Real Madrid has dominated the Spanish league and can open champagne at this point. As others already said though, Eintracht Frankfurt is able to beat any team if they are having a good day which they just proved againts the huge favorite FC Barcelona and Westham United also has good players as they are a english club and therefore also benefiting from the big TV money in England.

I'm afraid you haven't fully thought through what you wrote in this comment. Of course, you can speculate what would have happened if someone had played differently at the beginning of the season, but following this path, you can write this about each team.

Leverkusen has now 2 fairly easy games (Fürth, Frankfurt) which it should be able to get at least 4 points. Then the last 2 games are against the direct competition (Hoffenheim, Freiburg). I think Leverkusen will keep the 4th rank until the end, unless the mess up their game against Freiburg in the last week of the season.

The task for Leverkusen to stay in 4th position seems not to be difficult. However, one mistake, such as a loss to Freiburg, is enough to fall to a lower position in the table.
