Speaking to Ash from Bitcoin Manchester he said the amount of followers they received on Twitter following the event went up so hopefully that means more people attending Bitcoin Manchester Smiley

If I had the funds and time I would start a Blockchain Bus which we could use to promote blockchain tech and Cryptocurrencies Smiley

The BTC ATM was from SatoshiPoint it was talked about a lot and I believe used a few times.

Hey guys,

We had a professional photographer at our event on Friday (Unfortunatley he couldn't make Saturday) and he has sent over the photos from the day. We are reviewing them today and will post them later.

Here's one of them https://twitter.com/coinfestuk/status/720390198572355584

..

I'm definitely going to get my little bro testing this !

The Teenage Crypto Gaming Network is an awesome, feasible idea!

TTC GN .. titties ..  Roll Eyes

Let's make it happen. I might be popping up to Manchester again sooner than expected, will have to have a beer and a chat when I do.

Awesome! I'll get my thinking head on !

If you come up to Manchester let me know, I'll PM you my mobile number.

You all did great guys (Bates, Varvarin, soundposition) and made the event even bigger, especially for GameCredits.

Don't forget you still have an opportunity to earn ~2BTC worth of Grand Prize playing: http://linkz.mobi/1/UKY5l/

We have to get Bates' teen brother involved in GAME, who better to test this?  Cheesy

I've got an 18 year old and 15 year old bros working for me towards crypto education now, older one is heading to Electronics Uni this Fall. Got to connect the next generation before they figure it all out and kick us old folk out  Grin

At least they still have all their hair, get them online on youtube, cross-country collaboration channel. Have USA, Serbia, Japan and Germany, we have UK contacts and just add France and Brazil. Oohh  ... Bates can host it online.

Teenage Crypto Gaming Network  Wink .. TCGN .. that's not a bad idea ..

Great event. I was there on Saturday. Great presentations and speakers (and audience). A bit intimidating being around all those powerful brains and uber developers. Definitely a very inspiring event.

Thanks for your feedback and thanks for taking the time to attend !
1119  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: CoinFest UK on: April 12, 2016, 08:42:29 AM

Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) seems a good one. According to them they're first major charity in the UK or Ireland to accept Bitcoin. They run a pilot Bitcoin donation program, so it's not available from the main 'donation' page

RNLI was my thought aswell! I'll start to write up the raffle and hopefully post it in the next few days. Thanks
1120  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: CoinFest UK on: April 11, 2016, 04:55:00 AM
Thanks guys for the feedback. Yes I would limit to the UK and a custom puzzle sounds like a good idea.

Thanks pawel7777, I know a few UK based charities that accept Bitcoin, do you know any?  I love the idea of giving to a worthy cause!
