I completely agree with you. Chaeplin has demonstrated a logical flow of the transaction and this needs to be addressed. Simply saying FUD is no counter argument. Either agree that the current system is flawed and will be fixed or prove that chaeplin is wrong.
chaeplin is the only one providing quality QA for this coin. You need these people to find the problems so they can be fixed.

Sender A, send X transaction to receiver D throught the mixer. Mixer created address C and tells A to send the transction through C to B. Chaeplin was pointing C but didn't know A
Then ATC provided A and B and asked for a direct link between the 2, but none was pointed. Then Chaeplin began to spam A and B with tiny amounts of XC with equal amounts in hope to prove something and there I lost it, but it didn't seem like he proved anything.
Is that right? What did I miss?

Your analysis is based on that the B mixer address has never been used and then you found a bunch of transactions with matching amounts... that is not really a "hard link"... |

he is defenatly not getting ignored or called fud easily , go through the last pages here and you know what i mean. as i understand it he is matching amounts he send to the mixer himself. the dev and him have been going back and forth yesterday to the point where he didn't respond anymore.
Rev2 will make what he does impossible as i understand it. Rev1 never was intended to make this matching of amounts impossible. there are to little transactions for that atm
in about two or three weeks XC will be the first working decentralized anonymous coin and there will be panic to a point you haven't seen in a long time.
+1 Interesting how he chooses come back when dev is not around... Read through last nights posts where he was made to look stupid. If ATCSecure is around, then how can he create FUD... that's how trolls operate. |

Chaeplin spent a bunch of time working through every detail to get you a step by step description of the issue.
And no one is responding seriously, no one has given a counter analysis - that is not a good sign for investors.
Can someone show where chaeplin's analysis is flawed? No one has directly responded at any point. Quote a post - draw lines...whatever you need to do.

ATCSecure has responded NUMEROUS times that by rev 2 with multi-path, this is a non-issue. Why should he waste any more time on a pattern matcher when this exact problem won't be a problem any more? |

I am still trying to figure out how he thinks XC is a bad community.. because he made bad trades? The games children play might be a little more accommodating, but with shakey hands building sand castles could get frustrating.

Yes, 1st 10K blocks minimum reward is 1575 coins,( to stop instamine, set difficulty, etc.) from 10,001 block reward will be 157,500 which is actual reward. ---Deva So... from block 10,001 forward... there will be around... 9.45 million coins per hour minted and 226 million coins per 24 hours newly minted and 1.588 BILLION coins per week and 82.56 BILLION coins per year? and this goes on FOREVER?!?!? from what i heard and know loljosh can make coin and android app for any coin for .5 btc. chance this android can be buy and edit/add to any coin. It's 10K and the product is real. 10K (in XC! not USD) is not a huge load of money for a dev with a working product.
That said, I'm starting to question why we'd go to the effort when comments like this are being made.
Yea, plus loljosh could give discounts for regular customers. Why don't you go back to DRK coin and help the dev push out RC3... maybe he needs help from loljosh too. |

There were quite a few questions on the IRC channel today so I can post the main points:
- XC mixer functions can be supported since the app uses SSL encrypted JSON-RPC. Users can set up their own certs easily for extra trust. The app is easy to install <- I have verified this myself
- Video is coming tonight
- Demo accounts will be set up shortly (tonight or tomorrow) for people wanting to try the app interactively
- SMS app will coming over the next few days and be included!
- We can negotiate the 30k. The dev is really interested in helping XC differentiate since it's in a lull before Rev2, he likes the community and he thinks the XC dev (ATCsecure) is doing a great job.
- Yes, it's real and ready NOW. It was posted on Google Play earlier today for further testing...

chaeplin's point is that the user is depositing i XC into a new unspent output, which is not moved. Then sometime later but not excessively far in the future i pops out at some other address. He says that this is a link and is correct. The dev wants a physical path to follow when there isn't technically one, yet there is still a path. You just have some patience and some scripting experience.
That is what I gathered, anyway.
Didn't Chaeplin just send those amounts to both addresses after ATC revealed them? Yup. Chaeplin couldn't solve ATC'c challenges. I mean... ya after both sender and receiver's address has been revealed... then he go and make some fake transactions and now he says it's linked.. |

Critics (or testers) arent supposed to help. they are supposed to point out problems. Once you are aware of the problems, you them fix them. Development 101 correct but when you make a statement and then just show the mixer address and claim that links w/ the sender address without showing the sender address - how does that help? He isnt just showing the mixer address. He is able to tie the transaction to a specific wallet. That is a problem. that wallet is the MIXER wallet.. not the original senders wallet Exactly this. Okay, case closed. Everyone can resume their panic buys now. Or panic hold? heheh |
