Do you have any more updates on this project?
I'm eager to see what you've done so far Wink
Mind posting the project on https://github.com with updates?

I've got some simple hosting for this. Made some changes for me (until admin panel is working).
http://phpcoin.zombietoday.com

Will get a dedicated domain (with SSL) once it gets a little further in development.

It's at 21 confirmations now Sad
I meant via his script.
His block count may be behind?
1283  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: WANTED: A moola gaming site for bitcoins. on: August 10, 2011, 05:57:18 AM
I miss that site. It's a pitty they had to shut it down.  Sad
Huh?  It's still there...

There's only like ~20 people on the site though.
It's pretty much died off.

I've got servers to host a game-site like this.
Drop me a PM via the forums or over Torchat.

If your a flash game developer and are looking for hosting, we can talk.
I am totally NOT a flash game developer.  But that is what is needed, so maybe someone else can chime in.  I'd love to work on it, even if I just had basic javascript games, but I really don't have time.
I was talking about anyone who puts-forth to this project. I'll work with on hosting.

Maybe have it show how many confirmations it's at?

Really cool!  Thinking about getting a pepper spray for my girlfriend.
That's a fail.

I'll probably be contacting you in a week or two, to buy Red Orchestra 2 through your service. It has an extra discount if you already own the first RO game. Do you have that? So i can know if i need to set aside less for it if you get the discount.
I'm not sure if the 20% offer is valid for "gifted" games.
The 10% off should still work.
Yeah the 20% works for gifted games as well, so if you do have the extra 20% off, that is great.
Well, I may just get the game. I can't right now because of such low USD on hand.
Hopefully when Friday comes to pay for my school, I'll have some left over to buy the first game.

I think I'll set the fee to 11% (usually 10% because of over $15, but because buying another game will give a better discount...it's a win-win)?

do we really want the dumb ones?
Yes!
Dumb ones will just put more money into the system. ;P

1297  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how is encrypted wallet safe? on: August 10, 2011, 12:25:47 AM
I made a second user on windows specifically for bticoins with a dif password and encrypted my wallet.dat and I only get on the user to manage my bitcoins,,,,,,seems good enough to me
You have no fear that a program ran as admin can get still get the file?
If I was a hacker, I would search the whole PC for a wallet.dat file.
Maybe that's just me.

Mt.Gox wont let the script scam you (unless there is an exploit or something).
With Mt.Gox, you only need to trust them. You don't have to trust the users whom you are buying from (which is pretty much anonymous).

this works both ways then, buyer and seller.

so incase MTGOX does not get hacked in any way and MTGOX does not scam it is 100% safe.
Correct.
