2121  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: AI prediction/forecasting for Bitcoin and crypto trends on: July 15, 2022, 10:37:34 PM
It just baffles me that people are renaming and reselling free indicators for thousands of dollars, not to mention selling phony signals created using strategy from 1st Google page.
True, telegram is like a den for all sorts of trading signal scammers. I am glad I took the hard route and learnt how to trade for myself.
I just get curious sometimes to see if there are any trading strategies out there that are actually so good... perhaps with at least 70% win rate.

Finally done,

here's the forecast for the next 4 days.

19937.01
19381.303
20040.582
20372.076

So basically, price will drop today and tommorrow(depending in what time zone you are), and recover a little bit in the last two days of prediction.
Weekend is coming, so there will not be much volatility, next good forecast will be done on Sunday for the following week.
Thanks,

So the prices above. Are they like the average trading price for BTC per day or there's a specific time the Bitcoin trading price is expected to be approximately close to the stated price?

For example today, starting from the time you posted, Bitcoin price has been roaming between $20,380(lowest so far) and$ 21,200 (highest so far)
2122  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Linzhiphoenix.io SCAM Review on: July 14, 2022, 11:56:32 PM
Sorry for your loss. That money is gone. You should be extra careful next time.

Linhzi.io isn't even selling any product as of now, but I am not sure why people keep getting scammed.

This is from Daniel their official telegram group admin;

⚠️You will be added to groups / contacted by scammers who offer sample units. It's all fake. We currently have nothing to sell! We don't know when sales will open. We haven't decided the price yet. (depends on the then current market situation).
We do not take pre-orders. We can't say anything about a successor with more memory yet. There's no point in PM asking.

The situation is unsatisfying for us too. But we want to sell bug free machines, at a fair price. No preorders or promises..
We will announce all news here. No posts --> no news

⚠️ only real is:
linzhi.io
@LinzhiCorp
@LinzhiCorp_News

EVERYTHING ELSE is fake and you will get scammed.
Currently we have NOTHING to sell. No devices, no samples, no pre-orders

Please don't fall for fraudsters in the meantime :-)

2123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sepa transfers and transfer crypto from one exchange to another on: July 14, 2022, 11:31:47 PM
Use p2p exchanges to buy coins directly with your trading partner using your bank account, and then you can transfer that to Bitget. We have quite a number of them, both noncustodial and custodial.

Since you are leaning to Litecoin. Localcryptos supports Litecoin trades. No headache to verify for KYC

Certain exchanges such as Kucoin, bybit, Okx, Binance have custodial p2p services, but you will have to first undergo KYC verification.

Bitget also has a p2p platform - https://www.bitget.com/p2p-trade.
2124  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: AI prediction/forecasting for Bitcoin and crypto trends on: July 14, 2022, 11:15:18 PM
Interesting.

You know what would be more believable?

A sneak peek of the forecast for the Bitcoin trends in the coming days, and then we wait and watch how the market performs maybe fore the next hours or days.

Right now, it's hard for one to believe this. You know hoe easy it is to draw lines based on the current trend.

Well I clicked because it is Imgur but you can as well put out the chart here instead or people clicking on the link.

I've tried to append images to the post, using correct bb code, but it doesn't work. Seems there is some restriction for new accounts.

2125  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Woahh Is This Stuff Even Legal?? on: July 14, 2022, 10:51:30 PM
I have some doubt when i look at market price though. At this moment[1], the price on Binance is $0.5117 (VGX/USDT) while price on Coinbase is $0.514 (VGX/USD). The difference is only about 0.45%, so it's hard to perform arbitrage unless your account trading volume is extremely high where Coinbase maker/taker fee is 0%/0.05%[2] while Binance maker fee is 0.02%/0.04%[3]. You also need to consider withdraw fee which isn't cheap on ETH network.
If indeed he's doing arbitrage, he would still be making profits.

Looking at the current balance of tokens in his address, there are some 1,161,751.89834346 VGX that's approximately $580,000 and this is minus the tokens that are still in the exchanges. He could easily hit over $1M

The seemingly small price difference is very likely to get him some reasonable profits, as you can see he keeps doing it repeatedly. Who knows, he could be seizing opportunities where the price difference opens up to even over1% otherwise if the ETH network fee is the issue, it makes no sense moving coins in and out of the exchange without any trading.
2126  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Account Seller (Selling account) on: July 13, 2022, 10:56:11 PM
He has created 5 related topics already in days.
Since the user's posting history was wiped off. Here is the archive of what he posted: Post History

He claimed to have ownership of bL4nkcode, Docnaster, Royse777, pawel7777

I mean, who in their right mind would buy a tagged account for 0.5 BTC?  Grin

I have reported the account some hours ago, through the report link on each thread he created. I know he is fake when he posted that he wants to sell Royse777's account. Hope moderator will delete his account sales topics as fast as possible.

Scam post/thread cant be moderated by the admin. So, I doubt that there is any chance to be posted the topic which has been posted by the user called Selling account.
Good news it that the account was nuked

At first glance I thought this might be some random jackass trying to get revenge on bL4nkcode by posting an account sales thread, thinking bL4nkcode's account would get tagged, but then I pulled up his profile and was reminded of his involvement in that charity thing (which never was resolved if I'm not mistaken).  I'd forgotten all about that.  It might actually be bL4nkcode trying to get some sucker to buy his ruined account, since he probably has no intention of ever being active here again.
I think it's just some scammer or troll trying to sell random accounts.

I mean, what could stop a person like bL4nkcode from joining 1xbit scam signature campaign  that pays red tagged accounts if he really needed some quick cash.
2127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bad for btc and crypto generally usa nuclear attack on: July 12, 2022, 11:53:34 PM
And the btc and crypto might not even come back anymore off course if usa have not sent their data to cloud or offshore servers all ready.
Btc is in danger thats for sure
You are kidding… Right?

How does an exchange's operation directly affect the Bitcoin network?
If even 50% of the exchanges got wiped off, would the Bitcoin network pause/die and "never come back"?
Because that's what your statement suggest
2128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Avalanche need a specific wallet ? on: July 12, 2022, 11:38:07 PM
Tried to configure my MetaMask for Avalanche, sent some AVAX from my centralized exchange to MetaMask... never got them. MY centralized exchange refunded the AVAX but I'm pretty sure my Avalanche settings are all wrong now after that experience.
I revised the settings but can not tell where the problem is. Is it easier to just try an avalanche specific wallet ?  I want to use Trader Joe, I think it only works with Avalanche.
First and foremost, which platform are you withdrawing the AVAX from?

There are different chains or networks when you are withdrawing AVAX, depending on the exchange
Was it AVAX C-Chain? AVAX X-chain? AVAX BEP20?

It's easier to know which wallet you can use if you specify the chain you tried to use. Be very keen or else you can easily lose your assets.
2129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Why would someone want to buy an old empty ethereum address? on: July 12, 2022, 11:26:18 PM
I am a little puzzled by this. Maybe someone has an idea.

A user was seeking to buy old Ethereum addresses that have had more than +1000 transactions.
He was even willing to pay upfront before receiving the private keys, so long as the other trading partner is trustworthy.

Why would someone go to such length?
Is there value in our old addresses that we don't know about? Lol.
2130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: stock exchange probit stole my money on: July 12, 2022, 11:13:01 PM
Today, probit.com just turned off deposits. in response, they wrote to me that I should check the contract, and if it does not match, then they can’t help me with anything. tell me how to return the money?
It's unfortunate you went through that bad experience. Your funds are at probit's mercy. We can't do anything much here to recover your funds.

MEXC is also a shit exchange too, many shitcoins always listed on that's exchanges, similar like Hotbit. The another thing is, they're charging ridiculous fee and not profitable at all.
Yep I noticed they list lots of coins, but what do you mean by ridiculous fees? Trading fees or withdrawal fees?
2131  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How's your kinda support and resistance strategy. on: July 12, 2022, 10:58:23 PM
Support and resistance level usually guide me on where to enter my positions, where I could take profit and where I could place my stop loss

When I open a long position, I make sure my take profit is somewhere below a known resistance level and my stop loss is somewhere below a known support level and vice versa if I open a short position. All this is done with my risk reward ratio being taken into account.
2132  Economy / Speculation / Re: copytrading and futures on: July 12, 2022, 10:22:09 PM
Let how to trade mate. Copy trading won't do you any good.

Hi, I would like to start copytrading with Bitget and I have a couple of questions.
I was thinking of making a deposit of 50 euros to do copytrading. What is the best strategy to avoid liquidations?
Perhaps have a stop loss even when you are using very low leverager

Quote
My idea was to start copytrading with 20 euros of those 50 euros (and the other 30 I would leave in the account in case the market goes against me...to avoid being liquidated).

With those 20 euros I would make a x10 so I would be doing copytrading with 200 euros and I would have 30 in the account to avoid liquidations.
You can still get liquidated in case of extreme market movements

Quote
Do you think this is the best option? or would it be better to just make a leverage of x10 with 10 euros and leave 40 euros for possible losses and avoid liquidations?
it all depends on your trading strategy. First look for a strategy that best fits your trading style.

Quote
Where should I leave those 30 or 40 euros in the account? in the futures account, in the main account or where?
Obviously in the futures accounts

Quote
I have also seen that many traders that can be followed in copy trading make leverage of x50 but that is very risky isn't it?
It is.

Quote
if I want to make a leverage of x50
What is the best strategy to avoid liquidations?

I guess I should set the stop loss at 1% below the entry price.
Stop loss, but make sure they are not too tight or else you will keep hitting stop losses all the times. Also make sure your risk reward ration is at least above 1.5

2133  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Why no bitcoin swap on Trust on: July 12, 2022, 02:32:01 PM
Alternatively, I think what you are looking for is an instant exchange like godex.io or fixedfloat

There are plenty in this list;

2134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The number of hodlers on: July 11, 2022, 11:58:39 PM
Although the on-chain indicators point towards the worst-ever BTC bearish market,
Help me point out how this is so far the worst ever BTC bearish market?
I am going to be honest It hasn't affected me like the way the 2018-2019 bear market did.

Personally, I am trading more in this bear market with hope that by the time the next Bull market takes off, I should be having enough sats to get me some sweet profits during that time.
2135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum’s failure to close above $1.3K on: July 11, 2022, 11:27:49 PM
The movement was just crypto market being crypto market. The successful testnet merging had little or no impact on the uptrend price movement last week as the whole market reacted. This would only be believable if Ethereum had made major gains compared to other coins. As for failure to breakout of the $1,300 level. It's not going to happen soon or if it even happens, price will still drop right back. We are going to have a lot of sideways movements in this bear market. Do expect things to go full bull run in a couple of days
2136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to Do with Old Stratis Balance? on: July 11, 2022, 11:16:34 PM
I don't know why people on reddit thinks sratis was a scam coin just because they were undergoing on a swap process.
But HODLers or true believers of the coin  like OP end up getting fucked because they held the coin through the years. Imagine if you had your stash of Bitcoin in a paper wallet in 2011 only to wake up in 2015 when a swap to a new chain happened a long time ago and there isn't even any more option for you to swap.

What did stratis gain from having a short-lived swap process?
2137  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance: Payment Suspended Due to Risk Management on: July 11, 2022, 11:02:07 PM
I have seen a similar complaint a couple of times in their group, but the best solution is to talk to the customer service assistants, as they will be able to cross-check for you to find out what caused the problem. Nobody here will be able to help you, and please do not just wait, it seems waiting does not solve the problem. The account still remain blocked according to the user complaints i saw.
2138  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Talks on: July 11, 2022, 10:29:58 PM
BAKE Bake I'm buying here.
You mean like opening a long position?

I tried to post this image as a image so many times but comes as just a link. anyone please let me know how to post a image as a image without appearing the link. Thank you
There are limitations for a newbie rank. You need to at least rank up to Jr Member to be able to post images, or you could just buy a copper member rank
2139  Other / Meta / Re: differences in online crypto communities on: July 11, 2022, 02:59:49 PM
I think the different crypto communities suite one's needs differently.

For example because of who or what topics I follow, I find crypto twitter interesting when it comes to breaking news about crypto. You only get such news here hours after they have trended on crypto twitter.

This forum is mostly helpful, I want to know more about Bitcoin/crypto or diving into the rich history of Bitcoin. It also feels like a big family

As for Reddit, I mostly look at it as a place for meme lovers  Cheesy, but there are some organized Subreddits.
2140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to Do with Old Stratis Balance? on: July 10, 2022, 11:44:02 PM
It is still unclear to me if he have lost everything, but this will be resolved with the help of the project team. There should not be too much difficulty in doing this.
But it's been already said that the portal for swapping coins been inactive for a while. How is it going to get resolved if the swap portal is now offline?
It's not like the team just going magically send OP coins from their wallets

OP should count it as a loss.
