1301  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: June 10, 2015, 05:20:12 PM
“Spondoolies-Tech is hard at work developing a third-generation ASIC,” Guy Corem said in an interview with Bitcoin Magazine. “The new ASIC is aiming for a 4X improvement over the efficiency of the second-generation unit. The new ASIC will allow the merged company to secure a significant percentage of the hash rate.”

While the combined company doesn’t intend on focusing too much on developing products for the general population, that hasn’t stopped it from coming up with new chips to launch this summer.

Li, I sent you a PM about one of my miners running at half speed for the past 12 hours.  I also submited an offline miner for about 6 hours ago.  It's not too big a deal because it is hashing in my pool but it probably has one blade down but still drawing full power.  Could you get one of your team members to give it a kickstart?

EDIT: It's still running at half speed and it's now been 20 hours.

I had an issue with one of my unit also ... Ticket still open and was created May 25. As you may think, the unit has been rebooted multiple of times and running fine as we speak...

I also sent 2 email for my compensation issue without any answers.

Looks like Li is quite busy ...

1307  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: May 31st to June 14th diff adjustment thread with promo picks NOW CLOSED! on: June 08, 2015, 02:09:45 PM
Once again and since a few diff, someone just put the fire on about 20-25 PH and get us to around 365 PH.

My guess is it will be +2-3% as the usual Tongue
1308  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Bitminter bitcoin mining pool - Pays TxFees, Merged Mining, Fair PPLNS rewards on: June 07, 2015, 09:49:35 PM
We are back on the usual server again. If you are mining at mint.bitminter.com you will get back on it again the next time your miners reconnect to the server. Until then your miners will be just fine on the other server.

Apologies for the problems this morning. Your miners probably experienced a few minutes of being disconnected until the switchover took effect.

thanks Doc !

1313  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 0.5% fee anonymous solo bitcoin mining! 63 blocks solved! on: June 02, 2015, 05:35:02 PM
Wow, How many pools are on the solopool?
I know one I'm in that is sending 400TH, another friend was sending 400TH yesterday, this guy with 800+TH, but every time I checked the pool hash total was around 1.5PH?

This pool is not made of "other pools". It's a solo mining pool meaning, people point their hashrate to this pool hoping to find a block and earns the 99.5% reward of the block. Some rent gear up to many PH and others just point USB stick here.

I'm pretty sure there is no "pool" solo mining here.

Well there are small 'pools' that some of us get together to rent larger hash rates, so that's nothing new.

I was thinking you believed a mining pool like Bitminter would point his hashrate here.

Well, if you consider renting 1 PH from nicehast as a pool, I got your point. ;-)

my bad !
