1921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoGiveaways.org - Crypto-currency giveaway site - Under Development on: May 06, 2015, 07:30:00 PM
We are still working away and developing in the background, we want to include as many features as possible in our site ready for Alpha testing however we do understand we have to hold off on some of our 'wish-list' features so that we can get our alpha testers poking and prodding our systems giving us feedback.

One of the new features we are introducing is a 'Hall of fame'' section for our donators. Our 'Hall of fame' will show the top '10 to 20' donators but the system we are building will incorporate a ledger of all donations and transactions in/out. This ledger is being created and incorporated for transparency and with good reason anyone will be able to view it.
1922  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: automatic exchange Bitcoin to Paypal, Payza, Credit Card, Money Transfer on: May 05, 2015, 05:56:35 PM
They probably don't file whichever  financial reports are required quarterly to remain in that register. The question is why and what are the reasons/implications of this. Regardless, OP's clarification would be really nice. And some transaction history. Minimum exchange limits are a bit alarming.

Both the accounts and annual return are due for every UK Ltd company, even if it just to say that you aren't trading much. They are a legal requirement.

Hey,

You state your business as: AG CAPITAL MARKETS LIMITED but according to companies house the company status is 'Active' but there is a 'Proposal to Strike off' this along with your accounts being overdue isn't a good sign Next Return Due: 06/04/2014 OVERDUE

Can you clarify?

SO as far as I understood, its same like Qoinpro? We subscribe with email and coins get added in our account daily? Cheesy
I just earned 1k satoshi from Qoinpro in 1 year, hope your payouts are more Grin

+1

I has the same experience with Qoinpro and eventually found numerous tiny deposits of small fractions of very low value coins annoying. Make the payouts more, but less frequent.

We will be discussing the level payouts should be calculated with the respective communities and will try to find the best formula.

exactly ... this is the whole design concept that we were looking for and have yet to instigate with our own website ...
difference is - ours is a single coin - our own Wink ...
I didn't quote it all to reduce noise.

So miners donate by mining and with their rewards going directly to the donation address. I like the idea!
1929  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTO-TRADE] Crypto-trade.com IPO and official thread! on: May 01, 2015, 07:36:21 PM
Some good information has been dug up by the users on this thread and I do believe we should create a program to aggregate it all.

I did lose some money with Crypto-Trade but the bigger picture is if this continues to happen people will start to be put off by exchanges although they are a vital part of the crypto-currency eco-system

I have several projects ongoing at the moment but using my past work experience I will part time start to build-up a system to better make us of the information people are puling together.

Great work

We can't help ourselves - we keep adding things to our 'to-do-list'! So we keep having to push back Alpha Testing - but we think it's worth it!!!

Some of the features we are currently developing include:
- Last claim ticker
- Claim status checker
- More in-depth coin info per coin
- Random Bonus Claim Uplifter
- Donation Display

as mentioned before bates - all this should be sliced and diced then cooked up into an API that allows direct connection to the site ...

even with a small label within the API saying all the info is from the site ...

we would certainly put it on the site - when it gets to the drawing board and onto teh host ...

#crysx

Thanks and feedback is greatly appreciated !

how about part of the info page - is the block explorers and bct pages ...

wouldnt want to clutter the site with useless stuff - just the core info and links ...

What I would say is that you are definitely on the same track as us! This is indeed what we are designing but one thing that annoys me about many sites is the multiple links to different information. We want a clean and fresh design and by far the work that Androidicus has done is some of the best I have seen in many years! and very luckily me and him are also on the same page.

We are trying to keep all the coin information to its own area / module. So a user can visit the site - make a claim, click and find a little info about the coin but if they would like advanced information a simple click and they can see multiple pieces of information in one place.
1931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoCloudHosting - Dedicated Website Hosting on: May 01, 2015, 12:12:22 PM
Some updates;

- FAIL orders are now off hold
- We are very proud to be hosting startor.org via our Charity hosting service (Free hosting for crypto charities)
- We recently added STARTCoin (START) as a payment option
- We have changed our site options on our ordering system due to several requests. We now offer options for hosting 1, 2, 5 or 15 sites
- We still have our GamersCredits (GMC) discounts applied to our packages

We are still working away in the background, we are developing ways in which a visitor can find out more information about a crypto without flooding them with to much information (Unless they request more advanced information)

We will be reaching out to the Devs with cryptos currently present on the site to ensure we have upto date information about them.

If anyone has any thoughts on features they would like us to integrate we welcome any input

Hi there,
i'm in the BirdCoin dev team, it is possible to add our coin to the Giveaway?

i could donate some BIRDcoin to the project

Hi, I'll drop you a PM shortly

In any case - cryptogiveaways.org is a small joint project between myself and batesresearch. I am working for nothing.

[..]

you may also notice that the site will be 100% ad-free.

Those were all the warning signs. I was unable to understand the business model behind this project.  That's what raised my suspicions.

Do all this work, maintain all this work, pay for server space, all for "nothing". No ads, no way or being compensated.

So it appeared to be the only way for this to be profitable, was a skimming scam.

No evil intended. It's just a project. Smiley

So was ltcgear Smiley

Good luck with your project.  In future, to be less suspicious though, do put up ads or some other cross promotion so it makes more sense for someone trying to understand your motives.

By the way, calling a project sounds like a "temporary venture".  What happens with all the remaining coins when you decide to shut down the project?

Warning signs - lol. We are both in full-time employment, myself operating 5 separate UK Ltd businesses nothing related to crypto, crypto-currencies are a hobby but over the next few years I will aim to start crypto-based companies to get crypto more into the public domain.

One of the businesses I own (not UK Ltd) Is a web-hosting company and fully paid hardware and leases for the next 5 years so no need to pay for server space. I even offer crypto charities free hosting space how do I get compensated for that - I don't I do it for the good of the charities to help them.

If we ever for unforeseen reasons decide to shut-down the 'venture' all remaining coins will be donated back to the respective communities.
