2461  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transferring Cryptocurrencies? on: April 07, 2022, 10:29:39 PM
The worst way of transferring USDT is by using ERC20 token. Since the Ethereum transaction fees are so high. Most exchanges decided to charge very high withdrawal fees for Ethereum and all the ERC20 tokens.
The most popular cheapest way of transferring or withdrawing USDT from most exchanges is by USDT TRC20, but I doubt your exchange allows withdrawals through the Tron network. But Kucoin does support it.

If independentreserve.com is the exchange you are referring to, check out their fees schedule to know more about the cheapest withdrawal fees using different assets https://www.independentreserve.com/help/fees

XLM seems to be the cheapest asset to withdraw at roughly $0.002
The others are DOGE, EOS, LTC, ETC

Is my logic correct here?  What is the cheapest way to transfer cryptocurrencies between exchanges.. Is one coin cheaper to send than all the rest?
Correct.
2462  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I trade cryptocurrency with FX trading knowledge? on: April 06, 2022, 11:56:10 PM
I learned forex trading first before getting into crypto, and the good news is that the concepts are similar, especially with derivatives. You will find similar order types, technical indicators etc. Just make sure you get an exchange where you can practice trading with little money at first.
2463  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there interested in a no KYC exchange. on: April 06, 2022, 11:47:46 PM
How are you going to run the centralized exchange minus KYC/AML compliance policy. It may look easy to you, but eventually law enforcement authorities are going to catch up with you.

One day and exchange like Binance may block a user's funds and will request for KYC verification before releasing the funds. How will you go about this?
2464  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: About TokenPocket Crypto wallet on: April 05, 2022, 11:59:12 PM
Nope, it's not open-source.

On the website description you might see claims that they are open source but the latest version is not which brings in confusion.

I found this issues one GitHub

Hi, Giszmo, thanks for reaching out to us. We do not open-sourced the latest code of our wallet product. Just an early version of it.

2465  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which trading indicators/traders would you recommend? on: April 05, 2022, 11:50:15 PM
It seems most people are missing out one of the most important tools to determine the support and resistance of a given asset at a given time, that is the Fibonacci retracements. This coupled with either MACD or RSI can guide you well on spot market, mostly with coins of high trading volume and market cap.

Avoid using such indicators with shitcoins that can easily get pumped and dumped, or else you will get rekt.
2466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Time to shut down Raptoreum rig? on: April 05, 2022, 11:30:26 PM
The coin has already dropped by 90% since it's all-time high 5 months ago, and we are not even in a serious bear market yet. Imagine what would happen when a bear market is  in full swing. The chart I am seeing right now is just a clear pump and dump.

I would say, just let the coin go and look out for another one.
2467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Real miners never give up. on: April 05, 2022, 11:11:38 PM
Intel and the USA goverment can kill btc right now, joint operation, intel with the chip and the USA with the work and means, right now the most efficient chip is from Intel, for the USA gov to get to 51% is pretty easy. The easiest way would be to purchase some hashrate and the rest inhouse. There is nothing that the people can do if govs want to kill btc or any other cryptocoin, reason I always say, be extremely cautious, never go full retard.
Then why are they not killing it?

I mean, Bitcoin has proved a big headache to several Governments and Big corps that we all think have lots of money since it's inception, and yet they have failed to do anything. Why? Because the truth is that they can't do anything right now.
2468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Microstrategy rug us again? on: April 05, 2022, 10:38:02 PM
Must very spike or drop in the price of Bitcoin be linked to some whale buying or another rich guy shitting in a toilet?

People who know markets also know that there is always an uptrend and a downtrend. A price of an asset can't just keep rising and rising minus any correction or else it starts to look like a Ponzi scheme (well, even Ponzi schemes collapse... eventually - Read Bitconnect)
2469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: MILLIONAIRE LEAKS -1 SIGNAL LEAKING PLATFORM - CRYPTO + SPORTS - EARN THOUSANDS on: April 05, 2022, 10:18:22 PM
Ok sir first of all I am already trading with these signals and also it would be safe If I can sell that too and make money from that too as we can earn together in that there is nothing that can be saturated as in other shitty methods
I am very familiar with crypto signal groups and football tips or fixed match tipsters or whatever you would call them. Though I have never been victims since I don't just trust anyone anyhow, I have seen a number of friends lose money both in subscriptions and in trading/betting after trusting the signal/tip sellers.

The sad truth is that the signals or tips don't actually make money for those said to leak them. They only make money through subscriptions paid by those who have been lured into buying the signals/tips
2470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Will Yobit allow Clam Transactions? on: April 05, 2022, 10:07:58 PM
As far as im aware with CLAM there were some problems back where it results that there's some blockage of transactions in between exchangers which users or holders couldnt able to make
transactions in between places where you couldnt able to sell out those coins or pulling it out either. One thing is odd is that they are still not delisting on coins which does have some issues
back in the past.
Sounds like it was connected to the problem you are talking about.
This user made a complaint in the Clamcoin Subreddit 3 years ago but never got a response. But in the post, this is what Yobit support responded to him.

" Good day. Deposit\Withdrawal coin will be available after you upgrade the source code of the wallet. Unfortunately the developers are in no hurry to send you updates - therefore, in order to avoid the loss of users, the network is not available. If you have updated the source code of the coin, send us (https://yobit.net/en/maintenance_request/ Free)and we will promptly correct the problem on the coin. Thank you for contacted the support. "
2471  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coingate.com is A SCAM on: April 05, 2022, 09:47:26 PM
They were fast in the beginning with pay out for transactions. Can you suggest other PSP for crypto payments
Am not well conversant with crypto payment service providers but from the different posts I have read in the past, but BTCPay server seems popular

Check out these lists. I am sure you will find what you are looking for;

2472  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coingate.com is A SCAM on: April 04, 2022, 11:57:18 PM
How long have you been using the Coingate.com site and have you checked any good exchanges on this forum, before using Coingate.com.
He claims they have been using the platform since 2017

(For your  information, we have used Coingate.com since 2017, without an issue however now it's an issue. Taken this long to pay out and everyday having a new excuses is a sign of a company going bust)

I still have no idea why he preferred coingate to other platforms. Maybe because of the giftcards?
2473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: MILLIONAIRE LEAKS -1 SIGNAL LEAKING PLATFORM - CRYPTO + SPORTS - EARN THOUSANDS on: April 04, 2022, 11:43:34 PM

2474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Will Yobit allow Clam Transactions? on: April 04, 2022, 11:27:38 PM
Let me guess, its wallet is under maintenance, right? Like the maintenance has been there forever.

I think that's Yobit's indirect way of saying we have delisted this coin, while at the same time holding people's coin as hostage. I have seen it happen to other coins, and I haven't seen a wallet of such coin get back to normal again (allowing deposits and withdrawals)
2475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Planning to be a Flux long term holder on: April 04, 2022, 11:01:38 PM
I'm not trying to discourage by any means but flux might never reach 10$ like you hoped for, my advice is mine ETH its the most profitable, then exchange for Flux coins, do this for a month and move to other coins, Ergo can get to 10$ too, what about Raven? Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

have other coin to bet in future after eth2.0?
Read the post again, he just mentioned Ergo and Ravencoin

I have been so much of a regular trader and investor, but one thing I learned is to always try to diversify. Don't count  on only one coin. In the last bear market, Imagine people who counted on coins like NEO and put all their energy, time and money in it, how they must be feeling right now
2476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Real miners never give up. on: April 04, 2022, 10:56:33 PM
Looks like BTC will still face some upcoming wars in future because this can't keep going, once the rumours are everywhere that even the government and politicians are using crypto to rob people and embezzled money things won't look nice anymore.
Bitcoin has been facing wars since its birth, but look where we are. It just keeps getting stronger and stronger as more people start believing in the movement. There is nothing Governments and mafias can do about its growth.
We have seen propaganda and bans from exchanges to mining, yet it remains unshaken.
2477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WoodieDice🎲, Gamble online with Woodie! Get Started Today on: April 04, 2022, 10:41:23 PM
Nobody should trust OP and his shady casino that is most likely a scam.

Great job @FatFork on uncovering the plagiarism by WoodieDice from Bustabit.

OP was also advertising a scam cloud mining company, but the post has been deleted. Here is the archive: https://ninjastic.space/post/59758640
he claims the company has been operating since 2018, but it's barely a month old according to whois records

2478  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Scam? on: April 04, 2022, 09:55:43 PM
You are going to wait until the support replies to you, otherwise there's no one here who can help you. The problem could be from the £70,000  that is in your account.

Did you deposit in your account it recently from some source, an online casino? Coinbase has some strict rules regarding funds from gambling platforms.
2479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Each coin has own purpose and techical base layer to function btc and trx on: April 04, 2022, 09:44:04 PM
It doesn't make any sense at all. Foremost, who tells you that a centralized shitcoin like TRX will be $1? What if it continues dumping to $0.0001 in future? Does it still serve "the purpose"?

BTC is not expensive. It's just your mind making you think it is. You can own BTC even with only $20.
2480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain.com Wallet KYC on: April 03, 2022, 11:52:02 PM
because blockchain.com is not jsut a custodial wallet but an exchange.
Blockchain.com is a non-custodial wallet and exchange.
Their wallet gives you the seed phrase and you have full control over your fund. Of course, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use blockchain.com. It's close source and we don't know whether the keys are stored on their server or not.
Based on what OP said, it looks like he was referring to the old era Blockchain.info wallet, which never gave one any back up phrase or seed phrase  that they could use to restore an account... Correct me if am wrong.
