finally wise eyes.... thanks for the research mate... i think that pretty much sums up most of us here and potential buyers are now waiting for prices to drop... i know innosilicon has the best chip in terms of power consumption but considering how 55nm (Zeus, hashra) is going to flood the market soon i think it won't be long before they will succumb to pressure and have no choice but to lower their prices.. it will turn out to be just the way we experienced with greedyseed where early buyers were fleeced to the bones and still haven't recovered half their initial investment until now and some now have to sell at a loss... the lowest i recently saw was USD 65 per miner.. Ok after inspecting and asking around I have found out la90 is just called 90 to get attention in reality the unit does 78-80 mhs max rate at mining. I really dont see any ROI on a 80mhs unit for 11000$.
Yep. LA90 .. is the normal A2 Terminator with 6 modules of which each has 8 chips total of 48 chips ... normal mode is at 75mh ... they run around 79-82mh ... Has anyone received the LA90? or any A2 machine? Is it any good? I haven't read any reviews anywhere. I thought stocks were in hand and delivery was in 3 - 5 days? I skyped with a guy in Germany this morning that just got his yesterday - he said he was averaging 85 to 90 mhs and was very happy

NAUT about to get a massive erection here in a day or so I like erections. massive? LOL

oh happy day - network hash is down to 2 ghs and returns on mining are going back up.
the novelty has worn off

I think you will be waiting a while. The prices might have dropped but they have not dropped that far yet.
I'll send you a pm - I found a guy selling brand new ones for $40 each - he has 500 of them in stock - they're in greece but the shipping is cheap - I bought 100 of them from him. I'll sent you a private message with his contact info,

better yet: you prove yourself wrong! Anything worth having is worth working for. You do realize that coinwarz.com is only about 25% of the available coins right? don't you? - My god you're not following that place are you? That's where the lemmings go before jumping to their deaths. I'm not giving my secrets away - I've pointed you guys in the right direction - now it's up to you. The information is all here - right on this website - you just need to invest the time to find it. do the research - like my football coach used to say: put some skin in the game - it's pays off in spades this is from my last 7 days of mining - it was a good week. )

will these miners ever ROI, even at this price point ?
I can tell you from personal experience the answer is yes BUT you have to be diligent and aggressive. If you join a multi pool and just sit back and take whatever they hand you you're ROI is going to take some time On the other hand if you're aggressive and NOT afraid to move your miners around a litttle and try different coins you can do well. I was in early on NAUT and I did really really well. I was mining over 5,000 coins a day with 28 mhs and now they're selling for 30,000 yatoshi and I had a few day of that kind of mining before everyone else showed up and ruined the party. I've was also in early on Black Coin - you have to be aggressive and diligent and SUBSCRIBE to the ANN forum here so you get notices of every new coin being introduced. There are a few every day and you can make money when they're new. Some totally bomb but they're the exception - such as CCX - I have 23M of those and can;t even sell them for 1 yatoshi but hey it only took 3 days to mine that many. And then there are my go to coins when I want a solid income day in and day out..like Fluttercoin and EMC2 - they're very reliable and hey have some nice fluctuations so you can mine high and sell high and sometimes if they drop after you're mined wait 5 to 7 days and they price is right back up there and then you sell. Be aggressive and read about every new coin.

None really...there are a few camps...the gawminers zombies...thw hashmaster followers...the minereu people...the ppl who just likevto buy direct from chinese manufacturers..etc... everyone's pretty price competitive...altho simons the most competitive.
Hahaha gawminers zombies, that's hilarious. Why put it that way? Gaw miners gave me a $50 credit just today for a very small mishap in one of my orders which I didn't really bitch about, just mentioned over pm. I get being a repeat customer, considering the smog over the shovel selling industry, but I have ordered from a few different companies which I trust. The margins will surely get tighter, today ZH has their volt modded blades for $899USD+ while GAW still has their regular blades at $949USD. GAW will inevitably drop theirs to somewhere around $849USD or less I would assume. Still, at that price the G Blades sit at $163/mh and Hashra is at $149/mh on the smaller units, no brainer there I hate to state the obvious but there are a lot of people getting really rotten hosting service whose miners are down alot and are being held by the balls are too scared to complain loudly. that's just not me - If my miners were down more than 30 minutes a day I'd be having a fit... and there would be hell to pay. I'm glad you got a credit because it appears as though there are lots of people whose miners are down a lot and not getting credits. I can do it better - I know I can because I have in the past. Oh, I agree man. Your downtime should be guaranteed against. I knew that hosting was a terrible route to take, and I went against it. All of my miners are in my basement, cooled, in a good room with very good ventilation. Each is powered through a 12KVA UPS. My refund was because of an order mix up, arriving a few days late and missing some accessories. All in all I missed out on only a small amount of revenue, but if my hosted miners were going down each day for 30 minutes or more, I would be arriving at their facility tomorrow. same here - in a nice cool basement, excellent ups systems and I have a 30kw Generac backup generator at my house and backup internet access also and it pays to have a degree in computer science and do this kind of stuff for a living. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones - but even the unlucky ones should have a fair shake. I'm taking to a few of the equipment suppliers about working with them in the U.S to offer their equipment, hosting and also lease options for folks who can't afford to shell out $3,500 or $7,000 but have the desire to mine and hosting would be in the local Hosting.com data center in Newark Del where my company hosts it's serious servers...where there's never any downtime....and the only downtime is caused by equipment failure or human error on the part of whoever is managing the server...and I'd have hot spares, etc to make sure people didn;t lose income due to equipment failures. It's coming together ...

Oh you are so wrong... I make $75 a day now on 28mhs.
jjj, How do you do that? ?? Teach me master!! -Bobby it's not difficult - get up at 5 am every day and spent two hours out here researching all of the new coins. I do and it pays off in spades. of you can be a multi pool mining zombie and let them choose the coins for you. They do not have crystal balls - they look at coinwarz and like lemmings flock to the highest paying coin - while guys like me and and a number of others have already mined that coin when it was in the dumps and are not now selling it for the price you see on coinwarz. you're problem following coinwarz, is this - buy the time you've accumulated enough coins to make any money off selling , me and others have already dumped ours and the price is right back in the basement. this aint rocket science - Mine low - sell high - following coinwarz you're mining high.... make sense?

I wish that people would also mention in these arguments the best reason to stop mining: the sheer waste of it. I love that PoS is becoming more common because the incredible waste of resources is shameful.
but this time I agree with you Yoyo. except for the bit where you say investors won't put money in mined coins. people are putting money into just about anything on this forum sadly, but that's a whole other conversation.
Proof of stake is just a way to get raped even sooner and someone gets to use your money.... think about it...
