I don't think dispute resolution service can work here. I saw only real trade and scam trade. For any of these trade cant help resolution service. Mediation Services can be helpful to avoid scam. So, starting Mediation Services can be helpful for the community.
I disagree, as I have seen many cases of otherwise trusted members who either have a miscommunication, some how caused offense to each other, or have some other disagreement with details of an agreement that could benefit from such a service. Often I find people engaged in conflicts that end up hurting both parties more than a mutually restorative solution, and mediation from a disinterested third party can often help put egos and tempers to the side in order to reach maximal benefit for those involved. I am just trying to get a feel for seeing if anyone may have interest in dispute resolution services here on the forum. Conflict and argument are in no shortage here on the forum, and I have demonstrated a long history of maintaining contractual and ethical principles based on what was agreed to and even if it is unpopular. I also have 8 years of experience with this forum and its culture. I have a better than average knowledge of contract law, though I am not a lawyer. Do you think such a service resolving contractual and other disputes would be desirable here on the forum? I would welcome any feedback, examples, or suggestions. Thanks.

I'll take things a step further. A community's attitude about law enforcement has no bearing on IQ. Fatherless homes and poverty could have a temporary detrimental effect, but environmental effects on IQ tend to diminish into adulthood. Also, the poorest in the U.S. live well by global standards - so the issues with nutrition, for example, should have minimal negative effect. Then again, one could argue that low IQ leads to fatherlessness and out of wedlock births. So this is a self-reinforcing cycle - low IQ begets more low IQ.
I would like to clarify that the things I mentioned before addressing IQ I did not intent to imply were factors in determining IQ, but rather factors involved in higher rates of criminal activity. ^^^ Except for one major point. The race and religion singled out in the OP, has many times as much of the "horrendous shit" happening within it, both around the world, and in America.

In summary, your actions, by pretending this is not a real issue directly results in millions of black deaths by trying to hide these facts. Everyone is so quick to scream about racism that the word has no meaning any more, which is why I have no problem saying these things openly at this point, because everyone sees that the real racists are the ones PERPETUATING this black genocide by trying to blame it on other ethnic groups. You have not addressed any of the causes of these problems. All you have do is draw correlations that you think support your racists ideas. Those correlations all caused by poverty which was generated and perpetuated by European/American colonialism, imperialism, racism, and capitalism. Why is there more crime in these areas? -The areas are poor so people are desperate for opportunity -The police are fully corrupt so there is no one to help prevent/fight crime -Without policing, criminal organizations flourish and crime rules -Blacks forced to live in environmentally polluted areas (Ex: Lead in your blood makes you more violent) -More harsh justice system for blacks criminalizes living in order to feed capitalist prison system -Awful prison conditions breed violence, don't rehabilitate, and actually turn recreational drug users into violent criminals. A lot of the violence you are talking about is done as means of survival. This is unlike the societal violence the US has exported internationally by choice. Obviously people born into opportunity, nutrition, and a good environment are going to have . less incidence of violence. Obviously people who are assimilated into a culture are going to be able to benefit from the cultural bias on both a test and in the workplace/society at large. The causes are varied, such as an exceptionally high incidence of fatherless homes in the black community, a culture of violence and crime, as well as an unwillingness to cooperate with law enforcement among others. Regarding the IQ tests these have been conducted on a global level and it is a fact that those of African decent have a lower average IQ. We need to enforce an objective standard of theft, violation of contractual agreement, or violation of applicable laws before negative rating. There is no cause for hopelessness. As an example, suppose you dl an app to your phone, it wants you to set up an account using your facebook (or google) login before it activates. You would be giving your FB info to some totally unknown small company. Regardless of how evil FB is, this is still a step not to take. Many, many examples like this exist. I share the same mentality. I am not naive enough to think they will not get my information, because no matter what I do I have friends, family, or associates who use those products and feed them my personal details without my permission or knowledge regardless of all their little subplatforms. The way I see it I can at least not submit my consent to these groups and make sure they get slightly less detailed information while at least knowing personally I never willingly went along with their systems. |
