronavirus means it is not related to it at all. We are talking about Bitcoin increasing amidst the price meaning it is affecting the price positivity and then when the price fell we will be talking about the pandemic affecting the price negatively, I mean, it is just a coincidence. It fell 45% last week and a 3% fall is the main thing? No, Bitcoin is just volatile because of this fall. They can just say that it fell because of what's happening in Italy. Oh yeah, the price fell after I posted this, I think it is affected by it.
This volatile behaviors really affecting the market, negative news pays it impacts and we can't blames those who are afraid from losing money.
This decline is not because of the issue from italy but consider the major part of the world is really being infected and many people are trying
to survive from this pandemic virus.

And, no. I don't think the pandemic really affects the price of Bitcoin.

People are panicking, caged at their houses and just going out of their cages to buy essentials that could last until the pandemic stops or when the government says so. I can't even cash out some of Bitcoins right now since money remittances are jammed pack with people receiving money from their loved ones from other countries. Just read the PlusToken scammers that are putting their scammed Bitcoin into mixers, that is the real reason of that dump.

This situation with pandemic influence all parts of our lives because it has domino effect  on multiple areas. Probably in some way that affects cryptocurrencies market also but at this moment it's hard to tell exactly how and in what extend
Also, people are afraid many have lost their jobs and many will so it's understandable they need some kind of alternative for their finances. Some think Bitcoin can be solution but they are too unsecure to hold so they sell. On long term that might affect the price of Bitcoin too.
922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? on: April 19, 2020, 04:40:44 PM
I'm  not so sure this is the best time to fight addiction. If you are not going to work and you are at home with nothing to do and online casinos are just a click away...it seems to ne that is the perfect environment for addicts. To go to phisical casino or to play online doesn't actually make any difference.
However, some can still succeed to fight it with strong and constant support of family but I don't know many such examples.

924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for blind people on: April 19, 2020, 12:48:36 PM
Bitcoin is really helpful for everyone in this world, we have so many things got from this bitcoin, so I think learning bitcoin would be really good for everyone, there are already some schools that are planning to have a cryptocurrency program which is really good to have.

Bitcoin for blind people can be also possible because there are so many technologies that are meant to used by blind people to express their feelings or the things they want to say. It would be great if there would be technology that will be created to help blind people to access bitcoin or other cryptocurrency.

Great idea however it lacks of something a driver for developers to come up with it. What I mean is the idea comes off too short, it would be that problematic at all because just think if it becomes real then what do you want for blind people to do then? Go out and spend their bitcoin? would not it be better if they have a company with them? I think it be a nice idea for digital wallets to make a sound (custom sound) for every expenditure. If this go real, then everything that revolves bitcoin should adjust too. imo.
Indeed, if there would be technology that will be created by some developers or some programmers, I think it would not be enough because eyes are the main used part of our body in cryptocurrency. If there would be technology for them, it will still be hard for them to access bitcoin.

I don't agree that. Already there are technologies who help people with very bad sight or who are blind to use computers and internet so.I don't see why would there be any difference with cryptocurrencies. All people, even disabled ones in any way need to have the equal rights and access to new technologies. In.some countries there are also laws about it.
925  Economy / Speculation / Re: Impact of Future Global Economic in Bitcoin & crypto Price in 2021 on: April 18, 2020, 08:30:13 PM
Predictions are almost always exaggerated. In 2021 the world will still probably be in recession. Also, the question is how this whole situation with virus is going to developed l and some scientists say partial lockdown in different phases might prolonge up to 2022.
So, everything this will affect cryptocurrencies market too, no doubt about it but instead of huge price rise it might happen just the opposite. So, I'm very careful with predictions.
926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Online Gambling Charity Fundraiser for Covid-19 Donation on: April 18, 2020, 06:44:52 PM
Disclaimer: I am not promoting them, I just want to discuss those gambling platforms who are willing to help those people who are the victim of COVID-19.

It is not important thing right now if you are promoting their products. It is important because they are helping for all human being right now.
And we all need these helps a lot. Actually I've stopped visiting for a while but I will play in there again. I appreciate their help. Hope it will go on for a while.

Yes, it's very nice initiative to help in situation with COVID 19 and I'm glad to see that many  crypto gambling sites joined to fund raising to fight the virus. Also, the palyers have the feeling they are doing something noble and for the good purposes.
That also helps to change the attitude of some that gambling sites are only interested in their own profit.
927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Remember WannaCry? one of hackers bitcoin address is on the move on: April 18, 2020, 03:23:12 PM
Interesting that in the UK the ransom was to the NHS (National Health Service). They’re moving for the first time in 3 years.......When the NHS is under its biggest strain ever due to COVID19?

Something in that or just my conspiracy ridden mind trying to add 2 + 2 to get 5?

There might be a connection, hope that will soon be discovered. Maybe there are some authorities who watch such addresses involved in big patterns and wait for the moves and for the owners to make mistakes.
Maybe the funds will be locked and owner will not have opportunity to sell.and with chance.to be indentified
928  Economy / Economics / Re: China’s economy is contracting and this is not good for the global economy. on: April 17, 2020, 05:28:38 PM
I still beleive that chinese economy will recover soon. Like many other economies in the world they are suffering at the moment and have the bigest GDP fall since 1992 but I think that unlike many economies in the european countries in the world they will be back to feet very soon and US and Europe will need much longer period of time so Chinese will have advantage once more.
929  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Increased Bitcoin Adoption on: April 16, 2020, 12:22:01 PM
Well, I' sure that situation we are all living now benefits to use and development of new technologies and inovation. Cryptocurrencies are among them, that is for sure, however I would like to see some concrete numbers and figures, otherwise this is just the question of impression. But I don't know if anyone at all is watching and measuring use of cryptocurrencies and how adoption developes according to current factors.
930  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best time to begin your gambling affiliate journey. on: April 15, 2020, 07:47:09 PM
One who have lot of contacts might earn good to decent money from affiliate programs but ot everyone is going to make money so they don't have to make it as career, it should be something like spending their free time on something to worth it.I haven't tried my affiliate as well because I feel I am not having much contacts to get big shots playing on sites where I refer them to.

A lot of contacts can give you money, yes that is true, however we are not talking about really big sums.
Also, to keep that money flow you need to enlarge your contacts base all the time and that it's not that easy and usualy lasts for a while but not indefinetely. So, affiliate programs are only temporary solution.
931  Other / Politics & Society / Re: COVID-19 teaches all of us. on: April 15, 2020, 05:52:52 PM
COVID-19 is still spreading around the world, there are so many lives that passed away because of the virus, but despite of danger that this virus can give to use, it teaches us something in our lives.

1. Our earth feel free because there are a lot of company that produces air pollution that is being closed.
2. There are so many people who clean our environment, there is general cleaning in our community.
3. People learned how to be careful and protect their health.
4. Because of this virus, the government decided the lockdown on our are and by that we get so much bonding on our family.
5. There are a lot of cancelled activities and gathering such as (night club, vices, etc.)
6. The virus makes us so conscious on our environment.
7. Our camaraderie increases.
8. Our faith on our God increases.

I know and I believe that we can overcome this problem, let us all help each other, stay at home to prevent the risk of spreading the virus.

I think it also teaches us that life is precious and our borrowed time could be taken back from us by the Lord. We must not forget our mission, responsibility, and purpose in our family, environment, country, fellowmen, and most of all in the Lord. Yes we may have analyzed the graph of market transactions in either gold or bitcoin, but we neglect the fact that we haven't been able to analyze when will we die. There are lots of persons to thank for and most importantly, after this pandemic died out, we can humble ourselves and learn from the experience to be able to provide future generations with hope and love.

The most important lesson is that we are all equal in a disaster.
Difficult situations doesn't harm people based on their income, nation, color, etc. We are all together and it is a good lesson to stop hating each other and realize that we have nothing different between us.

It's a good lesson but not everyone will learn it. People have very short memory and as soon as this all stops many will forget about equality and solidarity and get back to old behaviour and all habits. I don't have any illusions that world will be better after this.
932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They want your Bticoin. Don't fall for this new scam, it's too real on: April 15, 2020, 12:50:08 PM
Lol if the team already knows him and his wallet, why didn’t he create another wallet? You can create many wallets and addresses as much as you want. There is no limit when it comes to creating addresses and wallet, so his approach is already dumb. And apart from that, if he knew such secret why didn’t he tell his family to do that and so he would help them win and they share the money or doesn’t he want his family to be rich?

Some of these scammers are just so stupid and only dumb people will fall for some of these their dumb tactics. I have even seen the new strategy that they all now use on YouTube and pretend to be celebrities while they are not lol Grin. They create YouTube channels and disable the comments.

Maybe, but for his luck there are enough stupid people to fall for his scam, he doesn't actually need to try to hard and be too smart. This is sad fact, but it's true. And there is no efficient way to stop such scamers and they always find their victims. Education and raising awareness among people it's the only way.
933  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any good KYCless exchange ? on: April 14, 2020, 07:32:13 PM
I'm not sure that good exchanger that doesn't perform KYC actualy exists. As far as I know KYC is legal obligation so every exchange that wants to run legitimate business has to obey that. Also, if you don't want to have potential problems and experience any kind of unpleasant activities stick to well known, legitimate and respectable exchanges.
934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino workers, asking for salary during the shutdown on: April 14, 2020, 05:10:43 PM
in my opinion should help them the government.
That's the best solution for now if the casino owners will insist on not paying the  employees because in the first place their operation was also suspended and they are not making money, so they are a very good reason not to pay their employees. The government can extend help but these people will have to understand that it will not give all they want, the help will only be limited to basic needs.

I am not saying that the government should cover all the costs of maintaining employees. But if the casino is not able to handle it, then the government should either support the casino or give some social assistance directly to employees. Let's not forget that casinos pay huge sums of taxes to the government. I think this is a good time to use this money for help, because without them there would be no money at all.

That it's true. Since casinos mainly have been closed on government instructions because of virus spread then it's up to governments to help the empoyers and employees.
In my country it's been settled like this, government is covering a part of salary for all companies, no matter what they cope with, who had to stop working because of corona virus. I think that is fair.
935  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin is made for times like these why is everyone selling at a time like.. on: April 14, 2020, 12:13:48 PM
Well, Bitcoin was made like an alternative to traditional banking and payment system but it's hard to tell if anyone had in mind so specific situation like we are having now.
People are still afraid and panic selling is something that is always present, especialy in the time of crisis. Also, it's hard to predict how Bitcoin price will develope, there are no guarantees that it will go up so some think by selling they can save at least some of their money, they are not brave and patient enough to hold.
936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is our chance on: April 13, 2020, 05:37:37 PM
I just understand too that the bankruptcy level of government is high plus this recent global health issue, I believe many countries will go into recession. The solution is to try and be independent and not wait or expect the government to spoonfeed you.

That is true but for many easier to say than to do. Not everyone can afford to be independent whether with fiat or cryptocurrencies savings and many will depend on government charity.
We are heading towards recession that might be long and deeper than we all can expect at the moment. Some will turn to cryptocurrencies as a safe harbour but it's yet to see if this will be the way to fight global recession.
937  Economy / Speculation / Re: Guys avoid panic sell... on: April 13, 2020, 02:42:06 PM
Unfortunately, panic selling can't be avoided completely, there will always be some users who are afraid of loss, don't have enough patience and think thus they can save at least some of their money.
Panic selling is usualy connected with unexperienced users so I think that sharing.information, education and positive experience can help to prevent panic selling.
938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time Will tell on: April 13, 2020, 10:08:46 AM
Well many countries are still able to invest in crypto using VPNs and such but government's power isn't just up to that. We never know what can they still do against crypto one day. For now we can see their regulations to crypto selling at some countries by imposing KYC policies which is kinda centralized idea that defeats the idea of decentralization that we know that crypto possesses that attribute.

It might depend on some country whether their government legalizes or not though.

We still yet don't know what will happen but we can see there are government approving cryptocurrency. It just up to how open the government is in adopting the new technology. Time will tell if the market will even be alive because right now, it looks like only few giants are controlling the cryptocurrency which is why China can just buy them all.

The whole situation that we are having now because of corona virus crisis has influenced in.positive way to digital services and new technologies that have been used more than ever. That might also change.attitude of many governments towards cryptocurrency, especialy those who were not so willing  to regulate it and accept wider adoption.
But yes, the time will tell how at the end the situation is going to be with crypto market and if we'll have some new world order regarding everything, including cryptocurrencies.
939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do some gamblers actually win? on: April 12, 2020, 07:27:36 PM
Some gamblers win, some others lose. That will always like that, but the gambler who can win will also change. Some of them will not tell other people that they win some money, but some of them are busy to show off to other people about their winning. But we will see that only some gamblers who can always remember that their winning is because luck and they decide to stop right after they got the money.

Yes, but it's not that some gambliers win all the time and some lose all the time. To my opinion every gambler has gone through both of these phases this way or the other.
You might have luck for a while but that will not last forever so never.be too selfconfident and always respect your limits.
940  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Minimum coin to begin trading? on: April 12, 2020, 12:41:42 PM
I don't get it. Isn't it better to start trading with "a low amount" to accumulate experiences through time? Because if you start to trade big and you haven't even applied what you have learned (if there are) then it simply is just gambling. Doing this is a "preparation." As they say, higher risk yields to higher profit or loss which we can apply in cryptocurrency and I think we can both agree to that.

It is better to start with a low amount but what you will be doing with it is wrong.

You started with a low amount and based on how you describe what you will be doing, you will just be experimenting which is just like wasting your money in there. I think you should gain knowledge before you go into it. Gambling is different from trading and investing. Learn strategies, learn the indicators, something like that, be prepared and not be prepare after you already lose.

Mamy traders started that way by experimenting, especialy at the very begininig of Bitcoin when there wasn't so much information and experiences shared like today.
Of course that before trading some knowledge and information should be gathered but hands on experience is very valuable also. So, if one trades with small amount of coins that he can afford to lose that is also the way to get know the market.
