How many masternodes are online ? 20000 is a lot of coin, you pre-sell them. Hmm I dont agree with ICO shit like this.
I guess the real question is, are you using the available 19 masternodes ? What are you doing with the coin ? If you care about the project, you should not use your pre-mine masternodes to mine the coin at the expense of everyone else.
Things like this kill coins. Im going to mine it when diff is low and reward is high, but having a large % premine that controls a large % of new coin supply is really pushing the limits. and all my buttons.

So after some testing the first thing that pops up to me is one rig is mining, sending shares. But the rig is offline on my pool and no shares are accepted, and none have been for some time now.
Got some explaining to do.

Not to be a downer but these masternode coins....i mean the reward goes up and up. This leads to a great concentration of wealth, plus a constant erosion of value for others. Unless you have a masternode or more, there is no reason to participate

Interesting, you put a lot of thought into this proposal. I would support it and see how it goes. The goal is really hard to reach. The idea would be to increase difficulty to scale up operations. Pool mining can be damaging, but one guy with a huge operation can be worse if no one can pool together.

I havent seen the hashrate drop by half yet, nor anything else for that matter on my test rig. I havent checked the network traffic though. So far pool side seems ok but i need to run it 3-4-5 days to get a good picture of pool side hashrate, errors, and dev fees.

could anone tell me the power needs for neoscrypt algorith for the GPU ?
RX550 and RX470 ?
I have Ellesmere, Baffin and LEXA GPUs.
just try it out and you'll see on the wattmeter or in gpuz. It is much more intensive than mining cryptonight or even ethereum.

why is that some GPUs are idle? I´m mining at Nicehash.
anyone else having this problem? it seems a nicehash issue, as it works fine on another pool. Your GPUs have crashed. reduce overclocks and/or increase power/voltage to the gpu. 44mhs is pushing it good, you should post card model, PL, core clock, mem clock and voltage.
I think its ctrl+f, anyways you can modify the voltage/clock curve. Its still a good idea to limit power usage with the pl limit though, so get a watt value you like, then adjust clocks.

I dont agree that it would cost more. If you factor in all costs - externalities - of low paying jobs for example, like cleaning a hotel, you find that we pay a high price for shit paid jobs. Poverty. Higher crime. Higher health problems. Social problems. People stuck in poverty, etc. There is no reason for people to do shit work for shit pay, when a robot can. Instead society can pay a minimum income to all and so we will be free to pursue other things in life, like learning new things, etc.

Any plans to have solo mining available without extra steps ? It would be nice especially since a lot of new coins coming out are using x16/ etc
True, those are good points. Less spam is always good, I guess you are right. I also blame signature/bounty campaigns that demand a high number of posts per week, so people are going to shitpost. Like twitter, that is now a cesspool of ICO marketing.
Here have a merit point, its a nice initiative. To be honest i still have no idea why we have merit points, im not sure itll solve the problems they need to solve here. anyways.
Well you would be better off just mining a coin when the difficulty is low, and selling it when the price is high. But thats kinda hard to do, so just research coins you like and support their blockchain by solo mining it if its a small coin.

so just a quick question for all, solo mining ETC with claymore. any thing to change from the pool mining configuration ? seems claymore refuses to connect to a parity node. works with parity or geth only ? no documentation as far as i can see for solo mining. thanks edit: nevermind, for anyone wondering just use parity config generator for mining. https://paritytech.github.io/parity-config-generator

So Bismuth is an interesting coin, just wondering if you considered just solo mining. Even with 4 1080ti, quick calculation means you'll get a block a day on average ? (someone correct me). A block a day is my threshold for solo mining/pool mining, but thats just me. I see considerable improvement when solo mining (fast block coins) vs pool, but I do have top notch internet.
1070 -~ 9 1080ti -~ 22
Its x16r algo so hashrate is variable.
Not sure why.. this thing is over 2x the price for less than 2x the performance... well its what 20% (just rough guess) more efficient ? Warrants a premium on the initial purchase price for an equal ROI since running costs are lower / hash. but yeah. and have you guys seen the difficulty rise .______.

nice, im going to be joining the airdorp. its not a huge airdrop but nice enough to get new people in the coin. 1 million market cap Next step, 10 m$

I'm so tempted to place an order... my heart is saying yes but my head is saying no. There's so many questions yet there is also something here... it doesn't look like what's being show is not real hardware. I really don't know what to think
Are you serious, put the wallet down. Mining profits usually arent made with a new flashy machine, just through building your mine and hard work figuring stuff out
I'll test it Send it back after if you want or buy it. Or just sent one to philipma1957, he has tested a lot of hardware before here.
