It's hard not to notice that Binance is particularly targeted by US authorities. The rumour is Binance has a secret support of Chinese government, and as such, US will do anything not to allow them to get any dominant position in the crypto market in the US.

They handled it perfectly with hourly updates and clear, technical information on what exactly went wrong + their ETA of recovery was accurate. That's pretty impressive.
So far, Binance has managed to turn every unfortunate event (like this one, BUSD regulatory issues or previous hacks etc) in their favour and increase its credibility.

That being said, do not keep your funds on any exchange unless you really have to.

If they allow foreigners to purchase properties, then don't have any interest in checking how did they get the funds, as any taxes would be payable in other jurisdictions anyway, so nothing to gain for them.
Not to mention they don't have any authority to launch any routine investigations in foreign countries, so even if they asked you for the source of funds, they'd probably accept any answer. So not sure how do you imagine the process would look like? Do you think they'd auto-appoint a financial forensic investigator for every house sale?
Again, we're talking about purchasing with fiat with a fiat bank transfer from abroad.

This whole statement sounds innocent and, in a sense, as pretty good and sensible advice to investors, but is probably an indication of future actions relating to US crypto crack-down.
Bitcoin doesn't seem to be in a direct thread, but if they go after stablecoins (to kill the competition and make a room for CBDC) the entire market will likely get hit.

I wasn't very fond of Coin Bureau youtube channel for them being notorious in shilling various altcoins, but they seemed to improve a lot and are doing pretty solid homework on legal and regulatory issues relating to Bitcoin and crypto in general.

Gdyby tak się miało stać to cena na pewno dostała by mocno po tyłku. Potem może by się jakoś odbiła, w zależności ile innych krajów by taki zakaz również wprowadziło a ile by pozwoliło na taki handel - czyli czy rynek miałby możliwość przeniesienia się gdzie indziej.

I don't think Georgian authorities would care that much about the source of your income when buying a house if you are not a tax resident in Georgia. Probably if you transferred money from a foreign bank account it wouldn't be a problem, but maybe it would raise some red flags if all the funding came from crypto exchange to fiat locally.
Nevertheless, traveling to countries like Georgia just to exchange bitcoins won't help at all in terms of tax liability, and could cause some problems as it'd look suspicious as hell.
The only solution would be to move to Georgia and stay there long enough to become a tax resident, assuming your home country won't double-tax you anyway. There are few countries, incl. US that tax their citizens even if they permanently live abroad.

I'm surprised that yours hasn't been rejected after 6 days. Can anyone explain how/when low-fee transactions get rejected from the mempool? I don't suppose there's a fixed time, but probably more of new transactions pushing out the old ones when the mempool is full etc? Or will most wallets keep re-broadcasting it until it gets confirmed?

Depends on what exactly you mean by "casino" I guess. If we're talking about a place that only offers classic casino games with the mathematical advantage being on the side of the house, then AI would be useless.
But if we're talking about games that have judgemental odds, i.e. sports games, then AI could be very handy in running advanced analysis to find good betting opportunities.
It could also be good for finding any potential exploits.

But the main area where AI would be most effective is playing against human players in games like poker. But we've known this for a while now.

You don't know if it was baseless accusations or not. Those things happen occasionally, mostly to a depleted hot wallet. The guy just made a post thinking this thread is monitored by the admin etc. And apart from that one, we haven't really seen any other posts like that, so probably nothing to worry about.

Not quite, no amount of research and analysis will guarantee you a win. The key is to use a better analysis than sports betting sites and spot opportunities where, in your opinion, they miscalculated the odds and set the payout rate higher than it should be.
It's not as hard as it sounds though, and such opportunities are not as rare as one would think. From my observation, they occur most often in combat sports (boxing, MMA), e.g. recent UFC Edwards Vs Usman fight.

I don't think they're too good for solo mining. Not sure if there's even any software available that would support that. Plus, there are many newer generations USB miners (also obsolete) that would give you much higher chances of finding a block than these first-generation ones. And the first-gen seem to be more expensive than the newer, more efficient ones.

The simplest explanations are usually the correct ones - his withdrawal was delayed due to empty hot wallet, he contacted customer service and the problem got resolved.

Czytam też, że głównie chodzi o to że BUSD istnieje na dwóch chainach (EYH i BNB), o ile Paxos podlega pod regulacje NYDFS/SEC i kontroluje tokeny na ETH, to tokeny na BNB są pod kontrolą Binance, który pod te regulacje nie podlega.
