Wireless connection or Broadband are not stable or connection usually breaks, that's the problem.
What's odd is usually the wireless connection between the Router and the Computer are always up, it's just the connection between the Router and the ISP are usually changing IP's.
You can go through your routers logs to see what's happening.

Nothing changed, this is still the same forums, but now without sharing a single point of failure with bitcoin.org Smiley

Right, as bitcoin.org can stand strong even after it's community falls.
Not saying it will.

Looks like the "right" name is already taken:

http://bitcoinforum.com/
My forum has all the features I hear every person in here complain about day in and day out..
If http://bitcoinforum.com/ is your forum, why not tweak it out?
Change up the style, add some mods (as well as moderators).

4 hours is a long time!
I've got...
Code:
Total time logged in: 4 days, 3 hours and 51 minutes.

It's not that long.

Time for users to change their links. Tongue

so far the re-directs seem to work properly, but you are right.

Yeah, but if users change their links it makes us seem more active.
or...maybe I'm just being too anal.

They are smart not to associate this forum with their beautiful project.
I agree.

1512  Economy / Gambling / Re: King of the Mount Automated Bitcoin 1.5x (Rounds Start Every Saturday Night) on: August 01, 2011, 03:40:51 AM
Game is suspended until we hear something about this. Goddamnitalltohell. I've lost everything  Angry

I will pay back the last person in line if the service ever comes back, but I don't have any bitcoins left personally to pay it back now. Everything I had was in mybitcoin, which thankfully wasn't more than $20. But still.... F*ck.
Don't sweat it too hard, I lost $400 (25 BTC).

Oh what the hell?! Mybitcoin.com, my main processor for the game, has been down since yesterday it looks like.

Does anyone have any news on what happened?!
Nope, I'm in the same boat.
Been talking to Mt.Gox admin, hopefully I can work with them. Smiley
1514  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mined my first coin! on: August 01, 2011, 02:51:28 AM
I also got to my first coin today. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with it (and how to do that, once I figure it out).
What do you want to buy?
People are selling snacks, shirts, games...etc

Honestly, I want to buy dollars.  Barring that, I have to wait until a confluence of something I want and someone who will accept BTC for it occurs.
You can buy USD from sites like https://mtgox.com/ or https://www.tradehill.com/

why are you using the same address for all payments
I was wondering how I could tell who sent what when.
Transactions happen so fast, I'm don't think I'll be getting payments mixed up.
1517  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Howdy. Im WeLoveBitco.in on: July 31, 2011, 11:53:03 AM

1518  Economy / Goods / Re: Steams Games as Gifts on: July 31, 2011, 11:41:25 AM
Oh god not another one , anyway good luck.
Thanks for the support. Smiley

Also, I'll soon be selling servers for BTC.
People who buy games from me in BTC will get a discount on our game servers.

1520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MyBitcoin.com, where did it go? on: July 31, 2011, 10:05:50 AM
finally with bitcoin u have wonderful option of having ur money on ur computer,
available only to you,
and still, you fellow bitcoiners,
u use third party to hold ur money ?
it is so contradictory...

but, mother nature makes u learn,
she has time and will to teach everyone who does not think ahead,
he who doesn't remember, lives through it again and again...

I still plan to use an online wallet of some sort.
I'm looking for an online wallet source that I can host on one of my dedicated servers, for personal use.

Have you tried BitcoinJS?
I saw that site last night, and forgot to bookmark it.
Thanks! Cheesy
