Why does Chaeplin keep spamming the topic with old challenge info? Not sure but maybe because he provided the "hard link" but the dev doesn't admit/understand it. So what's the point in spending more time with it when the next results won't get acknowledged/understood either. As a reminder, XC now offers greaty anonymity than DRK since XC is immune to pattern matching whilst DRK is not.
As a reminder, if you want the excitement of not knowing whether someone will steal your transferred coins, use XC. Chaeplin never provided a hard link. I can't stand the ignorance in this thread. My goodness. illodin... a known bagholder of DRK fudding XC? Wow... I am shock... just shocked...  |

So I notice our friend Chaeplin, is doing a lot of talking in the other XC topic and his criticisms fall into two categories below which I respond to here:
1. Xnodes could in theory "steal" XC.
Answer: My understanding is that Rev 2 will have a trust learning algorithm and the dev has said coins cannot be stolen. However if we look at DRK, I believe they use signatures which removes the incentive for mixer nodes to steal the mixed coins. Why don't we also do that ON TOP of the trust learning algorithm? Then we have the best of both and that completely destroys the argument.
2. XC transfer is not anonymous and can be linked
Answer: Dev has an open challenge right now that hasn't been solved yet, based on the new multi-path protocol. I'm confident in the devs ability. I would also be interested to see whether Chaeplins methods can be applied to DRK?

Right.. So then... why did riot approve the app and website? Are you insinuating that they did not conduct an effective investigation and did not know what they were approving? Are you insinuating that they went ahead and approved it while it is still being investigated? What about all the other "derivative works" that already exist for league of legends? All the websites that provide stats, builds, and strategy guides? The bitcoin betting website? You're still asking for more random specifics. This coin will forever be stripping down its notable marketing features (which are all League of Legends material) to avoid legal troubles since it's already treading into gray areas out from straight-up ripping off in-game graphics in the first page of this ANN thread (which the dev has since removed,) to having a video with nothing relateable to the game, then what? A market competing with the developers of its namesake? It'll change its name or lose lots of market share. Do none of you remember Coinye West? Prove me wrong on this statement: The entire point of this project is to cash in on the brand awareness of an existing product. If it weren't, they'd just be doing this with BitCoin or any other altcoin.Do you just have no life and need to troll a coin forum that you obviously have no investment in? I dont think POW is over yet, so miners are still probably dumping. This is the best time to buy cheap coins. I've bought from all the way to 15k to recntly my 6.5-4.5 buy orders got filled and I couldn't be happier. In the next coming months or even weeks, it's going to be the one of the best investments I've made.
As far as the 'legal' issues, I don't think its a problem and once they realize that this is going to bring more exposure to the game, therefore help make them more mone..it's going to be a win win.
Everyone should realized that the top coins holder didn't dump. Go look at the rich list. So, it's all the small coins that are being mined and dumped. All the top people know what's up with this coin and is long term. The potential with betting amongst players... with 27 million players... think about it. |

Love the way things are headed. The Dev keeps the upgrades rolling in. Every time I see an update from atc I . Keep up the great work guys. I am now 100% confident that true anon will happen very soon, and it will be right here with XC. I keep checking the price and laugh to myself. To whomever is keeping the price down thank you. I need to buy as many as possible before the price hits .01 I'm convinced that rev 1.5 is 100% anonymous. With all the FUD that ATCsecure and XC has endured and nobody has even made a guess so far? You are convinced - wow you are easily swayed. Its that nobody cares to waste time on this, hence no replies. And you are convinced by DRK anonymity... how? Where's their challenge and review?? |

I have thought carefully on the name of the coin and me and my coworkers have decided that Lightcoin is the appropriated name for the plans we have for this project. We are here for the long haul and to deliver so I don't have any hurry to see a community grow around Lightcoin development.
Lightcoin (LIT) is not to be confused by the scrypt algo crypto currency named Litecoin (LTC). I am sure people can see the differences.
