981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any advice for invest my first 600$ in altcoins? on: May 13, 2023, 07:01:48 PM
looks like you want to make a long-term investment, my advice is don't use all your money in 1 coin, but your choice is in your hands, SUI sounds quite promising and has potential, especially since it already has its own large enough community
That's a good advice and it's true. What ever the amount of capital is, Don't put all eggs in one basket. Diversify is the key on not getting your capital instantly wiped out. The projects today are quite good especially those who has a existing large community already but it doesn't mean it is advisable to go all in already as there are projects that are better and most of the projects can be rugged anytime as we saw on past projects that gained success. I've been diversifying my investment since then and I didn't really get into a total 0 loss since I can still take profits from other projects that can made me breakeven or get a small profit if one project collapse.

I guess if ever na linking problems nga yung problem is I think ang blame ay nasa gcash. It's not right to blame the user given na feature ni gcash yung account linking at need nila maging resposible sa feature na yan. One thing is walang transparency ang gcash at hindi nila sinasabi kung ano ang root cause ng problem.
983  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: May 13, 2023, 04:06:27 PM
yes but I find it strange that I can not change the email typed during registration if it is not registered! I made a typo during registration and I need to change it so I can verify but they don't allow me.
Stupid rule, they should change this ASAP!

Why don't you register again with YOUR email? As I get it, you wrote the wrong mail during registration and you made a typo, so just forget about it... write to support to close that account, and simply create a new one, with accurate mail this time and you will be able to verify it. I don't see any big reason for drama and big red letters.

I have no idea what is wrong with him, last December he accused bc.game as scammer and now he is complaining about his registered email.
He accused bc.game months ago means that he is being player for months already, but he just noticed about his wrong email now?
I guess he is trying to make a drama here indeed, to make bc.game looks bad because of his complaint with red texts but he forgets that forum members are smart enough.

Imagine giving falls allegation about the casino you are currently playing. He's lucky enough to still play on this casino even after a false accusation against the casino. I can't find any reason why would someone create a drama first about a casino instead of checking his account first. I think he just don't want to be accountable and just complain about everything. I just checked his profile and I most of his post is about doing accusation on casino and not paying him. I think he's just trying to pull some money out of the casino. The red font color is surely a catchy color, I easily noticed it LOL.
984  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun |20% RAKEBACK TO ALL|SLOTS|SPORTS BETTING|70% RAKEBACK RUSH HOUR on: May 13, 2023, 02:58:33 PM

As we can see from #3554, blackjack.fun already solved it. I agree that this place is as legit as it gets, they are just doing a great job and that is why I like it this much. They have no huge team sponsorships, not formula teams, not basketball teams, nothing major and they are doing a great job growing and competing with all those who do these things.

Because they have been familiar, that's the important thing and most other places miss, those places are just gone into full business mode and nothing more. Here you can talk with the team, the staff are around here and as we can see they let us know, we hear it's solved from them directly, that is exactly what makes this place compete with the casinos who have tens of millions of dollars, because blackjack.fun cares and talks to us.

What you wrote is not correct. You can't trust this casino. They stole my money without even playing a single hand. After I made my first deposit, they simply banned my account. They didn't give me the option to do KYC at all. They just locked my account and stole the money. More than two months have passed since then and no one has sent me even an email with the reason for locking my account. No proof that I made a mistake or cheated the casino, and I couldn't because I didn't even get a chance to play at least one hand.

Sorry to say this but this casino is a big scam.
I suggest to make a formal scam accusation against this casino. You need to put screenshots and other information such as transaction id if you can't access your account. You can also put your conversation with the support of blackjack.fun or anything that will prove your point. Having a accusation like this will just do nothing as their reputation won't be affected and people here will just snob this baseless accusation. I'm pretty sure that they will reply to you if you put a proper scam accusation that will be noticed by the forum members knowing that they are protecting their reputation here and I'm positive that they will reach out to you if you made a valid point in your accusation.
985  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Everton Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: May 13, 2023, 02:41:26 PM
While watching the megarace livestream currently still in progress, Eddie mentioned something about the Monthly link being leaked before they wanted to release it, which is never released the same day as the weekly is right before the megarace.

Think I heard him saying they will be offering a $5000 reward for finding out who leaked it when they didn't want it sent out to all players yet.
This could only be done by an internal employee who has access to this kind of information.
Only the one who used it first would know who it was.
Correct?

Of course the only one who knows about the code is one of their team, someone outside their team who can do it must be a hacker who can access the computer of the one who create the code.
I doubt there was a hacker, but there must be a naughty employee in the team and I think it wont be hard for them to find about it out by tracking it themselves.
Anyway, does it mean that there are users who have claimed the monthly bonus because the link is being leaked?
I think so too. They are the only one who ha an access with the code and I think there's an internal team issues here. If somehow a internal team is the one who really leaked it or even on an accident, I'm pretty positive that the employee would be fired given that there's no one who's speaking about it. I don't know what kind of damage did stake suffered but I guess it's a lot given that they are giving a hefty amount of money as a reward for finding out the one who leaked it. I'm pretty sure that watchers will investigate on their own as there's a bounty.
986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm getting tired of the high fees for gwei on: May 12, 2023, 06:45:57 PM
I prefer BNB for now. Indeed the high Fees on the Ethereum network are a problem for me doing small transactions. Therefore I think BNB is the best right now. But that doesn't mean we have to switch from ETH because there are indeed many projects running on the ETH network and that (high fees) remains a problem that needs a solution.

The two coins are not the best choice, if you can choose to take action by investing in BNB and ETH so much the better. you can analyze a lot from the two virtual currencies. if you talk about large gas costs you should be taught not to cash out in the near future on the coins you have.
BNB gas fees are way far than ETH gas fees. I don't see the sense of not cashing out in the future. Even if ETH gas is ridiculously high, there are many reason why people are transacting on ethereum and majority of them are by earning profit more than the gas fees they have paid. Though there are instances that these gas fees are the one who blocks us in doing transactions because most of the time it's not worthy paying the high gas fees. I have ETH in my wallet but I treat it as an investment but if there's a point that I can get a massive profit from my investment, I won't be bothered by the high fees as long as I get the profit that I want. But yeah, cheap and fast alternatives are better.
987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investor lose billionaire opportunity -Damien Slash lost it over MEME coin SHIBA on: May 12, 2023, 04:47:41 PM
It is a dramatic story that will continue to happen to the cryptocurrency world. Maybe in the future we will also see similar stories with different coins. Yes this is a very big loss. But come on, who would have thought that pizza buyers with BTC would get that high? Did he who had sold his SHIBA ever think that the price of SHIBA would increase like that?
that's true it's more or less just fate, no one knows what future holds, sweating over the lost opportunity is just nothing more than useless grievance, there are most certainly many reason why many of shiba holders back then just didn't hold their shib until it get this high, one of them must be the fact that they didn't know and that's pretty much okay, maybe next chance.
Some of those who didn't sold are just coincidence. I've seen a story before of a successful SHIBA investor, He didn't remember that he had a Shiba coin until it blew up. It's a crazy coincidence but yeah there so many people who got rich from Shiba, they are more on early investing. Everyone of us has our own regrets on crypto by selling early and this is another one big regret from selling too early. I'm pretty sure that we don't know where this meme coin will go in the time that it has a small value and personally if I had some shiba at that time and it grew that I'm getting a big amount of profit on it, I'll probably sell it knowing the fact that the future of meme coin is still uncertain.
988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: May 12, 2023, 03:49:25 PM
Quote
Budget: set it BEFORE you start gambling and stick to it.
Have a break from time to time, it is important to let your brain stop and consider.

1.I don't really think that setting a budget would stop a gambler to become addicted. Having big wins at the beginning is what makes a gambler get addicted. This has nothing to do with setting a budget and sticking to that budget.
2.The gambling addicts could also take a break from gambling, but that doesn't help them to fight their addiction and re-evaluate their wrong decisions. Most gambling addicts have a lack of self-awareness and simply taking a break won't help in becoming more self-aware.
At the end of the day, there's no "red pill" that would keep the gamblers away from addiction. Everything is about mentality and being aware of your own behavior.

I've seen people run out to a pawn shop to sell their watch just to get money for another round because they reached daily limits on their ATM withdrawals. Setting a budget helps only until you get addicted so much that you completely lose control.
All the advice by OP is great and works, but only until you reach a point where you can no longer limit yourself. For instance, a normal gambler casually sits at the table and walks away after an hour or two, can leave the table after a win or a loss and feels fine regardless of the result. A light addict can't stop as long as he has money. When he loses everything is when the fun ends and he keeps thinking about ways to make the money back all the time. A hard addict doesn't leave the casino, he's taken out because he's drunk, out of money, or arguing and starting fights.
I think it's normal on physical casino to have addicts like that. Spending all of their fortunes even if they shouldn't. I've also seen on in a physical casino but the gambling addict that I saw is selling his car to his opponent in a poker match. It's crazy to see one in person really, It's just like a movie scene. I been an addict but I didn't came to that point that I'm selling my belongings to just continue to gamble. This kind of addicts are helpless and needs a huge amount of time to stop their crazy gambling habits. They will realize all their mistakes after they lost everything and will start from scratch.
989  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which are best stake alternatives on: May 12, 2023, 03:24:55 PM
Maybe you do not know the meaning of alternative.

I'm fully aware of the definition, but you can't say that any word processor is a Microsoft Word alternative (e.g. Notepad), because it isn't. You have to find something that scratches the same itch, like Open Office.

Similar in this case, Stake has a faster platform, triple the amount of games, several verticals that we don't have (forum, sportsbook, esports etc) and so on, so I kinda don't feel comfortable in saying that we're "an alternative", but it's definitely flattering and I hope that we'll be a worthy alternative in a couple of years Smiley
I appreciate the humility of you. Very nice.  Wink

You were just being honest because Stake.com really have one of the wide option of games and sports on their website. It's actually difficult to find an alternative that would be on the same level as it. Once you get used to their website, when you check other gambling sites, you will find something missing from them that was completed by Stake.
Anyway, I will check your site Coinslotty when I have some free time, and good luck with your campaign here, I wish for it to be fruitful in the future and to gain more audience from our gamblers here in the forum and I am sure that it will happen.

If a gaming platform does things correctly, they will do very well , I haven't played much on stake.com, but it is a site that has always been very famous and they are a very large casino, I don't know much about Coinslotty, and if I have seen that they have a signature campaign in the forum, which means that they want to be very successful, I speak for dulebits, it is also a casino that has many ranges of games , slots and is quite reliable, it also has its signature campaign where It is managed by the best of all the campaign managers in the forum and the reputation that the site has is very high , I recommend it because I know that the players who enter there are always satisfied and excited by their promotions.

Well I guess stake proved that it is a successful casino because of attributes you have said. Duelbits is one of the competitor of stake and I can say that duelbits is also a successful casino that has a reputation and trust from the community just like stake has. Though I believe that stake has an edge over duelbits knowing that stake existence is much longer than duelbits which results to a bigger active gambler count. On the other hand, Coinslotty is I believe a fairly new casino that is still doing it's thing to climb at the top of the casinos. I noticed coinslotty because of their signature campaign, I guess their marketing strategy worked on me.

~snip~
LeeBet representatives are always active on the telegram, but they aren't making any announcement in the forum. I was unable to login yesterday when the maintenance was completed. LeeBet team had fixed the issue after a few hours, but the website is operating very slowly now. I had received 6 USDT by participating in their telegram quiz and used the amount to test their games. 3 USDT was disappeared from my account after the first bet, I had received the missing USDT on my account after a few hours. Although I lost the amount while testing the games, but I have mined 237 LEE tokens for my wagering.
It seems that their telegram channel has the most audience compared here given that they are focusing there. Though simple updates just like announcement couldn't hurt them unless they are short staffed. They are a brand new casino and I believe they are still getting used to running a casino. I think their servers are loaded because it slowed down. I'm guessing that the bugged cause gamblers to visit the casino at a certain time that made the casino responds slowly. I don't know how many is their current active gamblers but I think it's enough to slow down their casino.
991  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: May 11, 2023, 03:51:01 PM
You will be late even if you set a notification alert on Twitter because Duelbits has a dicord channel which they use to drop this code first before the social media. Duelbits discord has a lot of active user compared to twitter. That's the reason why the code is always claimed already even if the interaction on twitter is very low because Discord user usually claims first before us twitter user.

I suggest to join the discord and set notification in there to claim it early. https://discord.gg/duelbits
Did you make a mistake when typing this reply?

If Duelbits are keen on providing their codes on Discord earlier than on Twitter, it is reasonable to turn on notification from Discord. Why turn on notification on Twitter rather than Discord?

Discord is available for mobile, desktop, browser and you have multiple options to use Discord and get its alert notification. If you use Telegram, I believe you will have no issue to use Discord on mobile.

I doubled check my reply due to your comment but I don’t find any statement of mine telling to set notification on twitter. I’m actually replying to the user that suggest the twitter notification.

I even drop the Duelbits discord channel as reference to my suggestion to use discord instead of twitter to claim early those codes because that's what I’m doing lately when I discovered the difference.

great point and thanks for the information
will let users know if they are looking for duelbits promo codes that discord is a better place to go than twitter

totally got your idea and there's no problem with your message, maybe hd49728 confused your message with my question
not sure
Notification is a real help when in terms of waiting for something to be dropped like vouchers. Both platforms twitter and discord has a massive active users but it seems that people love discord because it is much interactive than twitter and there are certain advantages like the notification which is a big edge over to other people who are waiting on twitter. It's just that duelbits can't put a separate promo code for both platforms as it can easily be abused. Personally, I'm using discord more than twitter because I find it less distracting compared to twitter .
992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Government's actions against crypto on: May 11, 2023, 03:04:08 PM
Mass adoption won't happen until regulators take over the entire industry and all supposedly decentralized protocols cooperate with regulators and governments. Until the entire industry is centralized, governments will not rest and will raid the industry, whether it's a service or cryptocurrency. A lot of decentralized and anonymous services have disappeared from the industry lately, some close down and then reopen, but with changed rules. KYC is becoming more and more embedded in the lives of crypto users.

That would make crypto no different than the traditional banking system powered by Fiat. It's unfortunate the industry is leading towards full centralization, but there's nothing we can do about it if we want governments to "legitimize" crypto/Blockchain tech. If we embrace full decentralization, then all of the world's governments will make it "illegal" for anyone to use crypto.

We have to accept the fact that regulations are inevitable, no matter how much hardcore crypto enthusiasts like me hate them. Some countries will regulate crypto more than others, but at least we get to use decentralized cryptocurrencies without restrictions (sort of). Who knows what the future holds for this nascent industry? Just my thoughts Grin
Yep we can't do anything about it if the government decide what they want to do on crypto. There are pro crypto government El Salvador who boast about the crypto adoption in their country but yeah there are country that don't want to follow that path and the residing residents can't do anything if their government somehow ban bitcoin or limit it to the extent that it is not recommendable to use crypto anymore. I believe that we can expect more regulation about cryptocurrency when it is bull market since people are cashing out and cashing in a lot of money.
993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can NFTs last forever? on: May 11, 2023, 02:41:16 PM
They can last for a very, very long time. Nobody can promise you that they’ll be worth anything other than dust in decades to come though. In my opinion they are just a passing phase, a bit of a fad. I don’t think they will return to highs we saw in the last bull run. That was mostly wash trading imo. So yeah, they can last for a long tike but will people be paying big money for monkey JPEGS in 2060? I am not so sure.

We have seen the emergence of AI technologies nowadays and quickly becoming the hype right now, that's too long to calculate probably it will gonna be a ton of new things will appear and no one will be interested anymore in the images of monkeys with hats and they might gonna sold for almost nothing when that happens because as we can see right now, it's just merely a picture or a short video. nothing else right there and you cannot monopolize it because you can easily counterfeit it with free software on the internet which can give you your own copy.
Yep trend changes and NFT arts is somehow left behind with the current trend. The explanation you did about NFT just being a picture or a short video that will make people bored and let go of it with nearly zero value is I think wrong. You can treat it as a piece of art that everyone wants like a monaliza painting. Time will tell on how much people will value these NFT's especially those who is collectables such as apes and punks. Though I don't think it will fall to nearly zero as people find it to have a value even on the next generation of crypto.
994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What could have happened to all meme coins on: May 11, 2023, 02:16:19 PM
Obviously ones that are true internet memes will survive. Like that doge, shiba and even pepe. These were all internet memes for years and years. I kept seeing these around all the time. There are passionate lovers of these memes. Others are all gonna die. Meme coins are nothing. They mean nothing in terms of investment. They are just coins to speculate on, make money and dump, in summary. But I think trio I mentioned here will always live on.
Do you think that the coins that you mention will survive after few bear markets if the hype or trend of this coins died several times? I don't think that the majority of people who have these coins right now will still support it if the value of the coins go down just like any other coins. I agree that they are serving their purpose now as a money machine by pumping and dumping it in the market but I personally don't think that this will survive for a several bear market as people realized and get tired of how things work with these meme coins.
995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin - PEPE on: May 10, 2023, 04:26:44 PM
[.....]$PEPE is a meme coin with no intrinsic value or expectation of financial return. There is no formal team or roadmap. the coin is completely useless and for entertainment purposes only.
This part here is the most important thing in your whole post. I wouldn't say it's completely useless since there are people who pushed it to have an economic value so it somehow became an investment vehicle to some. Perhaps the best use of Pepe right now is that it became an education tool. It taught many people a hard lesson on investing.
Just like other meme coins, This pepe coin had created it's own community that pushed the price high. With the revival of meme coins in the market, There are so many people who ride the hype and put their money on it which pushes the price so high. Meme coins are the meta right now and honestly I'm quite scared that I might put some of my money into it where I know consciously that this is only for pure profit and the token has no real utility and I don't think it will last long unless the community stays just like shiba inu.
996  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: May 10, 2023, 03:17:03 PM

Exactly the point, you can't just direct them with words but an action is needed to divert their attentions, if the person is very
close to you, then you must find a good way to divert his attentions,.

Putting him in a place where he can avoid some time playing / gambling and give him some breathing to think the right way, best time to have
some serious conversation and give him some hints that he's already getting engage that much.

A good start to bring him back to reality in life and also to allow him to balance his gambling activities and be reasonable in terms of spending
time and money when playing the game.
usually, instead of playing for fun/entertainment, players take it to the next level and become unreasonably serious about gambling, while i don't really recommend making it as your primary source of income, we cannot deny the fact that there are few people who will do this and a few that changed their lives into something good by playing. sometimes people forget that it was only made for fun and the stress that has been accumulated throughout every game can lead them to something they didn't want to initially such as the things listed by the OP.

i somehow agree with you that one of the best medications for those gamblers is to let them understand that they could no longer regain what they had lost, and if there's a chance they can, it will be all depending on their luck. they should also realize that once they enter the pit they will have a hard time climbing up again, and after telling them that they needed to be slowly separated to that hobby or find another hobby to take up their time slowly just like withdrawal methods for those who are under rehabilitation, but still that depends on the very person if they really wanted to still be able to change their life although things are no longer the same. in the end it is only a matter of how those people can accept the reality they put themselves into.
Those kind of people are called a gambling addict. I've been through there and my life is really messed up back then. Even if you are a gambling addict, treating it as a primary source of income is crazy. A gambler should have at least one source of income to continue the addiction they have. Having none is just like throwing up your life by getting others money just to gamble. A friend or family can help in reducing a gambling activities but it will all depends on the person. As I said I've been there an I received help before from my friends by diverting me but that doesn't stop me until I realized that myself. Don't get me wrong, the support of my friends really helped me realized it that made me change. I guess realizing it by yourself is a new level of matureness that can be earned as an ex-addict.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still hunt for airdrops? on: May 10, 2023, 02:45:18 PM
all new projects will come out, they will issue an airdrop on average to find a community, because the project will be lonely if there is no community, even though most projects are scams.
but there are still projects that pay, so you have to research beforehand if you want to get paid prizes.
Actually it's a strategy that too many project are using. Project teams are really utilizing what is currently on the trend by copying it. In an instant, Too many projects had adopted an airdrop to distribute their token just to gather or make a community without spending that much on marketing. It's proven effective but there are possible cons like degraded long term development, Swapping a token distribution method from the original plan can ruin the distribution. Along with a short term boost from the trend, A certain token that had been airdrop can lose it's traction in long term because of a possible slowing down of a trend. It will all depend on the implementation of the project on how they will execute it.

Overall, Airdrop trendy today as well as profitable, Just take care of the possible exploits or scams.
998  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: May 10, 2023, 01:59:31 PM
Never play on this scam casino

https://trustdice.win/terms

Terms & Conditions

1. General
5. Withdrawals
5.10 In order to make a withdrawal, a player must wager 5x from the deposit amount.

If you see such a paragraph in the rules of a gambling site, it doesn't mean that this is a scam casino. Of course, such a requirement from a casino is absolutely unpleasant for users, especially if a user makes a deposit without reading the terms and conditions.
Unfortunately, the trend is that many other gambling sites have roughly the same requirements, and x5 is not so much. It seems to me there are two reasons why gambling sites add mandatory wagering requirements. First of all, they want users to spend as much money as possible on their sites, and they also want to prevent cheaters from using their platforms for money laundering.
That's right, It's a term that they put to make you agree on. This is why reading T&C of a casino is important so you won't have any problem with the casino upon withdrawing. But yeah I think it's bit unfair to ask players to wager 5x the amount before withdrawing. I personally won't play on a casino if I saw this kind of rule. I understand that there are such things to do to avoid illegal things like money laundering but 5x is just so high for me, 2-3x is enough I believe to avoid players to do money laundering in their casino. I hope casinos won't resort into this kind of high wagering requirements just to avoid money laundering.
999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New trend PEPE ? Seems many projects Launching with PEPE Names. on: May 10, 2023, 01:36:11 PM
One example of so many copy cat projects out there. Most of the project like this is just created to join the wave of hype and to profit out from the trend. Almost everyone who is interested in the copy cat coin don't even care about the development or utility of project, It's just for show given that it happened a lot of time. Clone projects like this don't really have a project output. Never ever invest on it for a long term thinking, Majority of the one who posses this coins just want to flip it for profit. I think this kind of project is what makes crypto get a bad image given that newbies are t he one who are getting victimized by this. There are even phishing or malicious projects that copied a part of a name of a trending coin just to attract victims.
