I would recommend you take a look at MultiMiner.

582  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: [Help] GuiMiner Not Opening on: February 02, 2015, 05:06:15 AM

how can i fix this?
Fortunately this is likely an easy fix.  Odd's are good you don't currently have the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package properly installed on your computer.

It can be found on Microsoft's official site here:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=29

Download and install the above Visual C++ Redistributable package and then try re-running your guiminer client.  (*Note, your system may require a system reboot after Visual C++ Redist. is installed)

Hope this helps Wink
583  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: antminer s1 not mining on: February 02, 2015, 05:02:19 AM
The ants do not mine, they are connected, but mining status contains no info.
They did work fine at a other guy's home.
we changed nothing Huh
what can be the problem?

The most likely scenario is definitely related to network settings.  I suspect you are probably running your home network on a different subnet than he was running at his house.  Refer to the following link for easy setup instructions for S1:

584  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it worth mining bitcoin with CPU? on: February 02, 2015, 04:58:03 AM
Absolutely not worth it.  Unfortunately insofar as mining bitcoin is concerned you are literally several hardware evolutions behind the times.  Even the next two evolutions (GPU's followed by FPGA's) are absolutely not worth mining with and if you take a look at the Mining speculation forum you'll find that even asic's that are over 3 or 4 months old are pretty much out of date and not expected to ROI at present.
585  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Will the difficulty go down again ? on: February 01, 2015, 10:27:07 PM
Difficulty won't be dropping this period imho.  Too much newer/more efficient hardware coming online.
586  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: DIFFICULTY TO ZERO on: February 01, 2015, 10:25:43 PM
Unless BTC value drops to $0 this will never happen.  You will never reach miner consensus to shut them all down.
587  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have 100 computers on: February 01, 2015, 10:04:18 PM
Sounds like your primed to mine some primecoin.  Is it profitable?  Not unless you have free electricity.  Doubt there are any CPU coin's that are actually profitable if electric isn't free @ present.
588  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] [NEW RATES] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: January 30, 2015, 05:28:31 AM
Went ahead and did a few trades on bit-x and thought I would give a bit of feedback:

Things I like:
1.) Relatively snappy interface for the most part when setting up Buy orders.
2.) Default site color-scheme fairly easy on the eyes.
3.) Visual order-depth graph relatively clean and easy to understand.

Things I wasn't really digging:
1.) Inability to view Buy and Sell orders side by side on a single screen which seems to have pretty much become the standard for most of the other exchanges.
2.) No [More Info] like link available (for example on GHS5 listing).  (coin market cap, algorithm, bitcointalk forum link info, etc.)
3.) When creating a [New Order], it seems to swap the currency pairs.  For example, I select BTC->LTC and the Create New Order screen immediately reverses the two items I just selected after selecting LTC as my second option.  Kinda confusing.
4.) [Recalculate] button at the bottom of [New Order] is kind of annoying and doesn't really seem necessary, this should be updated in realtime imho.

Anyhoo, not trying to sound too critical.  All and all I like the site, but since the majority of my trading activities are limited to arbitrage trading the lack of additional currency pairs is also an issue for me.  Will be watching for arb. opportunities on bit-x from here on out though now that I'm at least semi-familiar with your interface.

Going to test a BTC and LTC withdrawal now and see how well that goes. Smiley

hmmm... 0.00145 btc as commission (0.5% of 0.29054726 in my case)  for withdraw the sig. campaign payment it is expensive.  I preferred  the payment into the personal bitcoin address , it is free and faster.

Next month a fixed flat withdrawal fee will be brought into operation.

For this month think of the fee as 1 or 2 posts that weren't counted (everyone has at least a couple posts that shouldn't have counted, if you think you were perfect let me know and I'll check!).
Payment received into my bit-x BTC address.  Many thanks.  Looking forward to testing out the site a bit with my earnings.

P.S.  I thought your comment about if you think you where perfect let me know and I'll check was funny.  Wonder how many people will claim perfection? :p

nice work im not near my wallet haha
Thanks, nice work on the jacket too.  Very slick looking.

Well crap, I just noticed you already had a dropbox URL for the nav blockchain in your previous post (trazdoz quoted).  lmao.  Guess I'm guilty of the equivalent of a stale share :p

Could somebody who's 100% synchronised with the network - and has a quick connection ;p - upload the "blk0001.dat" file inside the Qt data folder? While I have 14 connections to the network and a 50Mbit connection it's still synchronising terribly slow, 5 hours have passed, only at 30% so far..
Uploading my navajocoin blk0001.dat file to my google drive now.  I'll PM you the link as soon as it finishes.

PM sent with link to blk0001.dat

Doc updated! Payout day is tomorrow Smiley.
Somehow I managed to lose my bit-x login cred's.  Happy to report that the password reset feature appears to be working however and I've regained access to my account.

Looking forward to the payout tomorrow Marco and actually trying a trade or two with tomorrows earnings.  Keep up the great work.
594  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-01-27] Winklevoss twins pitch their bitcoin ETF to gold bugs on: January 27, 2015, 07:17:34 AM
Given the present level of volatility in bitcoin price I suspect this is going to be a pretty tough sale for Winklevoss's.  Obviously it would be much easier to sell if bitcoin where showing some serious price gains but I think we still have a long way to go before any significant % of these types of investors will take any kind of serious look at bitcoin.

*But yeah, if even 1 or 2% of some of the larger gold-bug's decided to divert even 2-3% of their overall portfolio's towards holding some BTC it certainly couldn't hurt it's market-cap.  Unless that is ole fatty fat head Karpeles decides to cashout a decent portion of those 700k+ BTC he stole awhile back.
595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Would Make People Gain Much More Interest in Bitcoin? on: January 27, 2015, 07:07:55 AM
What Would Make People Gain Much More Interest in Bitcoin?

- Full acceptance by PayPal?  Would be a start, but remember this will likely only be downward pressure on BTC unless Paypal where holding a significant portion of BTC payments in BTC.
- Interest from Apple?  Couldn't hurt.
- Centralised, safe exchange?  If universally accepted there would be no need for exchanges.  A centralized exchange for an open-source distributed ledger is quite possibly the worst possible scenario.

What do you think bitcoin needs for the major interest worldwide?  More legitimate people (i.e. not trying to scam anybody) spreading the word and educating people about the pro's and con's of bitcoin.

598  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin investment ? Cloud mining ? on: January 27, 2015, 06:37:35 AM
Hey there, I would like to invest into bitcoin, any good website to earn good money/btc ?
One good rule of thumb to follow (at least currently):

If the site your considering investing BTC in says it has anything whatsoever to do with cloud mining run away.  They are for the most part ponzi's and those few that are legitimate are already shutting their gear down.
599  Economy / Securities / Re: [CANNABIT] Investment Details - Announcement & Discussion Thread #cannabit on: January 26, 2015, 05:39:42 PM
It seems to me a dividend payment should be forthcoming fairly soon.  Or at least some sort of update?  Obviously we are seeing a pretty nice uptick in BTC price.  Would love to hear what's going on cannabit.

The BTC-Price should be unrelated to this investment since its bitcoin price independent. Cannabit doesnt hold coins. BTC are only used for paying out divs. I wonder too when it becomes clear if the new investment opportunity will work or not.
I get what your trying to say with BTC price being unrelated to this investment, but the truth is, dividends are payed out in BTC so it is in fact pegged at some point.  I'm sure most of us would like to see a dividend payout before BTC breaks the $300 mark again (just jumped $17+ dollars I believe on news of regulated Coinbase exchange Lunar launching < 24 hours).

If fiat is ultimately really your only concern I can see it not mattering much, but for those of us interested in increasing our BTC holdings, it matters alot.  If they make a dividend payout of say $1/share when btc is at $270 as opposed to $500 and your goal is increased BTC it makes a difference.

If you want to increase your BTC holdings you should wait in fact until the price is down again. Then you would get more coins for the same dividend. Canna is exchanging the fiat only before he pays out the div. So when he now pays out the div you might get 1mBTC, if bitcoin exchange price is half of the price it is now, you would get 2mBTC. So in amount of coins you would go better with a lower bitcoin price.

Or do you want to bet on a still rising bitcoin price when he pays out now? I think thats risky. Lets see what the future shows.
Definitely see where your coming from.  Guess I'm just stubbornly-bullish atm Smiley

As far as seeing what the future holds, thats pretty much all we can do until we get word from the horses mouth as it where (cannabit himself).  Hopefully he will be popping in here soon to let us know what's going on.
