Would love to see a March Madness promo/tournament

Me too, as I remember there was March Madness last year so it will be nice to have another March Madness tournament this year. Although it is already in the middle of the month, but a week tournament maybe at the last week is good enough. Lets see and wait, hopefully coinroyale will consider our wish.

We're putting together a sports betting promo for the Elite 8/Final4/Finals of March madness this year.  I don't think there will be a casino competition component but we are working on something fun for the upcoming UEFA Champions League for April/May.
More to come!

Any promotions and bonuses are always welcome! It looks like there will be even more in this year Smiley
I can see there is a tendency to promote sport betting more, but don't forget about black jack and slots fans please Wink

My guess is that 1xBit would not win this contest from obvious reason, but unfortunately it is not on the list, which means that I can not vote.

Is there a chance to complete the list so that everyone has equal chances?
1243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some questions about the Ripple. on: March 07, 2022, 11:35:20 PM
Hello,
Is the future of the Ripple bright? Change Ripple to the Polygon make more profit or HODL it?

Thank you.

Ripple is a coin for me only in terms of fast and cheap transfer of funds to and from exchanges. Unfortunately, but in my opinion it is a very risky investment. Ripple has had serious problems with the SEC in the past. In my opinion, Polygon is a much better and safer investment.
1244  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price stay above $40000? on: March 07, 2022, 11:05:43 PM
Everyone is expecting bitcoin to get to $50000 again, but I am thinking this is not possible for now, I know the price will increase above $50000 but I think it is not now. But what I am mostly thinking about right now is that will $40000 be a support for bitcoin or will the price still decrease further again making it to touch $30000.

It looks like your prediction did not come true the first time around, but there is a high probability that this scenario will come true now.
The first drop was slightly below $35k and back above $40k. I think now the drop will be down to the level you predicted, which is $30k, and from there we will climb to $50k.
1245  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Deep before the Raise on: March 07, 2022, 10:32:54 PM
The year 2022 is showing the sign of following the same pattern when the price recovered back to 42k and since then have been on a positive mode that will trigger a massive bull recovery to a new all-time high.

Your plan looked very nice and I think it would have a very good chance of being implemented. Unfortunately, there are completely unpredictable situations, such as the war in Ukraine, that destroy everything. I think your plan is still feasible, but unfortunately it will probably have to wait a few more months.

Casinos stick to their Terms of Service better than the police to the law. There are no jokes when it comes to money, and I am not surprised that they are so strict. How much they adhere to the Terms of Service proves their professionalism. It's good that you told us about this situation because I didn't know about that rules myself.
1247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: gaming token on: March 07, 2022, 09:15:04 PM
Can anyone suggest me some good gaming token?

Are you interested in gaming tokens because you want to use them or do you want to invest in them?

When it comes to usability, in my opinion MANA, SAND and AXS perform best as of now.

For the greatest potential for price increases, in my opinion you should look at STT and SAITO.
1248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you know when to sell? on: March 07, 2022, 08:57:34 PM
Unfortunately, I have regretted the decision to sell many times, mainly because I was reacting because of my emotions. When you are watching the chart all the time and suddenly you see a very large drop in price, emotions cause panic and you want to sell. It was only after some time that I managed to control it. To avoid such situations, I try to plan at what price I want to sell if the price increases and also how much I can lose if the price drops. I just set my strategy before investing.
1249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Currency Game on: March 07, 2022, 08:34:56 PM
Since there is so much speculation about this game, I will also try to suggest something. Maybe this game is about betting an item, and the element of gambling is that the winner is simply chosen randomly? Something like lotteries are proposed many times to which several participants pay a certain amount and the entire pool is randomly allocated to only one.
1250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Conditions of bounty campaigns these days on: March 07, 2022, 08:12:43 PM
I believe that it is more like the same situation. We have had bounties back in the years that didn't pay after the campaign was completed and now we still have some Bounty campaigns that still don't pay after work is done.  Asking for KYC is now the biggest scam in the bounty campaign space that was not specified before the campaign because they know most will not participate in that campaign not because the hunters want to scam you but because they don't want to give their info which the projects is now forcing them to do to get their pay.
I guess the matter is subjective because some people pick and choose the campaign we participate in.
One of the main reasons why they are asking KYC these days is the fact that there are more than one account per person and they are worried that the same person will get multiple entry just because of it. If you do not want to do KYC for a project then you should not enter at the start, and even if they didn't say it, assume that they will ask for it.

The main reason stands, it is a good reason, if I open 10 twitter accounts and 10 bitcointalk accounts and whatever else is needed, should I be joining with 10 accounts? I should not, and KYC is there to prevent that. Not a good thing for most participants who do not want to share it, but a good defensive mechanism for the campaign.

Also, I have a completely different opinion than @KaliLinux. It is the KYC verification (which I don't like) that make difference of legit projects from scams.
Scam project doesn't care how many multiaccounts take part in the bounty campaign, because they only care about spam and making as much fuss as possible. This project that requires KYC ensures that their tokens go to real people who will become part of the community, not just bots.
As I wrote, I don't like KYC. However, if I do very good research and I am convinced that it is a solid project, then I do the verification. After all, no one has to take part in the bounty if they do not want to pass KYC or if they are not sure that the project is legit.
1251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: March 07, 2022, 06:29:19 PM
The pandemic has had a huge impact not only on gambling, but on everything that can be done online. It is very likely that COVID will cause a snowball effect that will make a large part of our lives move to the virtual world. I think the next step in the gambling industry will be the tremendous growth of the casinos in the metaverse.
1252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 07, 2022, 05:51:09 PM
Do you think Bayern needs new players on defense ? or it's just the offense who simply takes a break and regenerate because they're still fighting in UCL and I think this is the main goal for them right now as Bundesliga seems already a sealed deal for them.

Do you really think Bayern needs a strengthened defense? They are already one of the best teams in the world. Most would prefer the Bundesliga not to be so dominated by them. In my opinion, nothing should change.

Also , new rumors are saying that Lewa will leave in the summer...but where ? I don't see any team who could sign him right now ...maybe Barcelona if they don't get Haaland ? Because , in my opinion , Haaland suits for City.

As for the rumors about Lewandowski transfer, it is rather a game that aims to negotiate a higher contract. I don't think Lewandowski is better suited to any other team, and he certainly won't find a partner like Muller. In my opinion he will stay in Bayern.
1253  Economy / Gambling / Re: Join a collective boycott of all Russian gambling platforms on: March 06, 2022, 11:20:39 PM
To incentivize russian citizens to go against the government can bring much better results than boycotting.

But, it is precisely the boycott of Russian activity in sport, business and culture that aims to make the citizens force the government to stop the war. When Russian citizens feel that Russia as a country is not accepted in the world, they will pressure the government to stop military activities. Protests in Russia are very quickly suppressed and people arrested. It is the whole society that must put pressure on the government, and it is boycotts and international sanctions that are supposed to do that.
It's a possibility russian citizens will pressure the government once they see they are being put aside by the world, but there is also the possibility the local government turns the citizens' minds against the world for the economical and social difficulties they are facing. So they unite themselves as nation, by the hate, frustration and resentment they feel regards countries which imposed sanctions on them.

Certainly, Russian television, press and all media will claim that the country bad situation is the result of sanctions made by Western countries. Without explaining where they really came from. My guess is that in Russia agitation is at an extremely high level, so it will definitely take some time for ordinary citizens to realize what the truth is. Unfortunately, it seems to be the only way to put pressure on Putin without using the military option.

A common russian businessman can simply conclude even though he doesn't support the government or the invasion, he is still being prejudiced by boycotts, so why should he be sympathetic to the end of the conflict since nobody has empathy for his own daily life and survival?

It is obvious that nobody who lives in Russia will like it, but that is the goal not to like it and to want to change it.

My lock for FUN tokes expires soon and I really have doubts what to do next. I would lock them for a long period (180 days minimum), but on the other hand... I bought them for 21-22 sat, now I may sell them for 29 sat, it gives 20% profit. Not bad, not bad...

Is the difference in price simply due to the market price, or did you include the profit from the lock-in period? If it is a price based on natural market prices, how much did you gain in % and for what period of lock?  If i may know  Wink Smiley
1255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 06, 2022, 10:18:54 PM
Bayern Munich - Leverkusen ended up with a really unexpected score to me. I was thinking that Bayern Munich would be the victor at the end after seeing their solid performance in the second half especially. But Leverkusen were successful about keeping the game at 1-1 till the final whistle. Bayern Munich leave an open door for Dortmund from time to time. But Dortmund are still far away from them in the standings. And even if they defeat Mainz, the gap is going to be six points. It doesn't seem like Dortmund will close in on them more than that.

It was an unexpected score not only for you Smiley I'm sure this result made a lot of bet slips land in the trash can. Even though it is a small surprise, I am pleased that Leverkusen "took" 2 points from the team from Munich. It probably won't change much in terms of the final result of this season, but it is possible that the last matches will be more exciting.
1256  Economy / Gambling / Re: [GUIDE] 10 complete steps for new casino into this forum on: March 06, 2022, 10:04:17 PM
8. Get a gambling license.
Many people doesn't like to submit KYC, but they're prefer a casino having license even KYC is mandatory rather than a casino doesn't have license but offer no KYC. This because no KYC casino doesn't offer promotions due to easily to abuse, unlike a KYC casino will have various promotions. Of course you shouldn't ask KYC to anyone as long as they're not abusing your casino. You also shouldn't allow someone can deposit but they need to submit KYC to able withdraw the funds, this is worst.

This point contradicts with itself. Casinos do KYC because they have gambling licenses, it is not the other way around. Freebitco.in has no licenses and they don't do any KYC at all.

On the other hand, all the other casinos that have licenses hace KYC in their T.O.S. Not all of them are enforcing KYC but they may when they wanted to.

I think it is better to have no license.

As for cryptocurrency casinos, in my opinion they should not require KYC verification. However, on the other hand, if they want to operate legally in the place where they are registered, then the license and thus verification may be mandatory. Simply, casinos should make a decision about how they want to operate before registering. Later, it is up to gamblers whether they want to choose a licensed casino or play anonymously in casinos without a license. I prefer casinos without KYC verification, so without a license.

As you can see it shows this amount: 0.0023232 BTC

I have received: 0.0023485 BTC

Well, it is good that I received more money than expected, but why is this working this way?
Is there a risk, that on the next withdrawal the actual amount that I will receive would be less than shown on the withdrawal page?

I think the most logical explanation for this is that the amount you were withdrawing is in Euro. Probably in the time between you ordering this withdrawal and its approval by the system, there was a change in the Bitcoin price. If withdrawals are automatic, most likely the amount in BTC also automatically adjusted to the current exchange rate in Euro.
1259  Economy / Gambling / Re: Join a collective boycott of all Russian gambling platforms on: March 06, 2022, 06:00:09 PM
I am from Ukraine as well, my whole life have been destroyed and at the same time there is nothing left to hold onto at the moment, but still I feel that these boycott is causing more harm to the common people of Russia than anything but then again it's essential to cut off all the taxes and funds passing into the government since at the end of the day they would use the fundings for the war and nothing else.

Private businesses still have to pay taxes to the government as well therefore I do think it's not really a small issue, it has to be considered as well.

I feel very sorry for you and everyone in Ukraine.
The purpose of the boycott of Russian companies is precisely to cut off the financing of this war. It is possible that Putin is secured for weeks or even months, but any action that prevents him from continuing this war is good. It is not known what this mad man is capable to do more, so if even in a small point this boycott can make it difficult for him to continue that war, then we should do it.
1260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did Ukraine successfully rug us? on: March 05, 2022, 11:52:53 PM
i was watching the NLW breakdown today and was amazed to see Ukraine plans to airdrop thier own nation-state token to those who will donate to their war. the funds raised up to $54M based on this article from cnbc and this is after the Ukrainian government announced this airdrop. Mykhailo Fedorov )Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation) the next day tweeted, they are not distributing Ukraine coins but instead NFTS.  https://twitter.com/FedorovMykhailo/status/1499348177002151937

this guy from youtube also talked about his frustration about this rug pull. notice her girl roaming behind him https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOGwy85r98k

this could have a positive effect on crypto if the country really sends out government-backed tokens. do you think the IMF also advised Fedorov not to pursue this Ukrain coins?  what do you think stopped them from releasing?

I think we will never know what influenced the decision to make such a change. In my opinion, they choose a good way to raise money. In their place, every way is right.

However, I would like to point out that the donations before the airdrop was announcement was around $10M. As you wrote yourself, this sum multiplied right after that. And I am very glad that the money is flowing to help Ukraine, but I am disgusted that most of them were sent there because they wanted to earn money and not because of good will.
