can someone help me or tell me how to check on a transfer of coins?

I transferred some coins from my wallet to poloniex and they have not shown up yet there and that was about 45 minutes ago.

I have the transaction number.

thanks
1682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: New HASHRA product to be released soon!! on: May 07, 2014, 06:08:16 PM

who in their mind mines LTC anyway - it pays like crap - the coins I mine pay double what litecoin does.

you get out in $$$ what you put in .. in research and hashing power - research is more important than hashing power when it comes to profitability

sure, only solo will make 100% mining profit

well - right now I'm behind what I would have made in a pool in two hours - I'll be watching carefully

pool reward will be 70% at the best, of solo mining

Are you sure about this?
1685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ★★ EBT Coin - PoW/PoS - POS Only Starting at Block 400,000!! ★★ on: May 07, 2014, 03:32:59 PM
I did get solo mining working - some wallets require a longer password. Mine was only 3 characters - I changed it to 10 characters and it's working fine now.

I'm throwing 20 MHs at it but not sure if it's going to be worth mining solo since the block rewards is only 250. I was going really well in the pool - but I'll let it run for 6 hours and compare against pool results

thanks for the help

try cpuminer
six gridseed units working fine for me with ebt solo mining
here is my config:
Code:
minerdOC.exe --freq=800 -s 1 --gc3355=\\.\COM3 -o 192.168.0.22:8420 -u user -p password

is there an updated source for both gridseeds and gridseed blades?

I run linux and will need to compile it.

I may give it a try - I do not like cpuminer because it has no api for monitoring - but I may try it - thanks

To chip back in on this.

This coop is the best chance to see if black arrow delivers.

And frankly they look shaky at best.

They refunded over 100,000 usd  on this r17 sale including  7 of 12 shares to me.

If we are not hashing in under 20 days this will be dead deal.  If this deal is dead you will be out your 12k.

There are quite a few holes in the boat.

that is so sad...

maybe you overclock it or asic is unstable, so he sents wrong shares

try to use cpuminer instead of cgminer if you can, cpuminer more stable

also try to connect only to online pool and see if it accepts shares, so you can see how stable your asic(very low rejected(<5%) = high stability, mid&high rejected(>20%) = low stability)

updated:
do you check right(scrypt) algorithm?

definately not the physical machines - they work fine in the pool. I am sure it's a configuration issue in the setting for solo mining either in my cgminer.conf file or ebt.conf file

any other ideas?

I've found multiple blocks but every one has been rejected:

@jjj0923
i think you using a asic, so it's  asic/cgminer solo mining bug

you can try only 1 pool(local wallet), without second

got two but they were both rejected... any ideas why?

Just the ship date is so far away Sad

I do agree that a box like this can generate $300/week and that's $1,200 you could have...
but the only real option is the gawminers box and that's 4 week away (if you can get in on the second delivery) and I want 30 Mhs not 27 and this box is a better deal anyway and I do like dealing with these guys - they've been good to me so far and I've bought multiple items from them.

however I've gotten used to the waiting game and there will be new coins all the time. I'm an anxious as anyone. Hell - I've got a couple of Mining Asics boxes on order that won't be here till august - now that's a wait. Smiley

is shipping really $38  Shocked for 1 single unit

if you are talking about shipping from China to the United States that is incredibly cheap

SWEET - LUNAR LANDER 2 JUST ORDERED!!!

AMAZING - 30 mhs for $3,650 = that's $121 per MHS!!

HOW COOL IS THIS -I am so glad I waited for the new before ordering another unit that was only 27 mhs for about the same money

I got my 15% off and free shipping.

YEA SIMON!!!

Paid 4 hours ago Order #1163 but Order status ist still on-hold ...

I ordered this morning and it took about 4-5 Hours before orderstatus went to Processing, so wait a bit more and see.

it's the middle of the might in China where the orders are processed.

I am afraid there has been a fork.

Leetpools is working on block 7519, last block found was 7500. Blocks found since 7486 are all orphaned. I sent a manual payout since block 7494 and I have not seen the first confirmation on my wallet.
My wallet is still at block 7511. What block is everyones wallet at?

An official block explorer would really help.

great I figgin wasted 30 mhs on his sticking pool - I'm done with this coin - wallet was not done right - has all kinds of Litecoin references - this coin is a loser from the get go!
1699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SHARE]ShareCoin - Pure POS - MultiPool - FeeShare Pre-Sale opening TODAY on: May 06, 2014, 03:04:43 PM
this coin confuses me...

I typically make money fro mining a coin and selling it...

I really can't mine this I have to rely on the choices made by people running pools to mine whatever is going to give me the best nag for the buch and I can tell you from experience they fail pathetically all the time. They're always late to the party.

why should I get involved with this coin - my income per Mhs is always higher than any multipool I've ever been involved in - so this coin looks like a losing proposition to me unless someone can convince and show me otherwise - Blackcoin is a great example of a losing proposition

Huh
