A little tip for some if you see a dead pool message  in the command line UI with BFG, this tip is not just for titan's and the tip setting is not just for titan's, only, kind like nicehash says and i read some other place and it  only works with nice hash i read some place also but it works with any miner i have tried on any site that does coin checking. i have a Zeus miner i still use a lot it kind of makes something. it works for me .!!!

/#xnsub#skipcbcheck mainly use #skipcbcheck, coin checking was casing some slow down issue with that messages even on my out dated 22 MH cyclone, i disabled coin checking.

don't ask why im still using it, i got ripped off on a Alcheminer 256 MH, i was trying to buy, sigh, I had a place set up at home, waiting.
1662  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: 2000W Power Breakout Board (DPS2000BB to PC-Ie x12) on: March 13, 2016, 04:02:46 AM
I bought three of these and well they are worth it . I'm not doing any reviews because I suck at it and don't like doing them any way . won't bad month them up against any other board but do highly recommended these boards . is about all I"ll say . I'm sold and impressed so far with how they handle the few miners i have .

You can trust him to send cash as friends on PayPal  so there is no fees to him or send btc without using escrow, but above all do what's the best and the safest way to you, need to stress that .

to any one that cares the S3 still has drivers issue installing right now is my only guess, I'm not gonna even bro with it any more for the antminer s series unless someone comes up with a fully rewritten firmware with bfg as either the main mining software or as one built in to pick form like open wrt skins and they don't mind sharing it with us.

I keep getting http://getminera.com/download/latest when i try to download from any link but if i install manually im fine i need the complied image to com pair some paths, i had to adjust paths for libblkmaker and libusb so they installed right the manual way Smiley. now im trying to figure out why when compiling bfg, it keeps saying something is missing in the library's, it complies fine etc but i hate errors.

I'm not one to come out and ask :)that's a last resort.

1667  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Server Power Supply Interface Board - for standalone miners and GPU rigs on: March 10, 2016, 10:10:44 PM
Mine costs quite a bit more than that, but it's got a spring-loaded pin retainer and adjustable crimp depth that make things go fairly quickly, which is good when you have to make cables in batches of several hundred.

yea i saw one of those !!! those things cost but for sure are nice if you need that Smiley, and worth it kind of .

Mine is spring loaded and adjustable but geared for single use .Im not saying mine is better or worse but it is one of the better ones you can buy at a cheap price if your using it like i do or need it.
1668  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Server Power Supply Interface Board - for standalone miners and GPU rigs on: March 10, 2016, 10:04:30 PM
it might can't say i got to make my own PCIE ends for Zeus miners at the time or just to make my own PCEI cables it does them well, I had to learn how to use it the right way, i still use it from time to time but found some one that makes the cables how i want them cost is 7 or so bucks per four .

but it says it can do this and more

For use with AWG 18-22,24-30.

it will do 14 weight wire i was able to do it once i figured how to. it doesn't feel cheap, i bought another one that was cheap for about the same price, i ended up thrashing.

For use with 4pin and 3pin Molex connectors.

Crimp tool for D-Sub and Open Barrel Connectors.

Frame is made from middle carbon hardened steel; Die made of SAE J404C Alloy Steel

Handle is rubber coated

check it out there are sister sites they use but you do need the software right now till they see how well it goes, i did read some place they have plans for a off line version, im sure if it goes over good and stays on the legal side well see web sites like online wallets doing it . you won't need the software if i understood how it was explained a few months ago,
1670  Economy / Services / Re: OpenBazaar on: March 10, 2016, 09:23:31 PM
Even if the service is decentralized, they can still be shut down if the team of developers are targeted by law suites. < Brian Hoffman > OpenBazaar has the potential to turn into another Silkroad and the authorities will look for someone to be the scapegoat. Amir Taaki and his team should create something like this anonymously and push it onto the internet as was done by Satoshi Nakamoto with the Bitcoin protocol. If there are no head to be chopped off, the decentralized service would survive, but I doubt if this will succeed.
Unfortunately your right in terms of OB chance of getting shut down in the future if it turns out to be Silkroad 2.0 as well. I don't think it will be possible to make it anonymously ones its on the internet as sooner or later, criminals will find about it as well so best way I think is to acquire 24/7 moderators in which will ban or delete such sales the moment someone connects or open OB software on their computers.

I have thought about this too.  It is very cool that they are allowing anything to be sold and it is open sourced and decentralized but I cannot help but think that it could go the way of Silkroad.  I hope this is not the case as this site is a savior for those of us that pay hundreds of dollars a month to Ebay in fees.  The concept is great and has been in the works for a long time with very talented developers.

there  was something they said about silkroad, the dev said they are fully against any kind of illegal trading using it if they see it they plan to try and stop it, they want it for bitcoins , now if they mean that or do it, is, another mater, time will time.
1671  Economy / Services / Re: OpenBazaar on: March 10, 2016, 09:07:58 PM
you can down load the software now i did and set it up it on that page or link there is a download for it and once it goes full scale they did say there will be some one else as a third like escrow a few month back once it's fully working with everything some one even had  it on a 21 bitcoin thing in beta, I've been following it for a few month now . they said something about a off line version later on, someplace else .

I Just happen to check it out, it is a lot like eBay, Amazon with out the BS fees but you pay with bitcoins. i only linked it because it is up now or you can set up your own stores and sell there for nothing but need a lot of trust in others till they completely finish it.") so be careful  like with anything, it just another way to beat out Ebay etc ... there fees are getting out of hand imo.
1672  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Server Power Supply Interface Board - for standalone miners and GPU rigs on: March 10, 2016, 06:38:01 PM
I didn't put PCIe plugs on my boards because I don't like being limited. A good solid screw terminal, well heck you can put whatever you want on it. And cables are cheaper too. Unfortunately people really like to have things quick and easy these days, instead of good and flexible.

100% agree. With screw terminals cables are a lot cheaper. You can cut the cable the length you want. No need for flimsy molex tools to built them.

His way is good it actually stays on the board , the other screw way does suck sadly, i have one those boards and don't use it . but do use the one i bought from him from a third party, if i need the PSU that low like a S1 etc , i have one of his low end boards and I like PCEI plugs more and yes because it is fast easy sometimes fast is better sometimes it's not. , just wanted to make sure it wasn't some kind of safely issue, he knows that stuff pretty good. why i asked Smiley.

I use this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007JLN93S?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00  for 23 bucks it's not flimsy doesn't have all the bells and whistles the 100 $ + has but i also don't need a big high dollar one either . the one i linked is really good for what i need. it will do 14 weight wire even thu it says 18 in the add.

Shortly means less than a month boys Tongue.

Stop being like Blizzard lol!

actually blizzard releases are pretty much when they say they will  :_) legion is due out in Sep this year. jk but it is. but i do renumber those missed wow expac releases,or leaks that never happen, as for there other games, can't say don't play them.
1679  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitfury: "16nm... sales to public start shortly" on: March 08, 2016, 03:59:32 AM
This just in, Bitfury has tied the release date and sales of their 16nm miners to when Valve releases Half-Life 3, we should see them "any day now"!

As to the solar discussion, when I move here shortly I am going to look into a solar setup, but what it will not be is grid-tied.  I don't like the power company telling me what I can and can't do and I'm not going to help their cause by selling them my power that I generated.  I'm going to use it all, it's mine mine mine!

lol to bad i don't play those type games I  play stuff like wow Swtor mmo's  more . really the power company has more control, sigh .  i may have to keep it for my self to, any way waiting for a installer to come and give me price and explain it, i have few questions, we can get it were i live but not on the roof, i like that idea better . no messing up our new roof .

I pay $0.58 - $0.68 per watt for the panels. UL listed. 60 cell 250W
Last 2.25 KW was @ $0.74 per watt
Where I live, northern MN, panels on the roof is suicide.
Mine are on racks on the ground. Can't fall off the ground.

Check your states net metering laws regarding the price (rate) they buy back, usually it's one sided.
And the increase in your home owners policy.

Net - net it may not be worth it or a potential loss.
I've been doing wind and solar for 10+ years, learned alot along the way.
Am willing to share.

Am finishing up a report/analysis on the state of our electrical system here in the US.
The future does not bode well.

admin@planetcrypto.com

SO my insurance might go up ?

I did read about the buy back rates a few month ago when I looked into solar or started learning about it .

Thanks for the tips !! i do know if i rent/lease them I don't get anything from the Feds but i also don't pay taxes right now being retried with a disability , if i could i would go back to work  in a heart beat but my DR won't let me and i did try to about a year ago, it really suxes not working, I'm no slacker when it comes to work Smiley . use to work 24/7 because i could,  I took a better look at bitcoins and i started to late in game, i knew when it all started etc Ive said this before i was a fool then by thinking it was BS and Polly would have a few bucks in the bank if i  had jumped on it then ,  if side can get us nice gear, I'm in business, I will report it, tax wise etc, I'll have to but I've said this all  before .

it was some like your rates after all is said and done like 6 to 7 cents per KWh and believe or not rates in my state have dropped down closer to 7 cents per KWH with some suppliers , i pay now 8.55 cent, when i went with this supplier a year ago till DEC 2016 then it was the best rate with no fees on cancel  you could get, till about a month ago. but what kills the whole thing is what the power company is able to screw us out of and now they want  us to pay for there short siting in higher fees. and they are trying to sue Baltimore over a fee increase to them for under ground cont. use and agreement they had with our last GOV because the officials won't let them charge the customer, they still get charged the lowest fees then any power company in the US . want to add 15 bucks more a month to every ones bill in the state of Maryland were they have service, it's joke don't get me going on Smart meters and all the money the feds and state gave them for that, they want more , they want us to pay for everything etc.and the yearly hearings just started for yearly increases, which i stay a way from I might get locked up for talking out wrong , i hope this time they get put in there place, they are starting to piss off a lot of the wrong people in Maryland , our last GOV gave them to much power, the one we have now is great he has lowered a lot of state fees and plans to lower them more and actually is fixing things,  but has cancer sadly that came up last year but is under control they say or in remission.

sorry to much info IL shut up now .
