create a list of red trusted users who sent Merit. But not all Merit from red trusted users is sent to bad posts, and not all Merit from users without red trust is going to good posts, so I don't think it's worth the effort to make this list.
The point is you should clearly identify that merit senders got red trusts before sending their sMerits or they sent sMerits first and got red trust later.
It is the same as what happened with sMerits sent from Auto-banned users. If they got auto-banned within two weeks after the day they sent sMerits, it maybe a potential indicator of hack accounts (woke up, sent sMerits out, and got banned later).

@LoyceV and others, what's your guys' take on bumping services? I've connected 25 (new-ish) bump bots all bumping the same 10-14 threads with dumb questions, answering each other every day, all day: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5120454.0Can we get these accounts banned for spam? Thanks for your input. They obviously violate forum rule #32, but banned, I don't think so. It is almost the same in campaigns with strict managers like @yahoo62278, who reject to pay for burst-posting. If those burst posts don't plagiarise, I don't think those posters will got bans. 32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed.

Hello BM, is there any other bounty besides signature, for example social networks? Thanks
Quick answer: Why you did not spend your time (seconds) to read the OP, and visit ANN topic of Match Billion? If you do it, then you will easily find your answer. For your interests, you should spend your time to find them, rather than ask for help from managers all the time. Any kinds of promotions will be announced there.

You even don't read or don't care about what manager said in only one post above yours. We are now full!

Thanks for both your recommendations, and your 1 merits for me. I have move closer to my Senior Member Finish Line, that I want to hit before the end of this week. I had the ideas, but I simply thought if LoyceV decided to add my topic to his [Guide] topic ( Request sent there), it is unnecessary to provide more ones in my topic. Anyway, it is good, so I added them into OP.

After visiting the spread sheet I discover the process of choosing most constructive users.
It is the main purpose of merit competition and bonus payments for winners in signature campaigns. The competitive level of such merit competition depends on the average constructive levels of participants. For such high competitive campaign like ChipMixer, for example, even to get acceptance with application to join, you have to beat so many others constructive and merit-earned productive candidates. Therefore, the average level of accepted participants are high, certainly, and they can fight each other to win the merit competition of ChipMixer. Anyway, for any average level, there are always outstanding. For the case of ChipMixer, they are LoyceV, DdmrDdmr,
For lower average level campaigns, it operates the same. There are always outstandings, even in lower average levels. Let's take a look at less competitive campaign, Bustadice. elda34b, and Findingnemo have won most of the rounds. Sheet has been turned in to owner, congrats to elda34b, Ridwan fauzi, Findingnemo, and Baofeng for this weeks bonuses
Sheet has been turned in to the owner, congrats to bl4nkcode, bbc.reporter, elda34b, and coolcryptovator for this weeks bonuses.
Sheet has been turned in to owner, congrats to bl4nkcode, Baofeng, coolcryptovator, and elda34b for this weeks bonuses
Sheet has been turned in to the owner, congrats to bbc.reporter, elda34b, ralle14, and Findingnemo for this weeks bonuses
In general, I don't really think that such merit competition in ChipMixer has actually boosted the quality of participants' posts. Why I said like this? Because those participants are intrinsic constructive users, they write constructive posts as their basic instinct. Merits come or not, it depends on luck, the odds of catching attention of readers, and available free sMerits of readers at each specific time point.

I like to see more motivating threads like success stories. Also, I like posts that prompt the reader to think and use his imagination (like this one).
Like those ones? Inspirational stories from self-made promoted users
I hope that those stories are what you wanted.

Bitrefill Reduces Prices on Venezuelan Vouchers, Works with Dash Text to Circumvent Blackouts Inside the article, I love this information at most. Dash is one of the few payment networks operable in the country during a loss of power.
DASH has strong, solid community in Venezuela, for more than one year, everyone knows that. However, with the recent power outage for days in-a-row, DASH has perfectly shown its powerful. No pain, no gain, and with the supports from DASH and Bitrefill, locals in the nation will surpass the blackout. Eventually, when all bad things gone, they will deeply remembered DASH, and might stick with the coin for next years.
Very impressive performance last days in Venezuela, DASH!

Welcome to my topic, Today, I would like to present you all the first step you should apply if you want to make a quick investigation on Proof-of-Work or Proof-of-Stake projects are scam ones or not. There are so many indicators you can use, but in the topic, I present you the first prioritized indicator (in my opinion), premined coin figure. Which ever types of project (PoW or PoS/ MN) you have interests, let's visit their explorer, and type 1, then enter. Like this one: If you found that there are premined coins with the search result on explorer on block #1, but the coin specifications have not mentioned anything about those premined coins. It's time to fastly jump into conclusion that it is a highly potential scam project. You should re-check both coin specifications on project's website and ANN topic to see that they made mistakes with content presentation or not. However, I don't think you can find un-identical contents on website and ANN topic if developers have intention to scam investors. For example, let's visit my first scam accusation. [Accusation] Another scam PoS/ MN project, Erotica. To conclude, if you find that projects have hidden premined coins, you should stop searching more about them, stop thinking of invest into them. Such projects are highly potential scam projects!
In my opinion, only check hidden premined coins is enough for scam accusation. However, if you want to move further, let's observe movements of those premined coins. If developers don't mention anything about those movements and its purposes, you have another plus point to the conclusion that it is a scam project. Recommended topics:1) 🌍[Guide] Prevent scam!!! Some useful tools for find scam / fake ICO team 🌍2) [GUIDES] on Bitcointalk. Index thread (until there is a dedicated subforum?)

The Erotica project started on March 10, 2019, 11:14:48 PM (its ANN topic publishing day), thereArchives:- Website: https://archive.fo/72q7F- ANN topic: https://archive.fo/S8rTBWhy I open scam accusation on this one? (1) Hidden preminedThe part for specifications of coin presented on its website does not mention anything about premined coins as well as in the ANN topic. So, what I found when looking at Erotica explorer? Typing 1, then I got: http://95.179.206.24:3099/block/0000054c7355079efbcbd4b0d48d0c33ff8ada74ea334792233b89858b141c7069k coins in hidden premined. Those coins equal to 1% of total supply (69k / 6.9 mil) (2) Incorrect block rewards presented. The coin specifications show 6.9 ZTA per block, but it is incorrect number. I spent minutes to check out, and found: - For block from #2 to #601: only 2 ZTA coins per block http://95.179.206.24:3099/block/0b310be31812c5bb3efb4fb3e99a8ac819c132d4f735f54651579278a5b9828b- From block #602 till now: 6.9 ZTA coins per block http://95.179.206.24:3099/block/c8e13940741752e9ff229aa0891d7f6264b0818f29fd49607e6c88e97cf3d35bIf there is instamine mechanisism implemented, it should be mentioned transparently. (3) There is no whitepaper at beginning, or even 4 days after launchedIt is a serious issue, and risky because it's hard to see sucessful project that launched without Whitepaper. (4) There is no transparent usages of premined coins.Maybe due to they thought that no one found those premined coins (69k) From all four reasons, I opened the scam accusation on Erotica.

XVS came back exactly one month ago (woke up) https://bpip.org/profile.aspx?p=XVSWhat Vsync investors should expect from his return? In the roadmap, things should be done in the first quarter this year are: - Masternode Auto setup; - In Wallet Proposal Tab; - In Wallet Voting Tab.
Which one will be done first among these threes?

I expect people to be selfish with their bitcoin when halving is set to take place, this will naturally lead to jealous hoarding of the precious digital gold from the current 12.5BTC per block reward to 6.25btc block reward. Although, we still need some good inflow of liquid (money) to the general coinmarket to see a significant bull run. For the guys that have been shouting "death to bitcoin", I just hope they won't take a gun and injure themselves for missing a golden opportunity!
I have almost gone crazy because I don't have more money to accumulate more bitcoin as early preparation for the coming halving in the mid of 2020. Having more than one year from now till the halving timepoint, so bitcoin will likely not grow soon. Anyway, it is always better if I can have free money to accumulate at such bottom-price-range, that has not lasted for too long. Bitcoin won't rise immediately, but it is hard or almost unrealistic to see it stays at such the current very cheap price.

I guessed that its inevitable to see merit sources part of the list here, you may never know and control what members will do after they receive the merit/s you have sent to them. It is like most of them are likely to plagiarize more after they become more desperate on receiving more merits.
This is what I called their merited posts like pseudo-qualitied ones. The orginial purpose of merit system is giving constructive, high qualited posts merits as rewards for their contributions to the forum. Therefore, it is reasonable and acceptable if merit sources simply and immediately send their sMerits to high qualitied, constructive posts. Due to massive abusements and autobanned merit-receivers, I think it should be better if merit sources spend a couple of seconds to scan post histories of posters if merit sources saw their likely constructive posts. It's not required by theymos, of course, and as I pointed out above, it's not main tasks of merit sources. Anyway, if merit sources have spare time, they should scan post histories before sending their sMerits away.

Two of those posts are merited by foserfox (the third is not viewable to me). The administration should look into if foserfox is also any of those three people, and ban him if so. I would be surprised if the evidence does not show they are not all the same. That's why he appeared on the first position there: He was also auto-banned. I don't known Russian, but the OP found interesting evidences that plagiariser merited other plagiarisers, and they both got auto-banned.

Among top altcoins, Ethereum, Stellar, and DASH have all rocketed. So, when is the turn of Monero? The coin has probably warmed up a little bit if we look at its volume recent weeks. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/monero/historical-data/In contrast, its price has remained at lows during the same period.
