we need more people to know it .
all people have the duty to protect the envieonment ,so this coin has a enormous room to develop !

not with this flaky wallet!!!!

The wallets are fine.

They have been tested on multiple machines without issue.
I myself run the Mac Wallet, the Windows wallet and the Linux wallet just to make sure.

If your machine is having an issue I suggest you stop and restart it after making sure your Coino.conf file has the correct addnode=70.38.54.10 to start with.

it's not my machine

if you really read my post you'd see it's happening on two machine - I think you need to go back and test your own wallet

Can you tell me what version of Windows are you running ? and is it 32 or 64 bit ?

Because I just did another clean install on Windows 7 64bit VM with no issues. The blockchain sync's and I can send and receive coins fine.

Regards

EDIT :

I am going to do another install to a Windows 7 32bit VM now and check that as well.

I have one wallet running on Windoze 7 and the the other on Windoze 2003 server

the 2003 Server is running in a data center with an oc3 pipe and there is 1 active connection. are there any additional nodes I can connect to besides just 1 - this has been dragging on for many hours. It's just sitting there at block 128742

And what is the new frontier?  Keep GPU rig's going.

Personally all these 100-200-300MH ASIC Scrypt killer's will smash most coins and you will be lucky to break even but I could be wrong... My saviour is NON-SCRYPT algo's...

Currently I have around 24MH+ (39 GPU's and have switched over to X11 algo ( Darkcoin) and now leasing all my rigs with a return on 0.19btc per 24 hours...

vertcoin pays real well for hybrid - gpu's will also have a use - I'm keeping one of my rigs going for a long time - besides I enjoy watching all that code roll up the screen as I compile from source.

flipstyle

just for the record these guys have delivered lot of Gridseed units and a friend of mine took delivery yesterday of the 90 MHS unit - he's in germany and it's up and running today.

it aint the gloom and doom you espouse but you make some valid points....

my suspicion is that the units are lte and for reasons unknown to me the owner 'jack' is afraid to post the bad news - but some news is better than no news....

perhaps it's just the custom in china but when i worked for Motorola our chinese business partners were always very up front about delays.

thanks

Well I certainly hope you guys get what you paid for.  In my vast exerpience with chinese suppliers, you have to keep the pressure and communication on them, or they will never get back to you.  If it's been this long and you have received no word, then things most likely aren't looking good, and I'm not too sure how willing they'd be to issue refunds when the money is already in their pockets with zero chance of chargeback.

I don't want to sound like a negative nancy, but China is one of the top breeding grounds for scams, so anyone looking to invest without a credit card or escrow is pretty much relying on blind faith.

And just because a supplier may have been loyal in the past, does not mean they are incapable of pulling off one last big bang before they close up shop.  In fact, that's how most scams work...build up consumer trust in preparation for the grand heist.  It's rampant all over ebay.

From the looks of their btc account, they've received around 170btc in the past few weeks...that's a substantial amount of money, and they've been withdrawing almost daily, so I'm sure they've seen your messages.

if push comes to shove a young man who interned for me who is now an attorney in china is about 80 miles from their offices and I'm sure he'd be willing to place a call for me - although at this point I have no hrose in the race - I'm interested in ordering a unit from them but not until I see these guys get some satisfaction.
1484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: is scrypt mining ever going to be worth it again? on: May 14, 2014, 11:31:00 PM
Every one is saying that scrypt mining is not profitable anymore, especially for those using graphics cards, and I agree.
right now it is at about 1 dollar (US) per megahash of hashing power. So unless you have 100 motherboards running with 5 7950's, it isn't profitable to be running any units.

They are also saying that by the time we get our 300Mh machines form knc, it will, again, be even ,more worthless, because they are going to premine the units (making them USED units not NEW units, as they(knc) say) and that alone will drive the price of alt-coins down even further than they are, already. Not to mention, difficulty, etc  making it harder to mine them, and the price(s) declining on it's/their own.

So when will any coin rise to the value of btc, or even ltc, or even a buck, besides those who already hit that platform and are on their way down with the rest?
Even the ones that have been there longer than most (LTC, FTC, INF and more) have lost so much value it isn't worth stock piling them any more. Thousands, hundreds of thousands and even millions of these coins are now worthless.

If I just buy coins and trade them it is not even close to profitable, as 99% of alt-coins lose value every day.

What will drive the price up? (please don't say pump and dump, that is fraud and is against the law, just like for stocks, and I hate those words). Those words, in themselves have probably driven the price down, MORE,  on all coins, than any other words. Only the people who are in on the scam will profit, from pump and dump, anyway. And if you believe this is all  just a pump and dump scheme, just say so now, so we can let the word know this is all just a well conceived scam.

When will it ever  be profitable again?

And what is the new frontier?

$1 her mhs?  I'm getting close to $2/mhs daily and a lot more with new coins....

when people take your money they assume an obligation to you.

it's as simple as that - if they can't deliver in the promised time or for any reason they need to put their man panties on and give you the news - because knowing something is better than knowing nothing.

when someone shuns their responsibility to their customers it's cowardice.

Jack - I'm calling you out. You've been notified that these guys want their tracking number and I know you're online.

perhaps my future business is not important to you, but you took their money and you OWE them an explanation of what's going on.

It's your duty as a business man and more importantly a man.

Jack, Asiabtc, lightningasic... whatever you are calling yourselves these days...  Just in case you forgot:

I am interested in purchasing one of the 30Mh/s scrypt miners.

How much is the price in BTC?

What shipping method is used?

How soon does it ship after payment?
we accept china market btc rate-0.5%.
we use dhl express.
we can ship out LA30MB 3 days after payment received.

I just skyped this to jack...

Quote
you guys are self destructing on the forum - you have refused to give people tracking numbers and everyone is assuming you are thieves - why don't you just post what's going on? In the absence of any status information from you - people just assume you have stolen their money - there are at least 3 people on the forum that are complaining that you have not sent them tracking numbers...why are you letting this happen to your business?
1490  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The Scam List on: May 14, 2014, 09:41:51 PM
It seems that Bitmine.ch like to play with the nerves of the customers.
No sign of refund + penalities for my order #3876 from December 4, 2013 , delivery February week 3 batch #2
No sign of delivery of the Coincraft Desk + CPP  ..
Or Bitmine.ch just stole  my money ?
Hei, Bitmine.ch are you in the "silenzio stampa" ?

well then - this forum has members all over the world - ask someone to pay them a visit or even offer them some money to pay them a visit.

and neither did any of the current suppliers at one point in time so what really is your point?

price is nuts....

I'll wait another 10 weeks and get my 250 MHS units from mining asics for the same price.

even with increases in difficulty it's worth waiting and there's no real money in ltc and doge which I don't mine anyway - I strictly mine new releases where I can make better money.

but for someone who doesn't mind spending a lot today for something that will be functionally archaic on 10 to 12 weeks I'm sure it's reasonably priced.

I think the guys are lightninhg asics are selling the same box for $1k less - I've been getting one up and running remotely for a guy in germany today

My friend bought a A2 from Zoomhash and it should be here next week.  I'm setting it up for him.  Hope it works out for him and hope he gets his ROI back.  He want to buy more if they work good.  I'll review the box after I get it running for a few days.

same units as gawminers - different coloring and lettering.

Smiley

a2 is inosilicon 28 nm available now

its not the same

gaw and hashra are peddling zeus hardware which is 55nm and not available now

but the a2 is way expensive...

how does that make them "same units as gawminers - different coloring and lettering" ??

are you saying that this box : http://zoomhash.com/collections/top-sellers/products/the-dragon-128-chips-2-blades-27mh-s-650w

has a2 boards?

your wallet is really screwed up or your block chain is corrupted - I have two pc's that I'm trying to install the wallet on and it's not counting down - it's counting up the number of blocks remaining...

that's a real problem

it got down to 22,000 blocks then jumped up to 178,000 blocks remaining

that;s really bad.

now it jumped up to 364,926 blocks remaining. I was interested in solo mining this coin but man o man I'm out of here.
