1641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run is coming! on: January 06, 2020, 10:19:14 PM
We have been saying bull is coming for awhile but it seems the Bitcoin halving i going to commence the new bull run. There is one thing some people need to understand, do not pick a coin or token because its price is low, most of these coins won't get back to their previous prices again and would go to Zero

It depends on when the bull run comes ... In my opinion it is coming, but its steps are sooooo long. If it arrives at the end of 2020, then by that time many Altcoins will fall to zero and will never be resurrected. But don't worry, the bull run is going slowly, but one thing is certain - it will come someday Wink
1642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum goes to the top! on: January 06, 2020, 08:01:06 PM
It's still a good time to buy ethereum. Its value when down to $50 and its a pity I wasn't able to buy a few dollar token.
I think ETH is unlikely to fall to $50 in the next couple of years, but now the price is not so high, we need to invest and wait for growth, I hope that this year ETH will grow to $300-500.

Personally, I would be happy if ETH fell again below $100, because I would probably borrow money to buy more Wink For sure now the price is also very good. As for how high it goes up, it all depends on whether it achieves the goals set for 2020.
1643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BCH price in 2020 on: January 06, 2020, 05:49:24 PM
Unfortunately, but Roger Ver has lost in the eyes of many people, so I'm sure that many large investors will bypass BCH. Speculators will definitely be interested in it, but when a new bull run begins, just speculation will not make the price rise as it used to be. As an additional coin in the basket, it can be, but in my opinion it doesn't have much potential.
1644  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC to GOLD on: January 06, 2020, 04:48:12 PM
I think this is not the best time to change BTC for anything. The bear market is over or it will end soon and price increases will start. We know very well that gold is not able to grow as much as cryptocurrencies at the moment. The risk of further falls of BTC price is small and the potential for growth is very high. This is the main reason why I would stay with BTC.
1645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why price down after listing in exchanges on: January 06, 2020, 03:34:31 PM
We always see the price rise for a short period after the listing in the exchanges or after IEO, but soon price be come down,
this may due to two reasons:
The first reason is that the coin or token has no real value.
The second reason is the large sale of those who got his coin  free such as airdrop.
Isn't that true?

Most tokens and coins, on their first instance of getting listed on an exchange, appreciate in value.

If a particular token or coin goes the opposite direction after a listing then it would suggest that investors have very little confidence in the project and does cause concern about the long term potential of the coin.

It could also just be a coin with very limited liquidity that has been overvalued in the OTC market. That could also be a possibility.

So it would be to blame for the fact that the token simply has no value, which is why investors do not trust and withdraw.

I don't know if I understand correctly what you mean by "overvalued"?

I would say that the worst mistake for ICO projects is bad tokeneconomics. If developers allocate too many tokens for marketing and do not secure it in any way (for example, by temporary lock), partners and other people not associated with the project will want cash out right after listing on exchange. This is where the immediate price drop usually comes from.
1646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: sell bitcoin to buy fiat or altcoin? on: January 06, 2020, 03:03:24 PM
if for now I will buy xrp and eos because both of these coins are in a bullish trend and also xrp has a good FA analysis in 2020

Of course, surprises can still happen, but we're in a period of stabilization, so exchanging BTC with anything else at the moment is not a good idea. When it comes to XRP, it's the worst idea you can suggest unless someone is a trader and not a long-term investor.
1647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Altcoins not Growing These Days on: January 06, 2020, 02:13:42 PM
Because people have stopped believing in the teams of Altcoins. The team may do anything to increase their profit or may try to do exit scam. Potential development of most of the coins are less these days and making a sustainable platform and use case of tokens are rare.

I think this is not about trusting in the dev team, but about the fact that people bought Altcoins without any basic knowledge about them. When prices began to fall, they began to sell themselves in panic without thinking about what was happening. That is why there was such a long and large market collapse. When people start learning and finding out what Altcoins are, their adoption and prices will start to rise again.
1648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run is coming! on: January 05, 2020, 07:02:34 PM
Unfortunately, but in my opinion there is no signs that the bull run should come in the next six months. I think if the bull run comes, it will happen a few months after halving ... maybe not until 2021.
1649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 give new hope to Altcoin? on: January 05, 2020, 06:25:24 PM
Sooner or later alts will begin to recover and grow, there is hope that this year everything will start, but to start alt season, it takes at least 2-3 years.
You can say that anytime there will always be a chance for altcoin to grow but isn't it the grow of altcoin was also getting affected by the result of development? if the altcoin without a proper development and it will never growth but the opposite thing will happen that altcoin will be dumped instantly to the bottom value.

Logically, the altcoin price should increase as the project develops. Unfortunately, but during such a long bear market, even very active developers can not help it. For the prices of altcoins to start rising, the bull run must start and then those with potential will definitely start rising.
1650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins are you bullish about in 2020? on: January 05, 2020, 05:48:58 PM
From the list you have published, undoubtedly Ethereum is my favorite. Of course, if the hardfork takes place as planned and without any unpleasant surprises. Ethereum price has fallen much more than Bitcoin and in my opinion has much more potential for growth.
The altcoin you haven't mentioned, and in my opinion also has great potential is SYScoin. Developers are very active, and the price in my opinion is at the bottom.
1651  Economy / Economics / Re: Where's my free money? on: January 05, 2020, 04:42:02 PM
This is hilarious. I never believe any of these price predictions. It's a real cosmic joke to be quite honest with you. Do your own research and due diligence and don't listen to all the so-called experts with their price prediction for Bitcoin, or any other coins. I also don't even believe myself anymore about anything in crypto. I just go with the flow and act according to the situation. I do feel Bitcoin may go up in price in the future again, but not to the degree MCAFEE is talking about unless the value of the dollar plummets, then it could happen lol.

In fact, these are just predictions, and everyone can say what they want. Certainly someone will manage to predict the price, because it will just hit, as in a number on the lottery. We cannot forbid anyone to make such predictions, but we must realize that this is just gambling, not expert analysis. The cryptocurrency market is too young to be able to create historical analyzes.
1652  Economy / Services / Re: I can assist in cryptotalk.org bounty on: January 05, 2020, 04:11:19 PM
Campaign now renamed to yobit promotions. They dont find success in cryptotalk.
same as you don't find success in your service offered ..

thanks for giving a bump to my thread. every comment gives a boost to my thread.
It boosts your thread but not your service nor your wallet. I think cryptotalk made a success because of the campaign. They gave a lot of BTCs for their name to be lifted. But, since the fund has ran out, they had to cancel it.

I think there is no doubt that Yobit owns Cryptotalk. Cryptotalk is still paying for its users, so it will definitely grow. The Bitcointalk campaign was supposed to attract new users and it achieved it. If they want, they can ask users to change their signatures back to Cryptotalk at any time.

As information for OP - an account for plagiarism can be banned even after a few months, so one week is no guarantee that you do not do copy / paste. I'm not saying you are doing this, but unfortunately you can't give such a guarantee. Someone will have to check it out before he paste it, and it will probably take the same time as writing the post himself, so in my opinion your service just won't be useful to anyone.
1653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will China Accept Bitcoin As A Currency? on: December 26, 2019, 04:29:38 PM
Let's be clear, China is a dictatorship and we should not care about their currency.

China has the most Bitcoin mines and is a huge country and trading market. You can never underestimate such a large country. I don't think China will ever accept Bitcoin because they create own electronic money, so they not need competition ...
1654  Economy / Services / Re: Yobit.net signature campaign on: December 26, 2019, 04:00:23 PM
~
Did I not change to the new one quickly enough?  I didn't even know about the new one until tonight.
It could be. Was your yobit account still active before you changed your signature? And when was the last time your post was counted?

All my posts on the 24th and 25th were counted so how is that inactivity?

You didn't and do not wear personal message. Case closed.
He might not have, but I had it on all the time. I took two days off due to family coming over for Christmas and changed to the new signature just now, but it's still stating disabled for inactivity.

Could it be that yobit shortened the time frame which within you have to wear the new signature?

Where did you download BBCode for your signatures? From Bitcointalk or the Yobit website? It is possible that there is a bug in one version and bot automatically kick out those who install it.
I downloaded from Bitcointalk and everything works fine.
1655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Altcoins not Growing These Days on: December 26, 2019, 01:20:58 PM
Apart from that, the entire crypto market is crumbling. Gradually, it looks like it is been monitored. the whales are seating and observing. waiting for a major market movement. either the rack in the market or push it to another bull market. i doubt if we will see any bull market soon.

It is obvious that the Altcoin season will only start when the Bitcoin bull run begins. Whales watch and accumulate small amounts all the time. When they think their pockets are full, they will start mobilizing the funds needed to make a pump. The accumulation period may take a month or two, but it may well be a year.
1656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will XRP repeat last 2017 bull run? on: December 26, 2019, 12:55:31 PM
As a investor anyone can expect the the growth in in one cryptocurrency but as a true lover of cryptos no one will expect this xrp coin to grow in the market.
This is the only coin which is in my knowledge which doesn't have real potential but people recognising it for too much of money.

The potential in this coin can only be seen by those who want to easily earn from ignorance of others. XRP is a centralized coin whose total supply can be increased at any time, just like printing fiat money. Real cryptocurrencies are decentralized and total supply cannot be controlled by anyone. If the banks decide on the pump, it will probably be so, but for sure, finally, investors will lose on it.
1657  Economy / Services / Re: Yobit.net signature campaign on: December 25, 2019, 05:43:51 PM

that is just a guess.

Yes, this might be too big for $ 700 if it is set to a stable USD and I don't even think so and maybe this YoDollars coin will only be worth a few dollars and will not be pegged to the USD.
Btw I just saw on the telegram bot that YoDollars can be traded on January 28.

I think it will be another token created by Yobit without blockchain to invest in InvestBox. It will definitely be possible to trade it, but I don't think it will ever reach a high price.
1658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How does a perfect Bounty Campaign looks like? on: December 25, 2019, 05:36:11 PM
any campaign that requires implementing an affiliate link or having to invite more people like the affiliate program is a campaign that i would actually avoid because a campaign like that will only waste my time without any profit

For you it would be a waste of time, but there are people who specialize in creating affiliate networks and live very well from it. However, I do not know a bounty campaign that would be based only on creating affiliate networks. More often it is created in the form of a content with a prize for someone who will attract the most customers.
1659  Economy / Services / Re: Yobit.net signature campaign on: December 25, 2019, 04:58:06 PM

Just changed my signature, good to see yobit still are promoting their project. the last signature sparks so much hatred lol

. Do you know what the estimated 700 YoDollars are?

Actually there is no info about this coin. It is not listed on any exchange, so it is also not possible to value this coin. Let's hope that soon Yobit will announce what invention it is.

by the looks of it, its going to be a stablecoin pegged to USD. it sure would be intended for the yobit exchange we are just not sure when it will be added to the exchange yet so if you have that, might as well just invest it to BTC or ETH.

the bot didn't work for me though. thats kind of odd and felt lost the 700 yoda already  Cheesy

Come on, if it will be stablecoin sticked to Dollar, then the value of this airdrop would have to be $700. I don't think Yobit is that generous to us.
1660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will There Really Be An Altcoin Season or Just a plot to Keep us in the Loop on: December 25, 2019, 04:16:56 PM
This is very interesting, I also think that alt season is just a hoax to keep altcoin safe from the investment market. But also I still believe that alt season should happen because altcoin really needs it before it gets too deep

Now a lot depends on the developers. If they are active during the bear market and continue to develop the project, I think that when the bull run comes, these developing projects will react very strongly and prices will go up high. There will also be many projects (those that are not being developed now) that will never rise again and their value will go to zero.
