901  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Can't access bitparking?[0.75BTC bounty]={$6.19845} on: September 05, 2011, 12:14:23 AM
I've never seen a popup like that using chrome, unless it was embedded in the site itself.

http://bidbitcoins.com or... https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Trade#Auction_sites
I can't vouch for any sites under "Auction sites" as I've never traded on them.
903  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoins disappeared from my client on: September 05, 2011, 12:06:14 AM
Shows you don't have any blocks.

Run the client with -rescan or go into your %appdata%/bitcoin folder and delete everything except your wallet.dat file.

905  Other / Off-topic / Re: Well that was fun! on: September 04, 2011, 11:46:02 PM

So, what's going on with room 200?
906  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for a Bit-job on: September 04, 2011, 11:41:16 PM
I would accept BTC as payment for my labor.

It's tax free income you would have to be a fool to turn down BTC as payment.

It's only tax free if you don't mind BTC getting a bad rep and you personally getting done for tax dodging but whatever.
I don't doge taxes...I pay 0.0005 for EACH of my transactions!
907  Other / Off-topic / Re: UPS.com has been hacked!!! on: September 04, 2011, 11:40:00 PM

I was trying to say there aren't any jobs for Bitcoins that could make you enough money to live off of.

That is true, Not many jobs left that pay you in USD either for that matter lol ... *sigh  Sad
I had recently gotten a Job (in the real world) and my boss is interested in Bitcoins.
We came up with the idea of starting to talk to local markets to accept Bitcoins.

Instead of going with Mt.Gox (or other exchange), people will be setting the price as they see fit.
Like the good ol' bartering days.

I don't think there are any Jobs that pay enough in Bitcoin to be worth anything.
You can check out http://forbitcoin.com/ for job post.

Restart with -rescan
916  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Minecraft GSP - Accepting BTC on: September 04, 2011, 04:56:07 AM
I had to make some modifications to get my GSP's work.
I forgot which modifications I made.

I also removed the refund function.
If they need a refund, they can create a support ticket.

Odd that my total time logged in isn't changing.
Updates every ~30min-1hr.

Isn't it the whole point of bitcoin to make it easier to transfer money without requiring permission from any government?
Yes, and that's why I support Laundering.

Actually, I used the http://app.bitlaundry.com/ to spread 1 BTC out using http://btc-fortune.com/ over 1 day.
This gave me more chances to win without hitting 1 bet after another.

Depends on where you live .... but remember what the U.S. did to online poker etc?  That is what I am laughing at, using laundering (illegal by association to it's obvious uses) to participate in online gambling of which some governments, the U.S. included have essentially banned
I live in the mother fuckn USA (check my post stalker to see what state I live in <3).
919  Economy / Goods / Re: NothinG's Gifts [Selling ALL Steam Products] on: September 03, 2011, 10:40:20 PM
hey n0thing i've used your services before, i was wondering if you could possibly in the future add keys from

www.intkeys.com to your service. I am asking because i wanted to buy warhammer 40k space marine, but it is 20$ cheaper on intkeys (legitimate site, grey market US/un regioned keys) . anyways rather than asking you if you could do that i just bought my copy yesterday in haste, but I am assuming there are many other potential customers who would like to pay in BTC for intkeys . And like on steam they only accept paypal. Which was annoying because i dont even use paypal ATM and had to send money to a friend just to save 15$ on space marine coz im cheap

look into it maybe, or not? either way have a nice day and thanks again for being one of the few honest and upstanding people in the marketplace.  Shocked

intkeys is completely different than people like bitporium selling "russian only versions" of games (a complete ripoff) if you've never heard of it.
I'm 110% against PayPal, sorry.
I sell USA gift codes from steam, so you know they are legit. Sometimes they cost more, sometimes they are cheaper.
I've got an account at bitporium, but I just don't like the idea where I'm not 100% when/if I'll get the key/game to be given to someone else.

Also, to all the people who've bought games from me (or not)...I finished setting up Bitcoins on WHMCS so I'm looking for people to buy game servers.
The first person to PM me looking to buy a game server in Bitcoins will get their game server (after they pay) and their Bitcoins, so I know it works.

intkeys is 100% legitimate. and if you hated paypal you wouldnt accept it for your game servers. Guess ill take my business there.
I don't accept PayPal, I convinced my GSP to accept Bitcoin.
They are actually switching to a different processor soon because PayPal isn't doing something right. I'm not too sure on the details, but the US Government is killing PayPal.

lol you must hate bitcoin ... using laundering services to gamble ... That's like putting a big old sign up saying - Hey Gov's please make our lives miserable....  love the irony of it all though...
There is nothing wrong with gambling.
Maybe you're confused?

Also, I'm not using the laundering service for making my transactions anonymous...I'm using it to spread 1 BTC over 1 day.
