1741  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I was SCAMMED , Please HELP! on: October 29, 2022, 11:14:55 PM
Too late, nobody can help you recover those funds here. Next time when making deals please try to use escrow as some members have already suggested. Do not just trust internet strangers because most are scammers and it's very unlikely you trace them since you used crypto as a means of payment
1742  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Could such a thing be possible? Crypto Triangular Arbitrage on: October 29, 2022, 10:47:49 PM
yes, I've seen a lot of bots too and they were all scams. but this is something very different video is a very clear and possible arbitrage

Why does it seem like you are trying so hard to make us here watch the video and contact you on telegram for your bot?  Roll Eyes

Obviously, if you think the bot is different and OK, the have at it. Try out the bot and tell us if it worked for you well. This could as well be scam you are trying to sugar coat for us here.
1743  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Automatic Crypto Swap - No KYC or account needed on: October 28, 2022, 11:55:26 PM
Why are you saying it's a swap service while it's an incorrect and misleading definition for your project? It would be better to call it 'ChangeNow alternative frontend' or something like that, more straightforward and without omitting the fact you do not operate a swap service.
Nice catch. To make matters worse, ChangeNow will require KYC at certain times according to their terms of use. Given that they claim that no KYC is needed, one really wonders what would happen if changeNow blocked some funds and requested for KYC?
Typical scam.
1744  Other / Meta / Re: Appeal the ban "CoinIdol News" account on: October 28, 2022, 11:37:08 PM
Makes you wonder why.
Was CoinIdol News banned permanently, and then they got unbanned? If so, then mods need to revise the decision, CoinIdol News is of the most annoying spam account I have ever come across here. No way mods can let such a knob-head have a second chance here. If it was just a temporary ban with a warning then I understand, but clearly they haven't changed, have they?
1745  Other / Archival / Re: Most investors think regulation is a good thing on: October 28, 2022, 11:00:45 PM
I hope you are differentiating between scam tokens/companies and privacy,
Of course, I do.
Actually, the fact that things like ICOs are heavily regulated now is a good thing, if you look back at the time when this forum was buzzing with scam ICOs to such an extent that Wikipedia blacklisted us.
Are ICO's still a thing?  Try another form of shitcoins... Like NFTs  Grin

Governments don't give a damn about regulating ICOs so that the general population do not get scammed. You and I know better why the Government's are trying to put a tight grip on cryptos.

Bloomberg although notoriously being a hater of bitcoin actually had a fair point in this one, at least to some degree. Regulating bitcoin or cryptocurrencies for that matter warrants more sophisticated systems of security that would then force scammers and hackers to be very tricky to get the upper hand in this cat and mouse game. Besides that I don't think there's any other benefit one could get from a centralized cryptocurrency regulated by an authoritative power like the governments.
There goes your privacy!

Governments don't care!
If they did, then why are we still seeing scam and ponzi ads on Google which is a centralized service? Roll Eyes
1746  Economy / Reputation / Re: I wish I could contact jolly good on: October 28, 2022, 10:39:31 PM
>>snip<<
Do the right things, and also try to heed pieces of advice from different members. When you see your name come up in the reputation board every passing week or month, then maybe there's something you need to change about you and not the people around you.

I have been here long enough to see how such tales end.
1747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PINK mining on: October 27, 2022, 11:57:48 PM
Another one of the many chains that are not really trying to be original, or at least having that one feature that is unique from the rest. Not trying to discredit the work the creators are trying to do, but it just feels like one of those projects that will first get some hype and then slowly go behind the shadows as months pass by because people already have alternatives they are used to.
1748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: LionSlots777.io - Fair BNB Casino on: October 27, 2022, 11:26:27 PM
We can request KYC information. Please check the Terms of use and AML pages.
Perhaps you just recently made a modification because on that day I read through the terms and didn't see any mention of KYC or any link to the AML policy. But it's all fine, no big deal.
1749  Economy / Reputation / Re: I wish I could contact jolly good on: October 27, 2022, 11:16:54 PM
Make your case or move this post to the reputations board. One of the members may pick up interest and contact him or the mentions will get his attention.

In my opinion, some negatives are just too harsh and uncalled-for, making the Trust system look like a big joke. Reporting the spam or at most a neutral feedback should do.
1750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Faketoshi: a Short Story on: October 25, 2022, 11:35:54 PM
Another classic.
...
Indeed classic!  Grin

What do you expect from an impersonating clown who can't even do the simplest thing of signing a message from the satoshi related Bitcoin address to prove that he indeed is who he claims he is?

When are you going to learn to give a deaf ears to all claims on being Satoshi? more are still coming underway, they know themselves they aren't and cant proof the fact they are, the more we keep getting much concerns about their weirdness the more they grow wings, let anybody claim he's Satoshi it's a good name everyone would love to bear and be identified with, but we know how the real Satoshi can be claimed.
It's better he keeps getting exposed so that newbies won't easily be fooled by his gimmicks when they come across such information.
1751  Other / Archival / Re: Most investors think regulation is a good thing on: October 25, 2022, 11:25:22 PM
With this kind of article, It had to be Bloomberg. Not surprised, they are always negative about Bitcoin and crypto in general.

What will the industry look like in 10 years in terms of regulation and KYC?
I think we are already seeing the signs.

Remember the old days when there were not stablecoins and one has to determine trading pair prices in sats?
And then came the centralized stablecoins and before we know it there will be CBCDs in most crypto exchanges.

The problem is that masses tend to trust centralized and custodial services where they have to sign up and avoid being responsible with their own money. It why custodial services like Coinbase and blockchain wallet are so popular among new users and noncustodial wallets like Electrum less popular. Some people just don't want to go an extra mile.
1752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: OKEx Korea delisting all privacy coins on: October 25, 2022, 10:58:58 PM
So please HELP! What should I choose in order to feel safe??
Why bother using OKX yet there are very many p2p exchange that can let you buy or sell privacy coins like Monero

1. https://localmonero.co
2. https://bisq.network
3. https://exch.cx
4. https://agoradesk.com
5. Kilos swap ----> http://mlyusr6htlxsyc7t2f4z53wdxh3win7q3qpxcrbam6jf3dmua7tnzuyd.onion/coinswap
6. Infinity Exchanger ----> https://exchanger.infinity.taxi
1753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: FILTERING THE NOISE IN THE CRYPTO MARKETPLACE FOR MEGA PROFITS on: October 25, 2022, 10:52:37 PM
If you are good at hunting for airdrops, stay there.
Hunting for airdrops shouldn't be a thing that has to be encouraged though. Airdrops where profitable in the past but no any more. Currently 99% are just scams and a waste of time. instead of wasting time looking meaningless airdrops.
1754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: LionSlots777.io - Fair BNB Casino on: October 25, 2022, 10:32:49 PM
Just visited the website, but I haven't signed up yet. I read the terms of service, but there is no talk about KYC or AML policy.
Does this mean that KYC verification won't ever be requested from any player using your casino?

Please consider purchasing copper membership so that you can make a much better Announcement.
1755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to achieve wallet privacy - without Tornado Cash on: October 24, 2022, 11:58:29 PM

But I'm not sure, if the senders address would be visible on Etherscan or not.
The Blockchain link may seem to be broken but there will still be a link of internal transfers between your Binance accounts. So that is no privacy at all
You could alternatively use p2p exchanges that don't need any single KYC document. Bisq is one of them
Many more exchanges listed in this site - https://kycnot.me
1756  Local / Обменники / Re: Exflow.money - service for the exchange and storage of cryptocurrencies on: October 24, 2022, 11:42:30 PM
Welcome to the forum. I see Best Change is one of your partners. Would you elaborate the partnership.
There is no official partnership with BestChange as the exchanger isn't even listed in the exchange monitor. They just placed their logo on the site, perhaps to capture attention from the users

The misleading stats they have on their website is also a big concern.
1757  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Such signal providers are worth watching out for 😡 on: October 24, 2022, 10:42:51 PM
Is 26% supposed to be good accuracy percentage?
Obviously it's so bad, Not so many traders would even love the idea of going below 50%

OP is trying to advertise a site that shows statistics and the accuracy of different "signal providers" so in the post he gave an example of a single provider that has a number of followers but his stats are so bad.
1758  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: SELLING BTC/USDT/ETH +1.5% on: October 23, 2022, 11:53:33 PM
If your intentions are genuine, then use and exchange

Need KYC from your partners? Then I guess you shouldn't have any problem KYCing on exchanges like Binance such that you can even by the coins at much better rates, right?
1759  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Limit order higher or lower than spread in opposite side? on: October 23, 2022, 10:23:59 PM
Yep, I clearly understand how to limit orders works in ideal case. My question was about unusual case which can be handled ambiguously..
Maybe you might want to rephrase your query on what you want to understand. I have some experience in trading(well, not so much like 15 years, but I could help if I see something)  and I could assist you to decipher what's going on. If you have screenshots or video, don't hesitate to share them, they can be helpful.
1760  Other / Meta / Re: What is wrong with this? Can it be considered a signature? on: October 23, 2022, 12:07:53 AM
I have checked out the post and I did not see the signature that was asked to remove. Maybe I missed something or it's no longer available for viewing.
Ihave also checked Op and he is not wearing a paid signature
He's not wearing a signature, but he's adding a fake one in the post area, which is not allowed check this post ---> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5412147.0
